Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find out about teachers' aspirations for ABK. The method used in this research is a literature review or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for the literature study was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results were appropriate and needed, there were 3 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research found that teachers are so important for ABK that they hope to be able to help them develop their potential despite the shortcomings they experience. Teachers' aspirations for children with special needs with low school interest are the key to educational success, with the right support, appropriate training, and close collaboration between all parties involved better inclusive education can be realized, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to learn and develop appropriately. its potential

Get PDFBased on the preliminary study, it can be seen that the Japanese Language MGMP in Central Java is facing problems regarding the teaching of Japanese pronunciation. Many students pronounce Japanese incorrectly causing communication to not go smoothly. For example, when pronouncing the word ojiisan (おじいさん) which means “grandfather”, but pronounced with a short sound ojisan （おじさん）which means “uncle”. In addition, when pronouncing the word “ame” （雨）which means “rain” which should be pronounced with a high accent at the beginning, it is pronounced with “ame” （飴）with a high accent at the end, so the meaning changes to “candy”. Teachers have difficulty teaching it. To overcome the partner's problems, a workshop was held with the aim of providing knowledge about using the OJAD website and Tsutaeru Hatsuon. Through this workshop, high school Japanese teachers in Central Java can improve their ability to master and apply Japanese pronunciation, especially on Japanese accent, intonation and rhythm, then teach it to students

Get PDFThe growth of MSMEs in Indonesia, particularly in the culinary sector, holds substantial potential for bolstering the national economy, with Coblong District in Bandung City emerging as a rapidly developing hub; however, despite the fierce competition, the success of culinary MSMEs in this area is influenced not only by product quality but also by factors such as service quality and the marketing mix, prompting this study to investigate their contribution to the success of culinary MSMEs in Coblong District, using a quantitative approach where data from 36 MSMEs were collected via questionnaires, and although the results of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that neither service quality nor the marketing mix have a significant impact on the success of these MSMEs, both factors still play an essential role in supporting customer satisfaction and achieving business goals

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Shopeefood application users in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic business perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through a survey with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The population in this study are Shopeefood application users and domiciled in Bandar Lampung City. The sample of this study was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, and using SEM analysis tools using PLS and the results of data processing obtained using smartpls. The results showed that the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising have a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. The Customer Satisfaction variable mediates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Reputation. Meanwhile, Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation

The method used in this research uses a systematic literature review where the results of the research are articles related to Canva learning media and active learning for elementary schools published between 2021-2024. Get PDFThere are eight different uses for medical records: administrative, legal, financial, research, educational, documentation, public health, planning, and marketing. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge about medical records use value and the behavior of filling out medical record documents by nurses in inpatient room at Mitra Medika Hospital Tanjung Mulia Medan in 2023. This is quantitative research with analytic survey design and used cross sectional approach. The statistical test used spearman rank test. The population in this study were all nurses who worked in Inpatient Room of the Hospital with 89 people and all were sampled. The results of Spearman rank test with a confidence level of 95% or alpha (a) = 0.05 obtained a p value = 0.002, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship (meaningful) between knowledge of the use value of medical records and the behavior of filling out medical record documents. The correlation coefficient obtained through the Spearman rank statistical test or r value was = 0.319. According to cross tabulation, the results of data analysis (statistical test) are p value (significant value) = 0.002 a = 0.05, indicating that there is a meaningful relationship (significant relationship) between knowledge of the value of using medical records and the practice of filling out medical record paperwork. It is suggested that in order to improve the accuracy of filling up medical record documents, respondents broaden their understanding of the importance of medical records and their use by reading books, articles, and other reading materials

Get PDFThis research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and challenges of teacher evaluation in poetry writing instruction for class X E-7 at SMA 1 Pertiwi. Data were collected through observation and documentation. The analysis results indicate that affective domain assessment involves poetry appreciation, emotional expression, and student engagement in the creative writing process. This qualitative method positively impacts students’ interest and motivation, leading to increased creativity and poetry writing skills. Empirical data show that students respond well to affective domain assessment, feeling more valued and supported, which positively affects their attitude towards writing poetry. It is recommended to integrate affective domain assessment methods more widely into the curriculum, including teacher training and the development of supportive teaching materials. This research provides valuable information for teachers and other educators to improve the quality of poetry writing instruction. Affective domain assessment methods have proven effective in creating a more supportive and inspiring learning environment. This research also highlights the challenges teachers face in conducting such evaluations
Analysis Of The Differences In Drug Procurement Via E-Catalog In The Years 2022 And 2023 At The Pharmacy Department Of X Hospital
Get PDFGovernment policy changes and drug price fluctuations related to e-catalog can affect drug costs and types purchased between 2022 and 2023. This research aimed to analyze the differences in drug procurement using the e-catalog system and its interaction with hospital financial and operational variables. The study employed a mixed-methods approach to understand the dynamics of drug procurement at Pharmacy Department of X Hospital through the e-catalog system between 2022 and 2023. This research evaluated changes in purchasing volume, costs, cost efficiency, and service speed. Quantitative data were obtained from e-catalog documentation, focusing on the types, volumes, and prices of chronic medications, as well as BPJS claims. Statistical analysis was used to compare the study periods, while qualitative data from in-depth interviews with 15 respondents, observations and document analysis enriched the understanding of procurement process changes through data triangulation analysis. The results demonstrated an increased use of e-catalog, with policy changes leading to supplier diversification and price flexibility. Quantitative findings indicated a 25% increase in the volume of drug purchases through the e-catalog from 2022 to 2023, accompanied by a 15% reduction in average drug prices due to heightened competition among suppliers. Additionally, procurement efficiency improved by 30%, as reflected in the reduction of the procurement cycle time from 45 days to 31 days. These findings indicated shifting needs and procurement strategies, affecting budget efficiency and the speed of fulfilling drug requirements. In conclusion, strategic adaptations and ongoing evaluations in managing e-catalog are essential to address financial and logistical challenges, ensuring patient satisfaction and drug availability.
 
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Niat Beli : Studi Pada Brand Scarlett Whitening
Get PDFThe current phenomenon is that the entertainment and beauty industry releases many products that can be used by the whole community, so this can create a different culture, encouraging the attraction of celebrity endorsers, who are figures (a person, mascot or group) who are known by the social community and celebrity endorsers. one of them is Twice (K-pop girl group) which is currently collaborating or has an agreement to endorse a brand in the form of Scarlett Whitening skincare products or services. This will influence a brand ambassador on the buyer's decision through the intention to purchase the product, so the author aims to analyze how much influence the brand ambassador has on the buyer's decision through people's purchase intention by using a survey research type method and a quantitative approach as a data collection tool through questionnaires. Data obtained through questionnaires shows that the percentage of women is 84% and the percentage of men is 16%. The results of this research are that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. Where Scarlett Whitening has superior quality products including consumer trust so it can be concluded that brand ambassadors do not increase purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products. The author gives advice to Scarlett Whitening as the object of this research, even though Twice is already quite good, it still needs to seek more brand awareness and increase consumer trust.
