Get PDFThis research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Go-Pay among Indonesian Business Polytechnic students. The research was carried out quantitatively by collecting primary and secondary data from distributing questionnaires and observations. The population is all students of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic who use Go-Pay and the sample used was 100 students. Data was collected and tested for validity, reliability, normality and other tests, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test and F test. The research results showed that both simultaneously and partially the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience had a significant positive influence on the use of the Go-swallow e-wallet. Pay. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables on interest in using Go-Pay is 60.8%. This study can be developed by expanding the research object and researching the use of other developing financial technologies

Get PDFAgriculture is a crucial sector in development because it serves as the primary sector for meeting national food needs and security. Due to its significant role, farmers as the main actors in agriculture need to possess good financial literacy, which ultimately impacts the performance of agricultural businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy on the performance of rice farmers. This study was conducted in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample size of the study was 100 rice farmers, obtained using simple random sampling technique from a population of 2,226. Simple regression was used as the data analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on the performance of rice farmers. Thus, financial literacy plays an important and multidimensional role in enhancing the performance of rice farmers

To overcome this problem, non-pharmacological treatment efforts are needed to reduce blood pressure, namely by consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet. To determine the effect of consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers in Babakan Karet Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. The research design uses a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest, with purposive sampling and using dependent T-Test data analysis. The research population who suffered from hypertension was 30 people, the sample size was 17 respondents. The dependent T-test showed a significance value of <.001 (<0.05), meaning that there was an effect of consuming Ambon bananas and a low-salt diet on reducing blood pressure in elderly hypertensive sufferers in Babakan Karet Village, Cianjur District, Cianjur Regency. Problems that can cause an increase in blood pressure can be controlled or prevented by using cucumber and young coconut water.To determine the effect of giving cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This type of research is in the form of an experiment with a Pre Test and Post Test With Control Group Design research design. The sample in this study was 50 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 25 samples of treatment group respondents who were given 200 grams of cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water and 25 samples of control group respondents who were not given treatment. The statistical test used to determine the effect uses the T-test. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence on blood pressure in the treatment group given cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water in hypertension sufferers, namely that the results of statistical tests obtained an average value of pre-systolic blood pressure of 161.12 mmHg and an average value of post-systolic blood pressure. systolic blood pressure was 128.48 mmHg and the average value of pre-diastolic blood pressure was 91.16 mmHg and the average value of post-diastolic blood pressure was 80.00 mmHg. A p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05) for systolic blood pressure obtained a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and diastolic blood pressure obtained a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Due to the benefits of cucumber and young coconut water which are beneficial for lowering blood pressure. There is an effect of giving cucumber juice mixed with young coconut water on changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group and can reduce blood pressure in patients suffering from hypertension aged 40 - 70 years at Posbindu Srikandi RT.004/RW.07 Kel. Get PDFThis research aims: (1) the mathematical communication abilities of students using the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model are higher than the mathematical communication abilities of students using conventional learning models in class VIII SMP Negeri 19 Medan, (2) the process of completing answers is created by students in solving problems in the think-talk-write (TTW) cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 19 Medan. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique, namely class VIII-5 as a class taught using the think-talk-write type cooperative learning model and class VIII-6 as a class taught with a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and a test sheet for students' mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data analysis in this study used a t-Test with the Independent sample t-Test technique with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the research showed that the average score for the class taught using the think-talk-write cooperative learning model was 80.1 and the class taught with a conventional learning model of 74.6. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, from the calculation results it was obtained that tcount was 2.501 and ttable 1.67469, the significance level was 0.016<0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it was concluded that students' mathematical communication skills used the cooperative learning model type. think-talk-write is higher than students' mathematical communication skills using conventional learning models. Based on the analysis of the process of students' answers to the mathematical communication skills test, students who received think-talk-write cooperative learning were better than students who received conventional learning

