Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze disorders, confounding factors, approaches to dealing with them and educational service models for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. This research was motivated by various cases related to the low level of education of children with special needs, many of whom even experienced discriminatory treatment. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a literature review of references relating to the various symptoms observed. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively so that differences in the characteristics and models of educational services provided to children with special needs and emotional and behavioral disorders were visible. The research results show that children with emotional and behavioral disorders show characteristics such as intelligence and learning ability, social and emotional traits, as well as immature and withdrawn behavior. Models of educational services for children who experience emotional and behavioral disorders can be grouped into three, namely. differentiated education services, integrated/integrated education services, and inclusive education using individual and group approaches

Get PDFThe aim of this study was to find out how the working environment, workload and communication affect the job satisfaction of employees at CV. Putra Putri Jombang. A quantitative methodology was used in this study. 40 employees form the population of this study while 40 respondents form the sample. A saturated sample was used in this research. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26 multiple regression analysis. The results show that workload has a major impact on employee job satisfaction, work environment has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction and communication has a negligible impact on employee job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis showed 0.311 or 31.1%, which means that the variables work environment, workload and communication account for 31.1% of the variation in employee job satisfaction, while the remaining proportion is influenced by variables not included in this regression model

No full textLabor scheduling is allocating human resources to work stations according to needs. To increase productivity, companies must schedule labor optimally. In allocating labor, the Hotel Menara Lexus company has implemented labor scheduling with 3 work shifts, namely morning, afternoon and night. Because scheduling is still made manually, it is possible for schedule "collisions" to occur and there is no fairness in the distribution of shifts to each employee. To solve this problem, an appropriate algorithm is needed so that the scheduling process can run optimally. The application of genetic algorithm methods in scheduling problems is able to produce good solutions using chromosome representation, determining objective function values, fitness evaluation, determining probability function values, selection process using Roulette Wheel, crossover method using one cut-point crossover, and mutation at the above level. 0.5 can then be generated. The puerperium is a period that is very vulnerable to infection for postpartum mothers if the treatment is not appropriate. Many postpartum mothers do not know how to maintain their hygiene, especially in the genital area. Mothers just clean it without caring about good and correct vulva hygiene, so that wound healing becomes slow (> 6 days). This type of research is descriptive by applying a case study approach. The implementation of this research was carried out at the Pratama Medical Center Clinic for Mrs. N by providing care for the implementation of genital cleansing and perineal wound care.

Pengembangan Job Sheet Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Berbasis Logo Softcomfort Untuk Kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Pungging
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of feasibility assessed from the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the PLC-based Logo Softcomfort Job Sheet. Development utilized the Research and Development (R&D) research method. This study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design and was conducted on 34 students of XII TITL 1 class. The research employed a validation instrument for the job sheet, with practicality assessed through student responses, and the effectiveness measured through the cognitive pre-test and posttest scores of students. The results indicate that the job sheet's validity yielded a rating of 94.19, categorized as "very valid." The practicality of the PLC job sheet resulted in a rating of 91.35, categorized as "very practical." Regarding the effectiveness of the PLC job sheet on cognitive learning outcomes, it resulted in a calculated t-value of 18.738, with a critical t-value (df = 66, α = 0.05) of 1.997, obtaining a significance value of 0.000. Based on these findings, the PLC job sheet based on Softcomfort can be considered valid, practical, and effective for use in IML learning at SMK Negeri 1 Pungging.

Edukasi Pencegahan Stunting di Kelurahan Pedurungan Tengah, Kota Semarang
Get PDFStunting in children under five years old is a serious global health problem, especially in Semarang City. Community service activities were carried out in Pedurungan Tengah Village. The aim of this study was to increase the understanding about stunting and its prevention. Discussion method was used to deliver the topics, as well as distributing leaflets as a source of additional information. The results of the activity showed good participation from 32 participants. Active discussions showed participants' interest in understanding the topic of stunting. This community service also highlights the importance of maternal knowledge regarding stunting, considering that the risk of stunting increases in mothers with low knowledge. The implementation of the activity ended with an evaluation that showed satisfactory results. It is hoped that this community service can help increase public knowledge and awareness about stunting, as well as contribute to efforts to prevent stunting in Semarang City

Get PDFThis Community Service aimed to enhance the parents' ability to educate their children to possess self-reliance skills from an early age. The activity considered the importance of self-reliance skills as the foundation for a child's continuous development. A total of 24 parents with early childhood in Rejosari Village, Glagah, Banyuwangi, participated in this program. The method used was education and training conducted interactively, involving active participation from parents and supplemented with direct practice and discussion. The results showed an improvement in parents' knowledge and skills in supporting the development of children's self-reliance skills. Parents became more understanding and skilled in applying self-reliance education methods, as well as identifying and overcoming obstacles that arise in educating their children. This activity also created a learning community among parents, where they could share experiences and strategies for educating children to be more independent. This community service has positively impacted increasing parents' skills and knowledge in supporting the development of self-reliance skills in early childhood
