Literature Study : Complementary Therapy in Overcoming Dysmenorrhea
Around 50-90% of women in the world experience dysmenorrhea. The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is reported to reach 64.25%, where 54.89%. Complementary therapy is an alternative to overcome dysmenorrhea because it is considered more natural and has minimal side effects. This study aims to review research articles related to complementary therapies that can be used to overcome dysmenorrhea. literature search through academic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect. Literature selection is carried out based on inclusion criteria (scientific articles in the last 5 years, English/Indonesian, relevant topics) and exclusion (irrelevant articles, no abstract/full-text). Interventions such as physical therapy (yoga and stretching), compress therapy, aromatherapy, acupressure, reflexology, and consumption of natural ingredients provide safe and natural solutions to reduce pain intensity. The selection of the appropriate method can be adjusted according to individual preferences, accessibility, and the severity of the pain experienced
Factors Related to Maternal Mortality in Sintang Regency 2019-2023
Approximately 287,000 cases of maternal death occur during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. One of the targets in the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to reduce MMR to 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030. WHO data shows that 72.5% of maternal deaths are caused by direct factors, while the remaining 27.5% are caused by indirect factors. This study aims to determine the factors associated with maternal death in Sintang Regency in 2019-2023. The research design uses quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The study population is all data on maternal death cases from pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods from January 2019 - December 2023 obtained from the Sintang Regency Health Office. The sampling technique uses total sampling . The results of the study obtained variables of bleeding (p value 0.017), infection (p value 0.847), eclampsia (p value 0.026), age (p value 0.018) and parity (p value 0.900). There is a relationship between bleeding, eclampsia and age with maternal mortality in Sintang Regency in 2019-2023. There is no relationship between infection and parity with maternal mortality in Sintang Regency in 2019-2023. It is hoped that the relevant health services will improve health service efforts to reduce MMR
Metode Total Physical Responses dalam Pengoptimalan Bahasa Reseptif Siswa Sekolah Dasar
TPR is a learning method that combines physical movements with verbal instructions to improve students' understanding of the language they hear. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method to optimize students' receptive language abilities. This research investigates how TPR can improve students' ability to listen and respond to verbal instructions. Research shows that using TPR improves vocabulary comprehension, speeds responses to commands, and optimizes overall receptive language skills. Apart from that, TPR has also proven to be effective in creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere, thus further motivating students to learn languages. This makes TPR an effective way to develop students' receptive language skills more comprehensively
Pengaruh Literasi Pajak dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Bayar Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan
The purpose of this study is to determine how individual taxpayer compliance in Bukir Village, Pasuruan City, is impacted by the degree of tax literacy and awareness. This study employs a quantitative methodology, causality design, and basic random sampling procedures with 22 participants. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The study's findings suggest that taxpayer knowledge significantly influences tax compliance, while tax literacy has no discernible effect. According to this research, raising tax awareness rather than just tax literacy has a greater impact on promoting compliance. This study has significant ramifications for how the government can develop plans to increase tax compliance through initiatives for inclusiveness and tax knowledge
Pengaruh Kemandirian Mahasiswa dan Perilaku Ekonomi Terhadap Perencanaan Uang Saku Penerima Beasiswa KIP-K Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of student autonomy and financial behavior on planning pocket money for students receiving the KIP-K scholarship for the Business Education undergraduate program at PGRI Wiranegara University. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 people selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of linear regression analysis show that student independence has a significant influence on pocket money planning and financial behavior. At the same time, these two variables also have a significant influence on students' pocket money plans. This study shows how important it is for students to use their pocket money wisely to support academic success and financial stability. These findings will make a major contribution to the development of financial management guidelines for students, especially KIP-K undergraduate students
Asumsi Hakikat Manusia Dalam Ilmu Pendidikan
Concepts about human nature are so diverse. Understanding the assumptions of human nature in education does not only include physical and psychological issues, but culture and other elements. Or in other words, humans are very complex creatures who need various elements in educational science to achieve success. Understanding human nature is very important in determining educational theory. History has proven that several assumptions about human nature from different points of view will determine the direction of educational theory, such as in the formation of the curriculum. The curriculum is the basis for forming character and human intelligence. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The method used in this research is literature study. Primary data sources are journals and books related to human nature and educational science. Research validation is by triangulation. The results of the research are 1) the existence of stereotypical assumptions about human nature in education and 2) various designs and synchronization models as a form of human formation through education
