    The lack of OCB behavior shown by some nurses, namely, only formal tasks that can be completed optimally without being supported by behaviors that support the creation of extra performance more than expected. The low form of OCB behavior in oneself can be seen from not caring about the work of colleagues, when the work is finished, often complaining about work and hospital policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at the Stella Maris Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were nurses at the inpatient installation of the Stella Maris Hospital in Makassar, totaling 131 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior for nurses. It is recommended to the hospital management to be able to make meetings and hold workshops, by providing support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it is easier for subordinates to convey innovative ideas and can also hold trainings for employees who can help improve creativity and innovative behavior of employees

The aim of Community Service in the field of Education is to serve Bina Bangsa University students in implementing their knowledge in society. The stages carried out include conducting a survey, determining the use of motor methods, as well as service in PAUD in the Bulakan Village environment. The results of the service were carried out at two Early Childhood Education schools using different motor skill activity methods, both gross motor and fine motor.     Pesticides are all chemicals and other materials as well as microbes and viruses that are used to eradicate or prevent pests and diseases that damage plants. The majority of farmers use chemical pesticides because they are easy to apply practically, fast reaction, and more efficient. Vegetable pesticides or biopesticides are solutions of organic insecticide compounds that function as plant pest control and are environmentally friendly because the active ingredients are easily decomposed in nature. Compiled from the Village Information System page, it is known that the SDGs score of Lebo Village, the point of the village caring for the land environment, is at a percentage of 33.33%, which indicates that the aspect of caring for the land environment in Lebo Village is still low. Based on these conditions, students try to help improve village development in the aspect of land environmental care. The vegetable pesticide socialization activity is one of the activities of the KKN-T Bela Negara of UPN 'Veteran' East Java Students. The socialization was held on Saturday, July 27, 2024.     This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees at the Branch Collection Unit & Recovery Asset Sales of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample size of 123 samples, which were spread across 10 offices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that, leadership style, compensation, work environment, motivation and performance, in very good condition. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.     This research aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee work productivity at CV FIRJHI KARYA GROUP East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents and the data was processed using the SPSS.21 application. Results Research shows that training has a partial positive effect and significant to employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test obtained from The calculated t value is 4.544 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.000 < smaller than 0.05. And partial development has a positive effect significant impact on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test results obtained from The calculated t value is 6.582 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.001 < smaller than 0.05. Then Training and Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This is proven based on the F Test results obtained from the calculated f value of 103.510 > greater than f table 3.34 and a significance value of 0.000 < smaller than 0.05

    This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of teachers at SMAN 6 in Tasikmalaya City. This study focuses on understanding how several aspects of leadership, such as creating a conducive work environment, implementing discipline, and recognizing teacher contributions, impact their performance and motivation. Data was collected by a structured questionnaire distributed to 49 teachers, encompassing 18 indicators for leadership style, 8 indicators for work motivation, and 10 indicators for performance measured using a Likert scale. This research design is quantitative in nature, aiming to gather empirical evidence on the variables under investigation. Structured questionnaires are utilized to gather data from a sample of teachers at SMAN 6 Tasikmalaya. The research sample consisted of 49 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The research findings indicate that the leadership style of the school principal has a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Key aspects such as maintaining physical facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment, and facilitating effective communication contribute to higher levels of teacher satisfaction and performance. Furthermore, the work motivation of teachers, driven by recognition of their efforts and consistent implementation of discipline, also significantly affects their performance. This finding indicates that both leadership style and work motivation are crucial in enhancing teachers' performance. Effective leadership that supports a positive and disciplined work environment, coupled with enough recognition and appreciation for teachers' contributions, leads to improved teacher performance. This research emphasizes the significance of strategic leadership and motivation in the educational environment, and suggests that school administrators prioritize these factors to achieve better educational outcomes

    Differences in the Effectiveness of Papaya and Guava on Hemoglobin Levels of Pregnant Women at the Nagaswidak Health Center

    World Health Organization (WHO) 41% of pregnant women worldwide experience anemia. Overall, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in developed countries is 49% and in developing countries it is 53%. In Indonesia, the rate of anemia in pregnant women is quite high, namely 48.9%. Anemia that is commonly experienced by pregnant women is iron deficiency anemia. Iron is needed in hemopoesis (blood formation), namely in the synthesis of hemoglobin. Iron absorption can be increased by consuming ± 25 mg of vitamin C sources in food. The aim of the research was to determine the difference in the effectiveness of papaya and red guava on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. The research was conducted at the Nagaswidak Community Health Center in June 2024 using a quasi-experimental two group pretest and posttest. The population in this study were all pregnant women who were in the working area of the Nagaswidak Palembang Community Health Center in May 2024 with Hb levels of 9 – 10.9 gr/dl. The sampling technique used purposive sampling totaling 30 respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon test research showed that the effect of papaya (p value 0.000) and guava (p value 0.000) was obtained. The results of the Mann Whitney union obtained a p value of 0.116. There is an effect of papaya on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women, there is an effect of guava on hemoglobin levels. There is no difference in the effect of papaya and guava on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Nagaswidak Community Health Center. It is hoped that health workers will increase education regarding the prevention of anemia in pregnant women, one of which is by consuming vitamin C in fruit

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Ability, Length of Service, and Compensation on the Performance of Marketing Department Employees on CV. XXX. The sample in this study is employees of the marketing department on CV. XXX  as many as 46 people. The sampling technique in this is saturated sampling and data collection using questionnaires. The instrument validity test uses Pearson Correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha, and data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that: (1) Work Ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (2) Employment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX. (4) Work Ability, Length of Service, and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees on CV. XXX
