The findings are expected to be a reference for leaders in implementing Islamic values in various fields, both in the context of organizations and state life
The Effectiveness of Audio- Lingual Method on Students Pronunciation Performance
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Audio-Lingual Method (ALM) on students' pronunciation performance. Proper pronunciation is one of the important aspects in foreign language learning, especially English, which is often a challenge for students. This study was conducted using a quasi-experimental design, in which two different groups of students were given different treatments: one group was given instruction using the Audio-Lingual method, while the other group was given the conventional method. Data was collected through pronunciation tests conducted before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant improvement in the pronunciation performance of students who received treatment with the Audio-Lingual method compared to the control group. The findings support the hypothesis that the Audio-Lingual method is effective in improving students' pronunciation skills. This study makes an important contribution to language teaching, particularly in improving students' pronunciation skills through a more structured and repetitive approach

Patient satisfaction is one of the benchmarks for assessing a hospital's success in providing services. Quality targets in nutrition services based on hospital Minimum Service Standards include three indicators, namely timeliness of food distribution, food waste and the absence of errors in diet administration. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between minimum nutritional service standards and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is cross-sectional. The sample in this study was patients in classes 2 and 3 of the Shafa and Marwah inpatient rooms, totaling 135 patients. The results of data analysis showed that food distribution timeliness was 92.5%, diet accuracy was 98%, food waste was 15.1%, while patient satisfaction levels were very satisfied (52%), satisfied (44%), dissatisfied (2%) and very dissatisfied (1%). The results of the study showed that the timeliness of distribution of breakfast (p=0.864>0.05), afternoon (p=0.853>0.05), evening (p=0.864>0.05) and the level of satisfaction, while the accuracy of the diet and the level of satisfaction patients (p=0.112>0.05), for food waste and level of patient satisfaction (p=0.311>0.05). From this research it can be concluded that statistically there is no significant relationship between minimum service standards (timeliness of food distribution, accuracy of diet and food waste) and the level of patient satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given in this research are that hospital efforts are needed to maintain the quality of food services by paying more attention to the accuracy of diet for patients

Nutritional knowledge is knowledge about food and nutrients, sources of nutrients in food, food that is safe to consume so that it does not cause disease and how to process food properly so that the nutrients in food are not lost and how to live healthily. One of the factors that influences eating patterns is the level of nutritional knowledge. A person's level of nutritional knowledge influences eating behavior in choosing food which determines whether it is easy for a person to understand the benefits of the nutritional content of the food consumed. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and instant noodle eating patterns among Papuan students at Halu Oleo University. This research uses quantitative research and the type of research is observational analytics with a cross sectional design. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a poor level of nutritional knowledge (75%), while only 25% of respondents had high nutritional knowledge. This shows that even though students are in a higher education environment, their knowledge about nutrition still needs to be improved. Most respondents (52%) consume instant noodles 2-3 times a week, with the main reasons being ease of preparation (65%) and affordable price (20%). This consumption is more dominant among students who live in boarding houses or dormitories compared to those who live with their families. It is hoped that this research will be useful for subjects to balance their eating patterns and have self-control because the majority of subjects have uncontrolled eating patterns due to living in boarding houses or dormitories so that their body health continues to be maintained. Apart from that, subjects can also pay more attention to nutritional balance in consuming food in order to achieve optimal nutritional status.

Background: The frequency of hypertension continues to increase in line with the low compliance of hypertension sufferers in carrying out their treatment, one of which is a hypertension diet. Family support plays a crucial role in increasing self-confidence, motivation, and life satisfaction of hypertension sufferers. Family involvement in health education programs helps patients with their needs met, understanding when to seek medical help, and support for treatment compliance, which can prevent recurrence and serious complications due to hypertension. In addition, compliance with a hypertension diet is very important to keep blood pressure stable. The results of the Somers' D test showed that the significance value of p = 0.000 <α (0.05), so H0 was rejected. Conclusion: Based on the data analysis, the conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between family support and dietary compliance in the elderly in controlling hypertension at the Kedungmundu Health Center, Semarang City
Efektivitas Simulasi Monsoonsim terhadap Pemahaman Perdagangan Internasional Pada Mahasiswa
This study evaluates the effectiveness of MonsoonSIM in enhancing the understanding of students in the International Trade Program for the ASEAN & China Region at Politeknik APP Jakarta regarding international trade concepts. A quantitative method was employed, using purposive sampling to select two student groups: Group A (semester 1), who had not used MonsoonSIM, and Group B (semester 3), who had experienced the use of MonsoonSIM. Data were collected through a quiz consisting of ten questions covering essential aspects of international trade, such as business management, supply chain, marketing, and demand forecasting. The results were analyzed using a paired t-test at a 5% significance level. The analysis revealed a t-value of 8.25, significantly exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.262, indicating a substantial improvement in students' understanding after using MonsoonSIM. Furthermore, semester 3 students demonstrated better comprehension compared to semester 1 students, confirming that MonsoonSIM effectively enhances not only theoretical understanding but also analytical and decision-making skills. This study concludes that MonsoonSIM is a superior simulation-based learning tool compared to traditional theoretical methods, making a vital contribution to the practical and applicable development of international trade education
