Peran Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Citra Merek pada Keputusan Pembelian
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of online customer review variables, online customer ratings, and brand image on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling and the technique used is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh with the criteria of being at least 17 years old, having seen reviews and ratings of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh on Google Reviews, having purchased Mie Gacoan at least once in the last 3 months, and having tasted Mie Gacoan Cipondoh products. The questionnaire collected was 105 respondents, the data was then processed using multiple linear regression methods with statistical software tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that online customer reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, online customer rating has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then, it is also found that brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The final finding is that variables of online customer review, online customer rating, and brand image jointly influence purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image have an effect on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously.
 
Optimalisasi Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Analisis RFM pada Dataset Transaksi Ritel Menggunakan Python
Get PDFThis study aims to optimize marketing strategies through RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis on a retail transaction dataset obtained from Kaggle. The dataset contains 64,682 transactions from 5,242 SKUs involving 22,625 customers over one year. Data cleaning and RFM analysis were conducted to segment customers based on recency, frequency, and monetary values. The findings reveal that customers were segmented into groups such as Champions, Loyal Customers, and At Risk. These segments provide valuable insights for developing targeted marketing strategies, such as loyalty programs for high-value customers and retention campaigns for at-risk customers. The study demonstrates that RFM analysis is effective in identifying valuable customer segments and optimizing marketing efforts based on customer behavior. This approach can increase customer retention and improve the return on investment (ROI) in marketing campaigns

Get PDFBackground: Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which attacks the lung organ. one of the symptoms of Pulmonary Tuberculosis is shortness of breath. To stabilize the frequency of breathing in patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis, one of them is with non-pharmacological therapy, namely the semi-fowler position to help lung development and normalize the frequency of breathing. Objective: To describe the results of the implementation of the semi fowler position on respiratory ratein patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: Descriptive research design with a case study approach, conducted on two respondents to explore the implementation of the semi fowler position on Respiratory ratein Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. Results: After the application of the semi fowler position for one day within 30 minutes showed a decrease in respiratory ratein both respondents from the Tachypnea category to the Eupnea category. Conclusion: There is an effect of applying the semi fowler position on the respiratory rateof Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital

Get PDFEarly detection of high risk by health workers through quality antenatal care is one of the efforts to accelerate the reduction of MMR in Indonesia. The aim of this research was to determine "The Effectiveness of Health Education E-Booklets on Pregnant Women's Knowledge About Danger Signs of Pregnancy at the Sonomartani Labura Community Health Center in 2023. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental research method." The design used is a one group pre test and post test design research design. The research was carried out by knowing the mother's knowledge (pretest) before being given a health education E-booklet for danger signs of pregnancy, then continuing with a final test (posttest) after being given a health education E-booklet. The research results show a P value of 0.000, meaning p 0.05, stating that the health education e-booklet is effective on pregnant women's knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy at the Sonomartani Labura Community Health Center in 2023

Get PDFThe Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency continues to strive to improve its performance and services. One of the efforts made is through a work training program for employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work training on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using saturated samples or non-probability sampling, where the entire population is used as a sample. The population in question includes all employees of the personnel division of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bogor Regency, totaling 52 respondents, using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. In processing the data for analysis using SPSS 26 software with multiple linear analysis techniques, the research results showed that Y = 4.434, X1 = 0.402, and X2 = 0.361, which includes instrument tests, classical assumption tests, partial hypothesis tests with T values of 3.560 for X1 and 3.325 for X2. Simultaneously, both independent variables obtained an F value of 18.588. The coefficient of determination test indicated that the two independent variables have a 43.1% influence on employee performanc

This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Risk factors that can cause high levels of uric acid include age, gender, obesity, purine diet, alcohol, and some medications. Therapies that can be given to the elderly who experience gout include ergonomic exercises. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of applying ergonomic exercise therapy as a non-pharmacological method to reduce high uric acid levels in the elderly. This study used a case study approach with two elderly had high uric acid levels. The intervention was carried out for 2 weeks by giving ergonomic exercises 4 times in 1 week consecutively with a duration of 20 minutes of exercise.
