Pengaruh Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Tokopedia
Full text linkThis literature study examines the influence of trust on Tokopedia customer loyalty. Tokopedia is one of the market places that is widely used by customers in Indonesia. The factor that Tokopedia uses is the level of consumer trust in Tokopedia. This study applies a qualitative research method with a literature study approach from various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study revealed that trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty. This confirms that trust has a very significant effect on Tokopedia customer loyalty, which means the importance of building customer trust to increase loyalty, which in turn can increase customer retention and sales. This finding provides implications for Tokopedia's marketing strategy to build stronger relationships with customers and improve their shopping experience
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Perusahaan Startup
Full text linkIn the competitive business world, organizational culture is a key factor affecting employee performance, especially in startup companies that often face challenges in growth and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in startup companies, focusing on elements such as communication, collaboration, and managerial support. A strong organizational culture is believed to increase employee motivation and productivity, which in turn will contribute to the company's success. The results show that a positive organizational culture, including collaborative, innovative, and open values, contributes significantly to increased employee motivation and productivity. Employees who engage in a positive organizational culture tend to be more productive and have a higher retention rate because they feel supported by their company. The practical implication of this study is that startup companies need to actively create and build a productive work atmosphere to increase employee motivation
Hubungan Antara Tingkat Stres dengan Status Gizi pada Mahasiswa Akhir Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lampung
Full text linkStress is a psychological condition that can affect nutritional status through changes in eating patterns and body metabolism. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between stress levels and nutritional status among final-year medical students at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lampung. The study was conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 using a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of final-year medical students in the 2024 academic year. A total of 141 students were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the gamma correlation test. Stress levels were assessed using the Medical Student Stressor Questionnaire (MSSQ), while nutritional status was measured through anthropometric assessments. The results showed that 34.8% of respondents had an overweight or obese nutritional status, and 44.7% experienced moderate stress levels. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between stress levels and nutritional status (p = 0.033, p < 0.05) with a weak positive correlation (r = 0.260). This positive correlation indicates that higher stress levels are associated with an increased risk of being overweight or obese. In conclusion, this study demonstrates a significant relationship between stress levels and nutritional status among final-year medical students. These findings highlight the importance of effective stress management to prevent the risk of excessive weight gain and its potential contribution to degenerative diseases

Full text linkThis study aims to examine the influence of dividend policy, investment decisions, company growth, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2022. The company value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio, while the independent variables include dividend policy measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), investment decisions using the Price Earnings Ratio (PER), company growth measured by asset growth, and profitability measured by the Net Profit Margin (NPM). This research utilizes a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression techniques to analyze secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial reports. The findings indicate that dividend policy, investment decisions, company growth, and profitability simultaneously have a significant impact on the company's value. Partially, dividend policy, investment decisions, and company growth have a significant positive effect on company value, while profitability shows a more varied influence. These findings highlight the importance of company management in considering consistent dividend policies, strategic investment decisions, and effective profitability management to enhance company value and attract investors
Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Penjualan Serum Hanasui
Full text linkThe cosmetics industry in Indonesia continues to experience rapid development, especially with increasing consumer preferences for local products. Hanasui, as a local cosmetic brand, offers quality facial serum at affordable prices which is available on various e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing Hanasui serum, including product quality, price, online reviews and social recommendations. Referring to previous research, factors such as social class, reference groups, product knowledge, and online customer reviews are known to play an important role in cosmetic product purchasing decisions. The findings of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight for manufacturers and marketers to formulate more effective marketing strategies, increase customer loyalty, and strengthen Hanasui's position in the local cosmetics market.
 
Hubungan Status Gizi Terhadap Keluhan Disminore Pada Mahasiswi Universitas Bali Dwipa
Full text linkWomen, especially teenagers, often experience dysmenorrhea during menstruation. The lower part of the stomach is where this discomfort occurs. The aim of this research is to find out how dietary status influences dysmenorrhea complaints in Bali Dwipa University students. The quantitative descriptive survey method was used in this research. The research sample obtained using a stratified sampling approach was 30 people from a total population of 43 people. The frequency distribution of each variable was analyzed and the chi square test was used to determine the relationship. Research findings show that nutritional status has an impact on female students' dysmenorrhea symptoms. This research aims to deepen understanding and serve as a guide for further research. Apart from that, it is believed that this research can provide further information which can then provide suggestions regarding solutions related to this problem, especially those related to dysmenorrhea complaints in female students
Efektifitas Penurunan Kadar Pb (Timbal ) Limbah Cair Rumah Sakit Mengunakan Koagulan Alami
Full text linkThe presence of heavy metals in waste is one of the variables that can pollute and damage the environment. Lead is one of the chemical contents that can be found in hospital liquid waste. Hospital liquid waste comes from work unit processes throughout the hospital environment which contains dangerous chemicals so it needs to be processed before being discharged into the environment. Research has been carried out using the coagulation-flocculation method using sugar palm seeds as a biocoagulant. The aim of this research is to find out how the palm seed coagulant mass influences in reducing lead (Pb) levels. hospital wastewater with the addition of variations in coagulant mass, namely 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6% and 0.7%. From the filtrate resulting from coagulation-flocculation which was then analyzed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.68 of 2016 concerning Domestic Wastewater Quality Standards, from the results of this research it is known that sugar palm seeds as a biocoagulant are able to reduce the most optimal PB concentration when the coagulant concentration is added to 0.6%
Analisis Faktor Internal Nilai - Nilai Perusahaan Tembakau yang Terdaftar di Bei Periode 2019-2023
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the impact of Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on firm value in the tobacco sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results show that a high ROE, as seen in HMSP, reflects efficient equity management and positively contributes to increased firm value, while low ROE in GGRM and ITIC indicates inefficiency. ROA analysis reveals that all four issuers have very high average ROA, indicating efficiency in utilizing assets to generate profits. Regarding EPS, the increase in ITIC and WIIM reflects improved financial performance, whereas the decline in EPS at GGRM and HMSP may reduce investor attractiveness. Overall, the study concludes that ROE, ROA, and EPS are important indicators influencing firm value, although they should be considered along with other external factors for a more comprehensive understanding
Transformasi Pembayaran Internasional: Peran CBDC dan Integrasi dengan Ekosistem Fintech
Full text linkThis article discusses the transformation of international payments that continues to develop along with technological advances and increasing needs for efficiency, speed, and security in conducting cross-border transactions. This development is marked by the innovation of international payments with the existence of CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and its integration with fintech, as a digital currency issued by the Central Bank. In this study, the research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Where data can be obtained through informal group discussions, literature studies, and from various sources of information related to the transformation of international payments, CBDC, and the fintech ecosystem. The results of the study show that there has been a transformation of international payments that started from manual or cash transactions, until now it can carry out digital payment transactions using CBDC payment innovations. However, there are challenges or risks in using CBDC, namely related to data security and privacy, new financial technology regulations, changes in consumer behavior, and financial stability risks. This article is expected to provide insight for industry players to be able to utilize the potential of CBDC and fintech in building a more modern and sustainable international financial system
Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Produk Kosmetik Judydoll
Full text linkThis study aims to identify the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions for Judydoll cosmetic products, focusing on social recommendations and online reviews. Data was collected from 97 respondents, mostly females aged 18-23. The results indicate that social media (69%) is the primary source of information, and factors influencing purchase decisions include product quality, affordable pricing, and attractive packaging. Recommendations from friends/family (57.5%) and online reviews also significantly impact decisions. The majority of consumers are satisfied and intend to repurchase. This study suggests that Judydoll should continue utilizing social media, maintain product quality, and pay attention to pricing and packaging to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty
