Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Penerimaan Diri Siswa SMA Negeri 7 Padang
Get PDFThis research was motivated by the low self-acceptance of students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. Many factors influence self-acceptance, one of which is self-concept. The self-concept of students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang also experiences problems. Further research was conducted regarding the relationship between self-concept and students' self-acceptance at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. The aims of this research are: (1) analyzing students' self-concept; (2) analyzing students' self-acceptance; (3) examine the relationship between self-concept and students' self-acceptance at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 273 students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang who were selected using the starified random sampling technique. Data was obtained using a valid and reliable self-concept and self-acceptance questionnaire. Data processing is carried out by calculating product moment correlation. The results of the research show that the self-concept of SMA Negeri 7 Padang students is in the good category (67.03%), the self-acceptance of SMA Negeri 7 Padang students is in the good category (60.81%) and there is a significant relationship between self-concept and self-acceptance with the coefficient (0.349)

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the rapid development of technology in the current era of digitalization, one of which is a gadget that is very common in use in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, especially by teenagers who almost always carry their gadgets anywhere. The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing how the social behavior of teenagers due to the use of gadgets in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, 2) Knowing how the impact of gadget use on teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Observation is used to observe the use of gadgets by teenagers in Krandegan Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, interviews and documentation are used to dig up information about the problem under study. The results showed that: the use of gadgets in the current era is unavoidable and users must be more able to control their use. However, a technology will always have an impact on its users, both positive and negative impacts. Likewise for teenagers where the use of gadgets has an impact on the social behavior they show everyday, there are several changes in social behavior that appear such as reduced intensity of direct interaction with the environment, too fixated on gadgets when interacting directly with the community, being more closed, the emergence of laziness so that they often forget time, procrastinate work, the level of teenage participation in social activities also decreases.The use of gadgets also has several positive impacts and negative impacts on teenagers such as facilitating communication, accelerating the dissemination of information, as a means of entertainment, facilitating the learning and learning process, expanding the network of friends, making it easier to find work, making it easier for teenagers to shop with e-commerce. While the negative impact is that the intensity of direct interaction is reduced, too fixated with their gadgets, making teenagers more closed, teenagers often procrastinate work and neglect their obligations and responsibilities in the real world, making teenagers lazy in learning, decreasing their sense of concern and empathy for the surrounding environment, reducing the level of youth participation in social activities, the spread of hoax news is increasing, impacting on health and patterns, affecting the family economy and vulnerable to fraud

The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.

Get PDFIntroduction: Children's growth and development and learning achievements require adequate nutritional intake by eating breakfast or what is usually called breakfast. Research objective: To determine the relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status with student learning achievement at SDN 345 Kaduaja, Benteng Deata, Gandang Batu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency. Research method: This research method is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach, the sample size is 37 respondents. represents the population. This sampling technique is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and tested statistically. Research results: From the results of this research, the majority of respondents were female, 21 students (56.8%), the majority of respondents were 10 years old, 12 students (32.4%). The majority of respondents with good breakfast habits were 19 students (51.4%), the majority of respondents with good nutritional status were 19 students (51.4%) and the majority of respondents with good performance were 25 students (67.6%). The results of the Fisher's exact test statistical test showed that there was no relationship between breakfast habits and learning achievement with a p-value = 0.528 and it was found that there was a relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement with a p-value = 0.033. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it was concluded that there was no relationship breakfast habits and learning achievement. There is a relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement of students at SDN 345 Kaduaja, Deata Deata Castle, Gandang Batu Sillanan subdistrict, Tana Toraja Regency. It is recommended that students meet their nutritional needs by eating healthy and balanced foods

Get PDFThis study aims to explain the influence of the variables, the number of family members, the number of visitors, the level of expenditure, and working hours on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, and the sample size for this research was 52 respondents. The data analysis method employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The research findings indicate that the number of family members has a positive but not significant impact on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Meanwhile, the variables of the number of visitors, expenditure level, and working hours have a positive and significant impact on the income of the community around the Hutan Kota Langsa area. Simultaneously, all dependent variables have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, income

Cancellation of the agreement can only be done if it is known that there was an oversight, fraud, or coercion from one of the parties when making the agreement. Oversight, fraud, or coercion are reasons that can cancel the agreement. This study aims to analyze the legal consequences of the cancellation of the cooperation agreement according to the Civil Code (KUH Perdata) and the legal remedies that can be taken by the parties as a result of the cancellation of the cooperation agreement. This type of research is normative legal research using a statutory approach. The results of the study show that the legal consequence of canceling the cooperation agreement is returning to its original position as it was before the agreement occurred. Meanwhile, the legal remedy resulting from the cancellation of the cooperation agreement is actively asking for the cancellation of the agreement which does not fulfill its subjective requirements in court or passively waiting for the opposing party to submit an annulment in court

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the results of research on November 24, 2021 at SD N 34 VII Koto Sungai Sarik. The researcher observed that students' bad character greatly affected students' learning outcomes. The problems identified include absenteeism, lack of attention in lessons, noisy behavior in class, and lack of motivation to do assignments. This study aims to determine the effect of character education on the learning outcomes of fifth grade Islamic religious education at SD N 34 VII Koto Sungai Sarik. The type of research used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population is all fifth grade students (120 people), with a sample of 30 people selected using random sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed a significant influence between student character and Islamic religious education learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination shows that 50.2681% of student learning outcomes are influenced by student character, while the rest is influenced by other factors. This finding confirms that student character has an important role in learning outcomes, especially in Islamic religious education subjects at SD N 34 VII Koto Sungai Sarik

Sundanese society has unique and interesting characteristics that must be observed in its spiritual growth and understanding of the concept of salvation. Although Sundanese society already has good morals and a high spirit of tolerance, to achieve soul salvation according to the concept of Christian salvation, faith in Jesus Christ is needed. Unfortunately, children are often neglected in evangelism, and the lack of service to them is a problem that must be overcome. Therefore, the "Child Reureuh" activity was held to provide an understanding of the teachings of the Bible and the concept of salvation to Sundanese children. The research method used was qualitative descriptive, and this activity was carried out at Wisma Karang Tumaritis, Parompong, West Bandung. Involving children in evangelism is expected to build a strong foundation of faith from an early age and have a positive impact on their lives. This article aims to explore the role of contextual teams in introducing the love of Jesus Christ to Sundanese children and its impact on their ministry, as well as provide a comprehensive overview of contextual approaches in religious and humanitarian contexts
