Analisis Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi dalam Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Desa : (Studi Fenomologi di Desa Anakalang Kabupaten Sumba Tengah)
This research aims to assess financial performance in managing the 2023 APBDes in Anakalang Village, Katikutana District, Central Sumba Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach method, while the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with several village officials, namely the village head, village secretary, village treasurer and community leaders from the Anakalang tribe. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from Village Government data and documents and documentation carried out by researchers at the research location. The data collection technique used in this research is by conducting direct interviews with informants. The informants in this research consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Community Figures in Anakalang Village. The results of this research show that financial performance in the management of the APBDes in Anakalang Village is based on the principles of accountability and transparency. Even though it is not in accordance with applicable policies by adjusting the situation or conditions of applicable legislation
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Work Life Balance Karyawan pada Generasi Z di Bekasi
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and non-physical work environment on the work-life balance of Generation Z employees in Bekasi. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics and special needs that companies need to understand in the world of work. An integrative and collaborative organizational culture and a flexible, adaptable, and non-physical work environment are believed to play an important role in achieving work-life balance. The research method used is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire of 50 respondents, then processing it using SmartPLS to test validation, reliability, and relationships between variables. The results show that organizational culture significantly affects work life balance, while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on work life balance
Menakar Efektivitas Rasa Bangga Dalam Penggunaan Produk Lokal Untuk Meningkatkan Eksistensi Umkm
Seolah telah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa bangsa Indonesia sepertinya terlanjur menjadi “pemuja” produk-produk luar negeri. Kita cenderung lebih bangga terhadap produk orang lain daripada produk anak bangsa sendiri. Pengaruh Kepribadian Merek Dan Pengalaman Merek Terhadap Ikatan Emosional Merek Kedai Kopi
Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari kepirbadian merek dan pengalaman yang dihasilkan merek pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada merek Starbuck. Penyelenggaran survey dilakukan secara daring kepada 272 pelanggan Starbucks di kota Malang. Data hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda pada SPSS 2022. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa faktor kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan ikatan emosional merek. Diantara keduanya, kepribadian merek ditemukan lebih dominan berdampak pada ikatan emosional merek. Namun, kedua variabel hanya memiliki dampak sebesar 29,8% terhadap ikatan emosional merek. Hal ini berarti faktor kepribadian merek lebih berperan pada pembentukan ikatan emosional merek pada pelanggan Starbuck di Malang. Hasil studi juga menyarankan agar Starbucks perlu lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan yang berusia 21-35 tahun. Adanya pergeseran generasi konsumen dari Milenial ke generasi Z dapat menghasilkan perbedaan kebutuhan dan persepektif terhadap kepribadian merek dan pengalaman merek, yang pada akhirnya akan dapat menciptakan peningkatan pada ikatan emosional merek
Pengaruh Perkembangan Industri Esports Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia
Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh perkembangan industri esports terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan industri esports berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui beberapa aspek seperti peningkatan pendapatan, terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru, peningkatan penerimaan pajak, dan peningkatan pariwisata. Namun, terdapat pula beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan industri esports seperti kurangnya regulasi yang jelas, minimnya dukungan pemerintah, dan kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah meningkatkan regulasi dan dukungan dalam pengembangan industri esports serta meningkatkan investasi dalam infrastruktur yang dapat mendukung perkembangan industri ini
Analisis SWOT Upaya Pengembangan Bisnis Kuliner Pasar Ramadan (Study kasus pada UMKM Pasar Ramadan Food kota Palangka Raya)
Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market
Future Financial Decisions Influencing Factors
This study aims to pinpoint the variables that affect how people make financial decisions in the future. Future financial decisions, saving choices, and trust in banking institutions are the three variables we use in this study. 197 junior high school teachers from the Bandung region participated in the study. Multivariate Regression is the analytical approach used, and it can be used to assess the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results demonstrate a strong positive relationship between current saving decision variables and future financial decision variables. Similar to this, varying levels of trust in financial organisations have a lot of favourable effects. These findings imply that people have a greater propensity to save when they are motivated to do so. People who have confidence in financial institutions will manage their money prudently going forward.
 
Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Banjar)
The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.
 
Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Legalitas Usaha Untuk UMKM Desa Cupak, Kecamatan Ngusikan, Kabupaten Jombang
Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission

Pelatihan bagi pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan kedisiplinan pada pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu cabang ilmu manajemen yang berperan mengatur sumber daya manusia dalam kegiatan suatu perusahaan. pada UD Ujes Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada pada perusahaan UD Ujes Sejahtera dengan cara melakukan pelatihan pada seluruh pegawai lama maupun baru guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skil agar kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusaan guna menunjang kemajuan usaha. pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskripif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif data-data seconder yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara pada pemilik UD Ujes Sejahtera dan pada pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelatihan dapat memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya mansia, UD Ujes Sejahtera sudah melakukan pelatiahn sumber daya manusia disetiap fungsi bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan disimpulkan bahwa penulis akan membahas bagaimana peran pelatihan guna memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusia agar dapat bekerja dengan optimal