Kualitas Pelayanan dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien Rawat Jalan pada Poliklinik Dirumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar
Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar currently has good service quality on the interest in repeat visits to outpatients in polyclinics with an increasing number of outpatient visits. However, there are also services that are desired by patients and families of patients so that the service is said to be bad. This is felt by patients visiting the hospital, namely the better the services provided where before the researchers conducted the research there were still many shortcomings in the form of medical devices and irregular service hours. Where the quality of service can also be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with what the patient wants and can be said to be satisfactory service. Therefore, to increase the number of patient visits, the hospital tries to provide quality service so that patients feel satisfied. Revisit interest is the behavior that occurs in response to a service that shows the customer's desire to revisit the hospital. This study aims to determine the quality of service and its effect on outpatient revisit interest in polyclinics at Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital. The population in this study was 750 patients and the sample size was 254 patients who made a repeat visit at the polyclinic of the Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are the level of repeat visits on an outpatient basis at the Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital can be seen from the aspects of tangible (physical evidence) of good value, reliability (reliability) of good value, responsiveness (responsiveness) of good value, assurance (certainty) of good value, and empathy (empathy) of good value
Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Siklus Menstruasi pada Remaja Putri di MAN 1 Kota Semarang
Background: Menstrual disorders that are often found in women include late menstruation, and the amount of menstrual blood. Almost 75% of adolescents experience menstruation, including irregular cycles, pain, long and heavy bleeding during menstruation. The menstrual cycle is not only influenced by biological factors such as lifestyle, hormonal disorders, nutritional status, but can also be influenced by social and environmental factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at MAN 1 Semarang City. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study amounted to 168 respondents. The respondent selection used probability sampling technique. This study used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis tests. The analysis used was Spearman's rho and multiple logistic regression. Results and Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that the factors age, menarche, diet, nutritional status, and hemoglobin levels have no relationship to the menstrual cycle in female adolescents, but from the factors of stress, physical activity, fast food consumption habits, and sleep quality there is a relationship to the menstrual cycle in female adolescents at MAN 1 Semarang City where for stress level obtained p value: 0.002, physical activity with p value: 0.012, fast food consumption habits with p value: 0.035, and sleep quality with p value: 0.022. The factors that most influence the menstrual cycle in female adolescents at AN 1 Semarang City are stress levels with p value 0.002 and Od Ratio 3.365
Dampak Kebijakan Pembangunan Ekonomi terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kota
This study aims to analyze the impact of economic development policies on income inequality and the welfare of the community in Medan City. Using a qualitative method, this research examines how the economic development policies implemented by the local government affect income distribution and social welfare among the city’s residents. The data used in this study were obtained from 10 interviews with respondents consisting of community members, community leaders, and relevant local government officials, as well as regional economic statistical data. The analysis identifies the relationship between the implemented economic policies and changes in income inequality and quality of life, and explores the factors influencing the success or failure of these policies. The findings indicate that, although there has been progress in economic development, income inequality remains significant, with many of the less fortunate citizens still not fully benefiting from the development policies. Therefore, this study provides recommendations for the local government to formulate more inclusive and equitable policies to reduce economic disparities and improve the welfare of the community more effectively. This research is expected to contribute to the formulation of more targeted policies aimed at addressing social and economic disparities in the future
Peningkatan Keterampilan Praktik Sains Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Experiential Learning pada Siswa Kelas V MI Muhajirin Kota Jambi
Adapting to the demands of the independent learning curriculum is important for students to have practical science skills. This research aims to improve the practical science skills of class V MI Muhajirin Jambi City students through the application of the Experiential Learning learning model. This model was chosen because it can provide students with direct experience in understanding science concepts, thus encouraging active involvement and mastery of practical skills. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with a two-cycle design, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection.
