Pengaruh Substitusi Puree Kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) dan Penambahan Wortel (Daucus carota) Terhadap Daya Terima Permen Jelly pada Anak Sekolah
Full text linkKersen and carrots are local fruits and vegetables that often found in Indonesia. Kersen contain antioxidant activity, and carrots contain vitamin A, that beneficial for body. The purpose of this study to determine effect of kersen puree substitution and addition of carrots on the acceptability of jelly candy. This study used a pure experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design, namely 3 levels of kersen puree (40%, 50%, and 60%) and 2 levels of carrots (25% and 50%). The panelists is school-age children at MI Tarbiyatush Shibyan, totaling 45 students. The hedonic test data were analyzed using two-way anova with Duncan's further test to determine the real difference. Interaction of kersen puree substitution and carrot addition affected the color, but not affect the aroma, taste, and elasticity of jelly candy. Jelly candy with F3G2 formula with 60% kersen puree substitution and 50% carrot addition was most preferred. In 100 grams of F3G2 formula, jelly candy contains 318 kcal energy, 62.10% glucose, 3.05% fiber, 88.60 mg beta-carotene, and 78.60% antioxidant activity. Based on these results, jelly candy with kersen puree substitution and carrot addition is beneficial for school-age children because contains high antioxidants and vitamin A
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Donsu (Donat Susu) Cibaduyut
Full text linkChoosing a specific brand from a variety of brand options is a purchase decision. In this study, Product Quality and Service Quality are considered the two main factors influencing the purchase decision of milk donuts at DONSU Cibaduyut. The purpose of this research is to analyze how these two factors affect the purchasing decision. The research was conducted at DONSU Cibaduyut, involving 96 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling method, with an unknown population size. Data were collected through closed questionnaires with a rating scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis of the data obtained. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used, and hypothesis testing was carried out using T-tests and F-tests. The results of the study revealed three main findings in line with the proposed hypotheses: 1) Product Quality does not significantly affect the Purchase Decision; 2) Service Quality significantly affects the Purchase Decision; 3) Product Quality and Service Quality together influence the Purchase Decision

Full text linkThis study aims to determine whether CR, DER, and ROA affect changes in profit. The data obtained using the quantitative descriptive method with the criteria (1) Consumer Goods Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and consistently exist during the 2019-2023 research period, (2) Consumer Goods Industry Companies that provide financial report data during the 2019-2023 research period and consumer goods industry companies do not generate negative profits. The results of the analysis show that the data used in this study meet the classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed data. From the results of the regression analysis shows that the most influential on the independent variable of profit growth is the profitability ratio. With the results shown that the profitability ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth

This article aims to analyze the development of shariah banking services from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah. The research findings indicate that the development of shariah banking services must be based on the principles of Maqasid Syariah, namely protecting religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth. This article also finds that shariah banking services that meet the principles of Maqasid Syariah can increase public trust in shariah banking and improve community welfare.. Therefore, shariah banks must develop more innovative services that meet community needs based on the principles of Maqasid Syariah

This research aims to analyze the role of fiqh of worship in improving the devotion of students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and document study. The results showed that fiqh worship learning has a significant effect on improving students' students' devotion, which is reflected in the improvement of the quality of worship, discipline, and positive behavior in daily life
Literature Study: Complementary Therapy in Overcoming Anemia in Pregnant Women
Full text linkApproximately 40% of pregnant women worldwide experience anemia. Anemia during pregnancy can cause various serious complications, including premature birth, low birth weight, and even increase the risk of maternal and infant death. Complementary therapy can be an alternative for preventing and treating anemia in pregnant women. This study aims to review research articles related to complementary therapy that can be used to treat anemia in pregnant women. Literature searches through academic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect. Literature selection was carried out based on inclusion criteria (scientific articles in the last 5 years, English/Indonesian, relevant topics) and exclusion (irrelevant articles, no abstract/full-text). Interventions such as acupuncture, yoga, traditional herbs, moringa leaves, spinach and beetroot juice can be safe and natural solutions to increase hemoglobin levels. The selection of the appropriate method can be adjusted according to individual preferences, accessibility, and the level of anemia experienced.
 
Pengaruh Penggunaan Biaya Hidup KIP – Kuliah dan Tingkat Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of KIP-Kuliah costs and financial literacy levels on student needs. The study was conducted on 45 KIP-Kuliah recipient students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire designed to test the variables of KIP-Kuliah living costs, financial literacy, and student needs. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the study, the level of financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on student needs, with a coefficient of determination of approximately 0.596 (p <0.05). In contrast, the use of KIP-Kuliah living costs does not have a significant effect on student needs (p>0.05). Overall, these variables have an average contribution of 39.9% to the student needs variable. This shows that financial literacy is an important component in maximizing the use of knowledge by students to meet their master's needs. Based on the research findings, steps that can be taken include increasing literacy through education or training programs and evaluating the KIP-Kuliah program to ensure that the funds are used effectively

Full text linkEstablishing a resort in a remote area holds significant potential for tourism development but requires in-depth evaluation of its operational feasibility. This study aims to assess the operational feasibility of establishing a resort in a remote area by considering economic, social, environmental, and infrastructure aspects. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis methods, with data collected through interviews, field surveys, and literature review. The findings indicate that although there are considerable challenges regarding accessibility and infrastructure, the potential economic benefits from tourism and local development support the operational feasibility of the resort, provided there is policy support and investment in the development of essential infrastructure