Get PDFThis research aims to find out how to improve the creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities of class after implementing learning based on the open ended learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data was collected through tests of students' creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities at the end of each cycle and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The results of the research show that: (1) The increase in students' creative thinking and mathematical reasoning abilities is classified as a medium improvement criterion with the respective average N-gain values being 0.53 and 0.49. And the percentage of classical completion of students' creative thinking abilities after implementing cycle I increased to 47.22% and after implementing cycle II actions increased to 86.11%. As well as the percentage of classical completeness of students' mathematical reasoning abilities after implementing cycle I actions increased to 47.22% and after implementing cycle II actions increased to 91.67%; (2) The process of students' answers in completing tests on students' creative thinking abilities and mathematical reasoning can be said to be good

The results reveal varied optimal strategies. For instance, in the Shopee vs. Lazada competition, Shopee excels in price (0.66), security (0.124), and product availability (0.208). In the Shopee vs. Tokopedia competition, Shopee prioritizes price (0.129), security (0.375), and product availability (0.33315), while Tokopedia emphasizes price (0.5) and service (0.5). In the Lazada vs. Tokopedia scenario, Lazada stands out in security (0.5826) and product availability (0.4174), whereas Tokopedia focuses on price (0.749) and service (0.251). Regarding customer transition using the Markov Chain, the brand transition probabilities are Shopee (0.469), Lazada (0.306), and Tokopedia (0.223). Get PDFAbstrak. Dislokasi Bahu adalah terlepasnya sebuah sendi dari tempatnya yang seharusnya. Nyeri merupakan suatu gejala yang tidak menyenangkan yang dialami oleh pasien dislokasi bahu. Alternatif untuk menurunkan nyeri yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi napas dalam. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr. Wahyu Slamet Bitung.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pre experimental dengan tipe One Group pre test and post test disgn. Sampel diambil berdasarkan jumlah responden sebanyak 12 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara lembar observasi. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan konputer program SPSS versi 16.0 untuk analisa dengan uji Paired T-test dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan jenis kelamin terbanyak dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki sebanyak 9 responden (75.0 %) dengan usia 15-30 tahun sebanyak 6 responden (50.0 %).Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beda mean kelompok intervensi antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah teknik relaksasi napas dalam sebesar 2.58 dan p=0.000. Nilai p ini lebih kecil dari nilai α=0.05, terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi napas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr.Wahyu Slamet Bitung.

Get PDFThe advancement of information and communication technology today can influence the development of education, one of which is through online learning. Online learning can be utilized by teachers and students anytime and anywhere. This research aims to describe: 1) the feasibility of implementing online learning using Google Classroom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp Group on the Basic Competencies of Making Bolero/Vest for 11th-grade students in Fashion Design 1 class at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya, and 2) students' learning outcomes through the implementation of online learning. This research is descriptive in nature and was conducted at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya in the Fashion Design 1 class, focusing on the subject of custom-made fashion garment production, specifically the competence of making bolero/vest, during September - October of the 2020/2021 academic year. The number of respondents was 35 students. Data collection methods included observation and assessment of bolero/vest products. The research instruments used were observation sheets and product assessment rubrics. Data analysis was conducted descriptively by calculating the average observation results and categorizing values between complete and incomplete. The research results indicate: 1) the feasibility of learning conducted over 4 meetings shows that the WhatsApp Group application was used during the opening of the lesson, Google Classroom was used in the opening and core learning activities, and Google Meet was used in the core and closing parts. The observation results of the feasibility of learning with the application of Google Classroom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp Group on the basic competencies of making bolero/vest for 11th-grade students in Fashion Design 1 class at State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya are categorized as very good, with an average score of 84, and 2) the learning outcomes of students, where 28 students were declared complete and 7 students were declared incomplete. The classical learning completeness level reached 80%, exceeding the school's KKM (Minimum Mastery Criteria) standard of >76%

This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data in this statement comes from the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The novel Resign by Almira Bastari tells the story of the life of an employee named Alranita who works in a consulting office in Jakarta. Alranita experienced various difficulties in her work, one of which was due to her boss's authoritarian leadership style. The communication patterns established by the leadership in the company caused Alranita to feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work. Based on the analysis of the novel Resign, it can be concluded that communication patterns have a negative influence on employee performance. As a result, employees become less productive and their performance decreases. Therefore, it is important for leaders to understand the application of appropriate communication patterns. Leaders must be able to create a conducive and supportive work environment, so that employees can work comfortably and are motivated
