The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Full text linkA new snack innovation that is high in albumin and iron content in the form of dumplings uses snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of snakehead fish substitution, the addition of Moringa leaves, the interaction of the two factors on the acceptability of dumplings (color, aroma, taste, texture), as well as the best albumin and iron content of dumplings. This research used an experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design which resulted in 6 treatments. The data collection technique uses a sensory test based on the liking level of 50 untrained panelists. The results of the sensory test data were analyzed using the Two Way Anova Test followed by the Duncan Test to determine significant differences in results, as well as to determine the best dumplings. Based on the results, the acceptability of dumplings only had an effect on texture, and had no effect on color, aroma, taste, either from the substitution of snakehead fish or the addition of Moringa leaves, while the interaction between snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves had no effect on color, aroma, taste and texture. The best dumplings are snakehead fish (100%) and Moringa leaves (20%) with a nutritional value of 4.10 mg albumin and 2.10 mg iron per 100 grams. The conclusion of this research is that substitute snakehead fish dumplings and the addition of Moringa leaves only affect the texture, however, the dumplings can still be consumed by the panelists and are useful for increasing albumin levels and body endurance as well as speeding up wound healing
Subtitusi Tepung Tempe dan Penambahan Ekstrak Bunga Telang terhadap Daya Terima Kue Cubit sebagai Jajanan yang Mengandung Antioksidan
Full text linkTempeh flour and telang flowers are food ingredients that contain antioxidants and can protect body cells from damage. Kue cubit is a snack that is assimilated by the Dutch, the development of which is found to be less visible in terms of its benefits for health, so it is necessary to develop a kue cubit with tempeh flour substitution and the addition of telang flower extract where both ingredients contain antioxidants. This research are to: (1) to determine the effect of tempeh flour substitution and the addition of telang flower extract on acceptability including the parameters of color, aroma, texture, and taste of kue cubit (2) to determine the antioxidant activity in kue cubit substituted with tempeh flour and the addition of telang flower extract from the best formula. This study includes a true experiment using a two-factor factorial Complete Random Design (RAL) research design, they are the variation in the amount of tempeh flour and the variation in the number of telang flowers that will be extracted as much as 40 ml, consisting of 6 formulas. The data were tested using Kruskal wallis if there was an influence followed by using the man whitney test. The results of the analysis showed there were significant differences in each kue cubit formula with color parameters and there were no effect on aroma, texture, and taste parameters. The best formula is X3Y3 (10%: 20gram), with an IC50 antioxidant activity value of 378.355 μg/mL included in the weak category
Analisis Kandungan Parasetamol pada Jamu Fung Seh Cu Tong Wan Menggunakan Spektrofotometri Uv-Vis
Full text linkJamu is an Indonesian traditional medicine that has been used from generation to generation with the properties contained empirically proven. Herbs that will be marketed must meet safety and quality requirements and must not contain medicinal chemicals (BKO). However, the increasingly fierce competition in the herbal medicine industry has resulted in some herbal medicine makers adding medicinal chemicals (BKO) to the herbs they produce. Medicinal raw materials (BKO) commonly contained in herbal medicine, namely paracetamol. The research conducted analyzed the content of paracetamol in herbal medicine using the Uv-Vis spectrophotometric method with a wavelength of 240 nm to detect medicinal raw materials (BKO) and paracetamol levels contained in Fung seh cu tong wan herbal medicine. The analysis results from 3 replicates showed that the samples of jamu Fung seh cu tong wan were positive for paracetamol with levels of 0.0064%, 0.0104%, and 0.0184% and an average of 0.0117% was obtained

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and non-physical work environment on the work-life balance of Generation Z employees in Bekasi. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics and special needs that companies need to understand in the world of work. An integrative and collaborative organizational culture and a flexible, adaptable, and non-physical work environment are believed to play an important role in achieving work-life balance. The research method used is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire of 50 respondents, then processing it using SmartPLS to test validation, reliability, and relationships between variables. The results show that organizational culture significantly affects work life balance, while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on work life balance

Referring to the teachings of Pacem in Terris which emphasize social justice, human rights and economic prosperity, small businesses are seen as an effective solution in facing the challenge of unemployment, especially among these vulnerable groups. SME networks have the potential to provide training, employment opportunities and skills development that can increase individual competitiveness in the labor market. This article also explores the application of Pacem in Terris principles, particularly solidarity and cooperation between individuals and groups, in small and medium enterprise development policies and programs to create inclusive and sustainable employment opportunities. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for policy makers and practitioners in formulating more effective strategies to support economic empowerment and poverty alleviation through strengthening the SME sector

Full text linkTime management is planning, organizing and monitoring time productivity. Time is a performance resource that must be managed effectively and efficiently. In the world of education, time is likened to a sword that must be mastered, as well as in the field of tahfidz al-Qur'an, one of which is implemented in Dayah in Aceh, management is really needed to achieve the memorization target. Regarding this, standard data has not been found regarding time management at Dayah, therefore this research seeks to answer the concept of time management, its application, settings and implications for student memorization. This research is a field study using a qualitative approach, carried out at Islamic boarding schools in Aceh. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the time management concept for tahfidz is prepared/scheduled after evening and evening prayers and memorized deposits after dawn prayers. This time is short, if you look at Dayah's priority which is devoted to memorization. The application of time management is not optimal, students often procrastinate memorizing, they do not recognize the activities (memorization) and the application of time is still not clear. Apart from that, students are less focused on results, and their responses or attitudes are less firm at times. The implications of time management for memorizing the Al-Qur'an in Dayah, in general, can be seen from the increase and changes in students memorizing the Al-Qur'an
