Plastic is a non-organic waste that has uses, especially in daily activities. Plastic is widely used by traders to package food and others. The widespread use of plastic by the community and its indiscriminate disposal after use can lead to the accumulation of waste. The problem can be solved with the 3R strategy, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Not all locations have facilities to dispose of waste. Nowadays, landfills are a necessity, so it is necessary to provide these facilities. The solution is to make ecobrick products because they can be made easily. This research aims to increase public awareness in Pamarayan Village, Jiput Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province regarding ecobrick products as an invitation to care for the environment in order to create a healthy environment. The method used was the observation method and the approach was training in ecobricking. The result is that the community can understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through proper waste sorting, and are able to make ecobrick products in the form of trash cans from bottle waste for personal or community use

Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) is one of the indicators used in Indonesia to assess the risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women and adult women. Chronic lack of energy for a long time causes the immune system to decrease so that the body is susceptible to infectious diseases, the decreased ability to concentrate which occurs is related to a decrease in iron stores. Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) measurement aims to analyze the relationship between Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) and the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University. The method used is data analysis, involving measuring LILA and collecting data regarding nutritional status and factors that have the potential to influence KEK. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between LILA size and the incidence of CED. Of the 50 respondents studied, 52% experienced CED with a LILA size of less than 23.5 cm, which indicates the existence of serious nutritional problems among this population. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for universities and health workers in efforts to prevent and treat nutritional problems among students. &nbsp

A lack of self-esteem is often accompanied by nervousness when speaking in front of an audience, but a positive body image can help build confidence. Many challenges await first-year students, including adjusting to a new setting. Still, it's not always easy to perform for a live audience. In order to express themselves on campus, students need to work on their public speaking abilities. The primary objective of this research was to examine the relationship between first-year nursing students' body image perceptions and their anxiety when it comes to presenting in front of an audience. A cross-sectional approach, prevalent in quantitative research, is utilized in this study. Undergraduates from Semarang's Sultan Agung Islamic University's nursing program (class of 2024) participated in the research. A total of 157 students were selected at random. The correlation tool used in this study was Spearman's rank test. A high correlation between first-year nursing students' negative perceptions of their bodies and their anxiety when speaking in front of an audience was found among the 157 research participants (p value 0.000), according to the data analysis. Among the students, nearly half (40.8%) reported extremely low levels of body image satisfaction and nearly half (41.4%) reported extremely high levels of anxiety when it came to public speaking

Cardiovascular disease especially coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke, is the main cause of global death, with increased blood lipid levels as one of the risk factors. This research offers the potential of anthocyanin-rich berry supplements in reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels and improving blood lipid profiles through a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trial studies (RCTs). Data was collected from various databases and filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis shows that consumption of berry supplements containing anthocyanins can reduce LDL-C levels by 0.29 mmol/L compared to the control group, with a p value <0.05 and I2 = 79%, indicating that the variation between these studies is heterogeneous. These findings are in line with previous research which showed a 13.6% reduction in serum LDL-C levels in the group consuming anthocyanins. In the whortleberry exposure group, the results showed that of the two journal articles analyzed, the data points fell outside the confidence interval (CI), indicating there was no significant difference in the results of the studies. The use of anthocyanins on berries other than whortleberries showed a significant effect, while on whortleberries, the difference with or without anthocyanins was not significant. The results of this study emphasize the importance of consuming anthocyanin-rich berry supplements in improving blood lipid profiles and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, and support the development of anthocyanin-based nutritional supplements as an effective public health strategy

Article discusses the influence of education on economic growth in developing countries, with a special focus on Indonesia. Education is considered a key factor in improving the quality of human resources, which contributes to economic growth. The three main theories that explain this relationship are human capital theory, allocation theory, and class growth theory. Human capital theory suggests that higher education can increase productivity and wages, despite criticism regarding job quality. Allocation theory highlights the role of education in allocating individuals based on educational strata, while class growth theory highlights the impact of education on social inequality. In Indonesia, challenges faced in the education sector include inequality of access and poor infrastructure, especially in remote areas. Despite increasing education budgets, data shows that classroom infrastructure problems are still not fully resolved. This article emphasizes the importance of research and development to improve the quality of education, which in turn is expected to encourage economic growth and reduce social problems such as unemployment and crime. Successful examples from other countries, such as South Korea, show that a strong education system can contribute significantly to economic growth. The method used in this research is a literature review, which collects and analyzes various studies related to the influence of education on economic growth. The literature sources used include books, academic journals, and research reports, which allows the authors to gain a broader picture of trends, findings, and research gaps in this topic
