Get PDFThe 2024 General Election (Pemilu) is a crucial stage in the dynamics of democracy, where the role of political communication plays a central role in shaping public opinion. This phenomenon creates a need to understand in depth the influence of political communication on public perceptions of candidates, political parties, and crucial issues that influence the direction of state policy. This research aims to analyze the role of political communication in shaping public opinion ahead of the 2024 elections. The main focus is understanding how political communication strategies, including message personalization, social media, and investigative journalism, influence the formation of public opinion and voter participation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through literature reviews, media content analysis, and interviews with political communication experts. A qualitative approach is used to deepen understanding of the complexity of political communication strategies and their impact on public opinion. The research results show that political communication strategies, especially message personalization, have a significant impact in shaping public opinion. Candidates who are able to connect emotionally with voters through personal life stories and values build strong identification. Social media plays an important role in expanding the reach of political messages, while investigative journalism makes a major contribution in uncovering basic facts and maintaining the integrity of information

Get PDFThis research aims to determine whether human resource competence, application of accounting systems, use of information technology and internal control systems influence the quality of budget realization reports at PT. X. This research was conducted involving 40 employees of PT X who were directly involved in the budget process and preparation. Research data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Questionnaire data was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that human resource competency does not influence the quality of the budget realization report, meanwhile the application of the accounting system, use of information technology and the internal control system influence the quality of the budget realization report

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of working hours and labor on wages with loyalty as an intervening variable (Case Study of Convection Tailors in Medan City). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of several convections in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 85 respondents and used a saturated total sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Working Hours have a significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Working Hours variable (2.314) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.014 <0.05. Labor has a significant effect on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Labor variable (3.609) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. Loyalty cannot mediate the effect of working hours on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (0.007) is smaller than the ttable (1.989). Loyalty can mediate the effect of Labor on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (2.025) is greater than the ttable (1.989). As well as Working Hours and Labor have a simultaneous and significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the Fcount of (6.518) is greater than the Ftable (3.11) and the sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

The purpose of this study is to examine how equitable development can reduce regional economic disparities and improve people's access to essential services including infrastructure, healthcare, and education. The research methodology was a qualitative approach with a literature review, which involved collecting and evaluating information from various academic sources and government records. The findings of this study show that equitable development enhances local economic growth and job creation in addition to improving living standards for populations in less developed areas. In addition, equitable development contributes to social and political stability, reduces conflict due to inequality, and strengthens national unity. This research provides recommendations for more effective and sustainable development equity policies, involving the active role of local governments and communities to achieve equitable and inclusive economic growth across Indonesia

Get PDFIndonesia has an important pottery cultural heritage to preserve. This study aims to integrate culture-based education into the Merdeka Curriculum through P5, focusing on pottery making. The objectives of this study are to improve students' creativity, mutual cooperation, and social skills, as well as to strengthen the relationship between schools and communities in preserving local cultural traditions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to describe the implementation of P5 activities through pottery making in improving creativity and mutual cooperation at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation from 1119 students and teachers. The results of the study will provide an in-depth picture of the impact of these activities on students at the school. Pottery making activities at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang develop students' creativity, motor skills, and mutual cooperation. By drawing designs, shaping, and painting pottery, they learn to think creatively, solve problems, and work together in groups. This activity supports the formation of Pancasila characters, such as togetherness, responsibility, and personal initiative, in accordance with the objectives of the Merdeka curriculum. P5 activities at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang have succeeded in achieving the goals of the independent curriculum, creating a Pancasila Student Profile that is creative, cooperative, and has good character. Students develop creativity and collaboration skills through challenging projects. This study emphasizes the importance of an art project-based approach to building the character of Pancasila students in the era of character education
The Relationship Between the Duration of Device Use and the Cognitive Development of 6 Year Old Children at Sukaraya 04 State Elementary School in 2024
Get PDFThe high level of internet access among children aged 5 years and over in Indonesia with a percentage of 12.43%, the 3rd highest in the classification of internet use based on age after those aged 25 years and over in first place and those aged 19-24 years in second place. This research aims to determine the relationship between the duration of device use and cognitive development in 6 year old children at SDN Sukaraya 04 in 2024. This research design uses a cross-section technique with the entire population of 82 6 year old students at SDN Sukaraya 04 and their parents. the. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 82 students. Data were collected using primary data by distributing questionnaires with data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a relationship between the duration of device use and the cognitive development of 6 year old children at SDN Sukaraya 04 in 2024 with a statistical p value of 0.002 (a<0.05) and the OR result was 6.026. Based on the research results, 21 respondents (47.7%) who used devices in the risk category experienced poor cognitive development. It is hoped that this research can be a guide for parents to pay more attention to the duration of device use for children aged 6 years so as not to interfere with cognitive development
The Importance of Education in Preventing Mental Disorders Among Adolescents: A Study at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta
Get PDFAdolescent mental health is an important issue in the world. In Indonesia, the prevalence of mental disorders in adolescents is still high, but awareness of prevention and treatment is relatively low. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge on behavior to prevent mental disorders in students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. The research uses quantitative methods with a pre-test and post-test design without a control group (one group pre-test post-test design). Education is provided in the form of counseling, followed by measuring the level of knowledge and behavior before and after the intervention. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test (significant value = 0.011). Effective education increases students' awareness and preventive behavior towards mental disorders. Therefore, mental health education programs need to be implemented on an ongoing basis to create a mentally and emotionally healthy generation
