Get PDFThe majority of the people of Kedungbunder Village, Sutojayan District, Blitar Regency work as farmers and livestock breeders. Farmers in Kedungbunder Village complain that the price of non- subsidized fertilizer is expensive and subsidized fertilizer from the government is difficult to obtain, thus affecting agricultural productivity. This socialization aims to provide understanding and skills to farmers in making and using liquid organic fertilizer from agricultural waste and natural materials in the environment so that farmers can make fertilizer independently. In this way, farmers in Kedungbunder Village are more independent and creative, do not depend on subsidized fertilizer supplies, and reduce operational costs and agricultural activities remain productive, thereby increasing farmer capacity. The methods used in this community service activity include discourse, discussions, and training. The results of community service showed a positive response of 86.76% of participants to socialization activities

The problem at Cemerlang Barbershop is that there is a decrease in the number of visitors and the names of partners are not yet widely known, so the focus and aim of this service is to help Cemerlang Barbershop’s problems through creating social media accounts in the form of Instagram and Tiktok as well as making business cards. The methods used are interview and observation methods. The results obtained are that promotions carried out on social media have proven to be helpful in making the name Cemerlang Barbershop better known and making it easier to reach the desired consumers. Then the business cards created also increased brand awareness and increased the number of visitors from previously 10 visitors coming to 20 visitors. So it can be concluded that this service activity was successful in helping the problems experienced by Cemerlang Barbershop partners

These acts of bullying can be physical, verbal, or relational behaviors that aim to hurt, intimidate, or harm others who may be weaker or unable to defend themselves. Bullying can occur anywhere and anytime, when powerful people have the desire to commit acts of violence on people who do not have power. In recent times, cases of bullying have been increasing and grabbing the attention of the community and inviting concerns for safety and comfort in the educational environment. The impact caused by bullying is that the victim has a long trauma, psychological and mental disruption and emotional uncertainty. The educational environment should be a peaceful and comfortable place to support every child in studying and achieving. It is important that we all come together to prevent and solve this bullying problem. This can be realized by providing an understanding of bullying to the impact that occurs on the victim. Therefore, through the PLN Peduli CSR platform, the author conducts community service activities with the aim of providing teaching to prevent bullying cases. This community service activity is carried out in the form of socialization to early childhood in river schools. The methods used are delivering material (lectures), showing animated films, asking questions to children and playing games together. The results to be achieved after this activity are early childhood understanding of the importance of avoiding bullying behavior and understanding the negative impact of bullying. Children are expected to be more concerned about focusing on themselves and be active in efforts to create a comfortable educational environment without bullying. This activity forms an attitude not to do bad habits and always spread kindness among others

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of competence and work environment on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were employees of the Babulu Public Health Center, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan, totaling 67 employees. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that competence and work environment have a significant effect on performance either directly or mediated by job satisfaction. High employee competence and supported by a good work environment will increase employee job satisfaction which will further improve their performance

Get PDFThe study of the Social and Economic Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Fruit Traders in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, aims to analyze the social impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders and analyze the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fruit traders in Curup District. This research was conducted in February - March 2022 in Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency, with the consideration that in Curup District is part of the livelihood as a livelihood and includes quite a lot of fruit traders. The analytical method used in this study is the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis method, using the SPSS Statistics for windows software as a tool. Processed using excel software. The results showed that the impact of changes in social behavior and maintaining cleanliness that occurred to traders in Curup District, it has been tested that the indicator variables before and before the covid-19 pandemic on changes in attitude and maintaining cleanliness experienced a significant decrease from 0.05, meaning that there was a change between before and before the COVID-19 pandemic. The economic impact has been tested on indicators of changes in income before and before the covid-19 pandemic, the value of which is small from 0.05, which means there is a change, the covid-19 pandemic situation has a negative impact on economic traders causing a decrease in the monthly averag
