Desain Album “Collide” Band Dieonic
Get PDFDieonic is an Alternative Rock music group with the Shoegaze subgenre hailing from Padang, Indonesia. Formed in 2022, Dieonic presents a fusion of key shoegaze elements within a series of alternative rock tracks, refining the essence of emo music. In the midst of Padang's vibrant underground music scene, Dieonic emerges with a distinctive sound, deviating from the conventional trends. This latest project aims to develop a visual communication concept that mirrors the artistic visualization of Dieonic's musical creations and their unique identity. Beyond offering educational insights into the significance of album design in the music industry, this endeavor concentrates on fortifying Dieonic's visual branding as a pivotal aspect of the band's identity, employing a semiotic approach. The cover design for Dieonic's 'Collide' album underwent a meticulous process, utilizing the 5W+1H analysis and the 4D method design for data analysis. The subsequent creative design seeks to encapsulate the band's essence. The resulting design serves as the primary medium in the form of the album itself, accompanied by supplementary materials such as album CDs, booklets, Spotify previews, posters, t-shirts, and flags. These diverse media will undergo thorough testing for their efficacy with a verified target audience to gauge their overall success

However, the lack of introduction in the form of visual media to the Ethereal band causes few underground music lovers to know the identity of the Ethereal band. This design is carried out in order to increase the existence of the post black metal genre in Padang city and optimize and provide consistency to the introduction of the Ethereal band's identity so that it can be better known and remembered by the target audience. This design uses the Design Thingking method, so it can be concluded that in this design a problem is sourced to an empathy, the need for solutions to existing problems, then keep testing for improvement. Therefore, a manual book was made as the main media to introduce the Ethereal band to the target audience. The Talempong Sungai Pua craft does not yet have documentation starting from history, the beginning of the founding of the Talempong Sungai Pua craft and others which make people unaware of the unique history. The design of this documentary film aims to collect various explanations that can be seen by the public, especially the millennial generation, early communities or people living outside West Sumatra who want to know about this craft. The design of the film uses the 4D method which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The data analysis method used in this final work is the 5w+1h method. Taking the object of the Pua River talempong craft, there is no history that has been filmed and not many people know about the history, production or what the talempong craft is, in the form of a documentary film, everything is summarized, this documentary film will later be of interest to both historians and the public. laypeople, the millennial generation have minimal knowledge about the history and production methods of Talempong Sungai Pua crafts and want to know the history and uniqueness of crafts.

Get PDFThis research raises the issue of the lack of facilities for learning media, the lack of student interaction in the learning process, and the disruption caused by students who often go in and out of class. These inadequacies can hinder the learning process and affect the teacher's creativity in managing learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how to create and maintain a maximum Islamic religious education learning atmosphere at SMPN 29 Sijunjung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher creativity in managing Islamic learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the creativity of teachers in managing Islamic learning has been done well, but has not reached the maximum level because there are still some things that need to be improved. Factors that influence creating a maximum learning atmosphere include forgetting to convey learning objectives, interference in managing time and learning activities, lack of student involvement in learning, and limited learning media. To improve the effectiveness of learning, there needs to be more attention in managing learning in order to create an optimal learning atmosphere for students in understanding Islamic religious education

This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions

Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of service satisfaction using BCA Mobile Banking (BCA Mobile). The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. This research aims to investigate the influence of 1) Work life balance on employee performance, 2) Job satisfaction on employee performance, and 3) Work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research took place in South Jakarta City using employees as research respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data and evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (work life balance and job satisfaction) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Proving the research hypothesis uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this research 1) The research results show that work life balance and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are discussed based on the findings of this study.
