Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Branch Makassar. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. Population in the study were employees and customers of PT.BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data collected and processed using SPSS. Based on the results obtained financial perspective variables (X1) amounted to 2.241 with R persial 0.030, (X2) amounted to 3.879 with r persial 0.000 , Internal business (X3) amounted to 2.391 with r persial 0.021 with GIS 0.05, growth and learning (X4) amounted to -2.412 with r persial 0.020
Kemampuan Guru Dalam Membuat Media Pembelajaran Sederhana
Get PDFLearning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media

Get PDFThis research aims to investigate the influence of Chinese ethnicity on job choices among workers in Jakarta. Using a case study approach and qualitative methods, this research was conducted in May 2024 involving 5 sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that factors such as cultural values, social networks, and historical experiences play an important role in influencing the occupational choices of ethnic Chinese in Jakarta. Apart from that, society's perception of Chinese ethnicity also influences career choices. The favorable socio-economic dynamics of the Chinese community in Jakarta also play an important role in shaping their career choices. It is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the career choices of ethnic Chinese in Jakarta, as well as their relevance to the cultural, social and economic aspects that influence the relationship between ethnic Chinese and the world of work in the Indonesian capital. Thus, this research provides an important contribution in expanding insight into the dynamics of the relationship between Chinese ethnicity and employment choices in urban contexts such as Jakarta

Get PDFBased on the International Diabetic Federation (IDF), in 2017, the number of people suffering from DM in Indonesia was 10.3 million people, Indonesia was ranked 6th with the highest number of DM patients. Foot ulcers are often the main cause of hospitalization in DM patients, and DM is the main cause of lower extremity amputation in non-traumatic cases. Currently, Indonesia does not yet have a consensus for the management of diabetic foot infections. Management of diabetic foot infections currently uses guidelines from the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) and the International Working Group of Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) for empirical selection of antibiotics. The basic principles of healing diabetic ulcers are adequate arterial perfusion, proper control of infection, and offloading the ulcer area. Empirical selection of antibiotics often coincides with inadequate information regarding microbiological patterns. Choosing an antibiotic with a spectrum that is too narrow will cause pathogens to be overlooked in infections which are often caused by polymicrobial, and cause clinical deterioration in the patient. Unnecessary selection of broad-spectrum antibiotics can contribute to the increasing problem of antibiotic resistance. Mild and moderate infections can be given antibiotics with a narrower spectrum. Severe infections require parenteral administration to reach therapeutic levels immediately

Get PDFThe empowerment carried out by Dasawisma’s Family Welfare Empowerment, Sempaja Selatan Subdistrict is an activity that functions as an effort to cultivating plants on limited land. This research discusses (1) describing the process of empowering the use of medicinal plants and (2) identifying the factors that influence the empowerment of the use of medicinal plants in Dasawisma’s Family Welfare Empowerment. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity of data using triangulation techniques and techniques. The results of this research consist of: (1) Empowerment of the Use of Medicinal Plants which includes: a) awareness stage based on the results of identification and discussions carried out by Dasawisma’s Family Welfare Empowerment members with the Village Head b) capacity building stage carried out by socialization, introduction, training, and determining learning models for medicinal plants and c) the empowerment stage involves distributing tasks and empowering PKK members to become independent. 2) Factors that support empowerment are the unity of members who want to develop, trainers who are appropriate to their field, and funds fully supported by the village head
Pengaruh Pemasaran Sosial Media Dan E-Wom Terhadap Niat Beli Konsumen Pada Grab-Food di Kota Medan
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the influence of marketing via social media and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on consumer purchase intentions for Grab-Food services in Medan City. The research design used was quantitative, with a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents who were active users of social media and Grab-Food services in Medan City. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 5 point Likert scale and analyzed using statistical methods. The research results show that social media has an influence on consumer purchasing intentions, but this influence is not partially significant with a significance value of 0.061 > 0.05. On the other hand, E-WOM has a significant influence on consumer purchase intentions with t count 6.743 > t table 2.052. Joint analysis between social media and E-WOM shows that these two variables simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchase intentions, with an F test value of Fcount 57.135 > Ftable 3.091

Get PDFSalted squid is a substitution in development. After realizing the importance of these foods as a source of body nutrients, consumption of salted squid has increased. However, there are still many traders who use formalin to preserve salted squid. Some characteristics of salted squid containing formalin are clean, fly-free, and do not rot at room temperature for more than a month. One way to reduce the formalin content in salted squid before cooking can be by soaking it with lime. Because lime contains a lot of organic acids in the form of citric acid. This study was conducted to determine the optimal concentration of lime to reduce formalin levels and see the significant effect of lime concentration on reducing formalin levels in salted squid. The research method used in this study is Pre Experiment with one group pre test post test design. Formalin identification was carried out qualitatively using distillation and the addition of chromatropic acid and quantitatively using a spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 570nm. The formalin level in squid was 0.1682ppm. Samples were treated by soaking with lime juice with a concentration of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% with a duration of time of 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, the results showed the highest decrease in formalin levels at a soaking time of 5 hours with a concentration of 100% lime juice

The research results show that although various regulations such as the Job Creation Law have been implemented to facilitate investment, bureaucratic challenges and legal uncertainty are still the main obstacles. This research recommends strategic steps to improve the implementation of investment regulations to strengthen national economic competitiveness
