Full text linkThis empowerment was carried out bearing in mind that there are still many banana tree fronds that are not used and only become waste, therefore to overcome the large amount of banana frond waste in Marga Mulya Village. And to find out what the benefits of banana fronds are for processed products that are useful and have economic value, we make use of these banana fronds by making processed banana fronds chips that have high economic power by empowering housewives in Marga Mulya Village. This community empowerment is carried out every Saturday with four meetings. And it is hoped that the manufacture of banana chips which has been implemented in Marga Mulya Village can continue and help the economy of local residents

Full text linkBanyak UMKM yang ada di daerah sekitar kita masih menggunakan pencatatan pengeluaran usaha secara sederhana dan sejatinya belum mengerti bagaimana perhitungan dari harga pokok penjualan dan bagaimana caranya memanajemen resiko-resiko yang ada pada usaha yang dimiliki, Alasannya para pemilik usaha ini hanya tau dari banyaknya penjualan, yang penting untung dan masih ada modal untuk usaha lagi. Selain itu para pemilik UMKM ini terkadang hanya membuka usaha dengan modal nekat tanpa memperhatikan resiko resiko yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasinya. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertitiktolak pada pendampingan masyarakat pemilik UMKM yang ada di Desa Telogo Rejo Batanghari Lampung Timur, melalui Pendampingan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan Dan Manajemen Resiko mampu meningkatkan kualitas para pemilik UMKM agar dapat mengelola keuangannya dengan baik serta meningkatkan kualitas usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendampingan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan dan manajemen resiko.

Full text linkThe health of pregnant women is one of the national health indicators. The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy. This activity was carried out at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati on September 5 2020. The target of this activity is pregnant women who are pregnant women who are at TBMB Hj. Mardiawati. The methods used in this community service activity include counseling, discussion, Javanese questions. After counseling, pregnant women understand and know about the danger signs in pregnancy

A woman has a duty to fulfill the role of a mother during her pregnancy. This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about pregnancy, various psychological changes during pregnancy and how to make psychological adaptations during pregnancy in achieving the role of mother at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 20 people which was carried out on November 21 2020 at the Tallo District Office using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during pregnancy
PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN AKUNTANSI
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on accounting understanding. The sampling method is purposive sampling and the sample used is 134 students from the Semarang University in 2018. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study with linear regression with software smartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a simultaneous effect on Accounting Understanding. Partially, Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have no effect on Accounting Understanding, while Spiritual Intelligence has no effect on Accounting Understanding.

Full text linkTujuan dari penelitian ini : 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang.
Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang, sebanyak 71 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus dimana semua populasi sebagai sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan data deskriptif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang. 2). Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di CV Pesona Utama Semarang

Full text linkPenggunaan tenaga kerja yang efektif dan terarah merupakan kunci dari motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu kebijakan perusahaan untuk penggerak karyawan agar mau bekerja lebih produktif sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Para karyawan mengharapkan bahwa hasil kerja akan berhubungan positif dengan tunjangan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian di PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, analisis dokumen dan kajian pustaka, serta pengumpulan data yang diambil dari buku-buku. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada sebanyak 58 orang. Responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis linier berganda.Dari hasil penelitian dikemukakan bahwa hasil uji F atau secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan dan tunjangan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Hasil uji t atau secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh Persada parsial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada dan tunjangan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh tunjangan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja adalah sebesar 0,381 atau 38,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini seperti : keselamatan kerja, komunikasi, pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan lain sebagainya

Full text linkThe punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is actually heavier than the punishment that applies in the general court. The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is not only limited to prison sentences or fines imposed, but sometimes for serious criminal offenders are often sentenced to additional penalties in the form of dishonorable dismissal (PDTH) from military service. The purpose of this study is to show that for legal subjects with military status, the role of superiors who have the right to punish or called the term Ankum is very dominant. For military members involved in criminal acts, two punishments are imposed, namely first, in the form of disciplinary punishments imposed in the form of punishments for postponement of promotion, demotion to dismissal. This research is qualitative that uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the determination of absolute competence based on the emphasis on the consequences of the losses incurred can be said to be in line with what is stated in Article 3 paragraph (4) letter a of TAP MRP Number VII of 2000 concerning the Role of the Indonesia National Army and the Role of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which reads that "Soldiers of the Indonesia National Army are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the case of general criminal offenses." It is strengthened by Article 65 paragraph (2) of the TNI Law which reads "Soldiers are subject to the power of the military judiciary in the event of a violation of the military criminal law and are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the event of a violation of the general criminal law regulated by the Law.
