Dampak Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Yadika 13 Tambun
Get PDFThis research aims to determine whether there is an impact of competency and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. The method used in this research is quantitative, the survey method is used to obtain primary data using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the t test and path analysis processed with SPSS 26. The results of the research show that in the t test (partial negative competency variables have no effect on performance with the calculation results obtained t-count (-2.125 < 2.02619) with a sig value of 0, 40 < 0.05. And the work motivation variable influences performance with the calculation results obtained by t-count (6.163 > 2.02619) with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Based on the f test, simultaneously competence and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance

This research aims to understand the level of return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization
The Influence of Video-Based Nutrition Education on Knowledge of Pregnancy Nutrition in Pregnant Women in Sinar Pasemah Village
Get PDFThe percentage of pregnant women chronic energy deficiency in Indonesia is 9.7%, in Lampung Province it is 13.62%. The prevalence of chronic energy deficiency risk for pregnant women in Bandar Lampung is 17.36% and for non-pregnant women is 17.02%. One of the causes of malnutrition in pregnant women is the lack of knowledge of mothers about nutritious foods during pregnancy. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of video-based nutrition education on pregnant women's knowledge about pregnant women's nutrition in Sinar Pasemah Village. Experimental quasi research design designed by Two Group Pre-Post Test with Control Group Design. The population is 46 pregnant women. A total of 46 samples were selected with a total sampling, consisting of 23 respondents from the video group and 23 respondents from the lecture group. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution tables, Bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. The average knowledge of pregnancy nutrition before video-based education was 63.26 and the average knowledge of pregnancy nutrition after video-based education was 78.48 with ap value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the average knowledge of pregnancy nutrition before lecture education was 63.04 and the average knowledge of pregnancy nutrition after lecture education was 74.57 with ap value of 0.000. The results of the Mann Whitney test were obtained 0.020. There is an influence of video-based education and lecture education on pregnancy nutrition knowledge and there is a difference in the influence of video education and lecture education on pregnancy nutrition knowledge in pregnant women in Sinar Pasemah village

This research method is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 24 fourth grade students with the object of research, namely the process of learning fractions using visualisation media and students' competence in solving fraction problems that were changed in the form of visualisation. The research method used was field research with data analysed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the fraction material explained using visualisation media could be understood by the students although when the material level was raised, some students experienced slight difficulties

The method used in this research is organoleptic testing (including texture, appearance, color and odor), pH and weight loss. The aim of this research is to determine the storage time of green mussels at room temperature. The results obtained in the organoleptic test where the appearance of the buffer lasted for 4 hours, the aroma for 4 hours, and the texture for 5 hours. The initial pH was found to be 7.14 after storage for 12 hours at room temperature, the pH was 6.53 and there was a decrease in weight loss of 11 g. From this research it was found that the longer the storage time, the quality of green mussels (verna piridis) will decrease

He founded the music department in 1986 at the Medan International School and became head of the music and technology department at the Indonesian Music Academy, University of North Sumatra and HKBP Nommensen University. A founder of the Indonesian Promusik group. Also known as the conductor and artistic director of the first complete performance of Handel's historic Messiah with the Ensemble Nommensen and Promusika in 1987 (in the original Baroque performance style). He is also known as the first musician invited by the institution and the Vietnamese government by leading the orchestra with cellist Cecylia Barczyk from the Ho Chi Min Conservatory Orchestra in Vietnam in April 2005. Since 2003 he has led the Nusantara Symphony Orchestra in many concerts. . Get PDFResearch on the role of extension workers in the development of women's farmer groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to analyze the role of extension workers in the development of Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Selupu Rejang District. The research was conducted in January 2022 in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. Determination of the location is done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that this location is the center of agriculture in the Rejang Lebong highlands which has many farmer groups, one of which is the Women Farmers Group (KWT). This study has two types of primary data that are processed and analyzed, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Qualitative data from the questionnaires in this study were collected and the answers were studied which then coded the data to obtain quantitative data. The collected data was statistically processed using SPSS for Windows and Microsoft Excel. Checking the completeness and consistency of the answers on the questionnaire sheets, diaries, and audio recordings was carried out at the stage of studying the answers to the questionnaire. The Microsoft Excel program was used at the data coding stage where all quantitative data obtained from the complete and per variable questionnaire answers were entered into the Microsoft Excel program. The stages in analyzing the data are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Likert Scale Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The role of extension workers is very important in the development of the Women Farmers Group (KWT). Judging from the three categories, namely the role of the instructor as a mentor with a score of 77% in the high category, it can be said to be growing because KWT has been able to innovate by creating new things in farming activities and can also think that farming activities are not only limited to planting but can also perform processing in order to increase the selling value of agricultural products
Evaluasi Program Talent Scouting Dalam Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Personel TNI Angkatan Laut
Get PDFThe talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.
