Get PDFMenstruation is the decay of the uterine wall or accompanied by bleeding due to the absence of fertilization. Menstrual cycle disorders are caused by several factors including stress, endocrine disorders, diet, nutritional status, nutrient intake, physical activity and sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between macronutrient intake and menstrual cycle female adolescents of SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Analytical research method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was adolescent girls of SMK Negeri 2 Tuban totaling 201 respondents, as samples randomited by simple random sampling echniquel. Independent variable of macronutrients and dependent variable of menstrual cycle. The analysis in this study used the spearmans correlation statistical test. The results showed that energy and carbohydrate intake was almost half normal at 47.3% and 43.8%. While the protein intake is mostly normal at 57.2% and fat intake is almost half experiencing excess intake at 44.3%. Statistical test results were obtained (p < 0.05), energy intake (p = 0.000), protein intake (p = 0.003), fat intake (p = 0.000) , and carbohydrate intake (p = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between macronutrient intake and menstrual cycle in adolescent girls of SMK Negeri 2 Tuban.

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the influence of cash management and inventory management on the financial performance of Ling Food Stores in Makassar City during the 2020-2022 period. The main focus of this research is to evaluate how cash and inventory management contributes to a company's liquidity, profitability and operational efficiency, which are measured through various financial ratios such as Current Ratio, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research results show that the Current Ratio in 2020 cannot be calculated due to the absence of short-term liabilities, while in 2021 and 2022 each was recorded at 0.095% and 0.216%, reflecting low liquidity. On the other hand, the decrease in Average Inventory from IDR 754,200 in 2021 to IDR 715,000 in 2022, followed by a significant increase in net profit, shows efficiency in inventory management. The increase in GPM, OPM, NPM, ROI, and ROE ratios from 2020 to 2022 reflects significant improvements in financial performance, indicating that more effective cash and inventory management can improve a company's financial health

To be able to maintain the sustainability and development of the traditional cake trading business, a way is needed to distribute raw materials and make a profit. Therefore, an appropriate technique or method is very necessary in managing the raw materials for the products to be produced. In this research, the simplex method was used and by utilizing current AI technology, namely the use of TORA tools and comparing it with manual calculations to predict the maximum profit that can be obtained from each production by traditional cake traders within a period of one day, so as to have an accurate calculation estimate. . The result of calculating the maximum profit in a day is IDR 2,950.00

This community service focuses on Mie Ayam Mas Nok, an MSME that faces specific challenges, especially the lack of social media utilization and the absence of a distinctive business logo. To overcome these problems, community service activities were carried out by providing targeted assistance to MSMEs Mie Ayam Mas Nok. This service activity aims to empower them through effective utilization of social media platforms and the creation of unique business logos, thereby increasing their competitiveness in a dynamic business environment. Using a combination of observation, interviews, and surveys, this community service initiative yielded positive results. MSMEs Mie Ayam Mas Nok successfully integrated social media into their business strategy and obtained a distinctive business logo. These improvements have significantly increased the competitiveness of their businesses, equipping them to thrive in an ever-changing and competitive business environment

Get PDFCases of death in infants can be caused by several factors, one of which is Low Birth Weight (LBW). Babies born with low birth weight have a higher risk of experiencing delays in growth and development during childhood, and can even cause death compared to babies born with normal weight. Factors that affect LBW include: baby's length, mother's weight gain, mother's age, LILA, parity, birth spacing, nutritional anemia, and ANC. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors associated with LBW at the Bawangan Ploso Health Center, Jombang Regency, East Java Province in 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all births recorded in the infant cohort data and data on pregnant and giving birth in the Bawangan Ploso Health Center, Jombang Regency for the period January 2020 to December 2020. The number of babies born in that period was 604 babies. Sampling used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the baby's length was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,000 < 0,05), maternal weight gain was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,000 < 0,05), maternal age was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,002), LILA was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,000 < 0,05), parity was not pertinent to LBW (p = 0,096 > 0,05), birth spacing was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,000 < 0,05), nutritional anemia was pertinent to LBW (p = 0,000 < 0,05), and ANC was not pertinent to LBW (p = 0,243 > 0,05). Based on the multivariate test, the weight gain of pregnant women is the dominant factor that influences the incidence of LBW
Dampak Ketidak Aktifan Tiktokshop Bagi UMKM Di Indonesia Terhadap Penjualan Terutama Customkids
Get PDFWith the rapid development of information technology, Tiktokshop has become an increasingly popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. However, selling on Tiktokshop does not always guarantee success, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that focus on selling special products such as CustomKids. This research aims to determine the impact of Tiktokshop's inactivity on sales of MSMEs, especially the custom children's industry in Indonesia. This research analyzes various factors that might influence Tiktokshop's inactivity, such as lack of presence, lack of user interaction and algorithm changes. We also assessed the direct impact of the suspension on sales of CustomKids products, taking into account variables such as decreased sales, decreased market share, and the psychological impact on MSME owners. The results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, the government and stakeholders to help them develop strategies to advance Tiktokshop activities and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a special focus on CustomKids products. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding will help in decision making to improve the performance of MSMEs in the digital era

Get PDFThis research was conducted to identify the Islamic Boarding School leadership typology. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies were analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The research results show that Islamic Boarding School has a strategic role in traditional Islamic education in Aceh, but still faces challenges in developing human resources, especially regarding recruitment, competency and welfare of its teaching staff. Islamic Boarding School has made several efforts to improve the competence of educators, including through the yellow book teaching program for level IX students who are teachers, joint studies between abu and ummi to increase competence, as well as regular religious formation. The proposed recommendations are the need to improve the quality of teaching of the yellow book, develop training and self-development programs for educators, as well as providing awards that motivate educators to improve the quality of education in Islamic Boarding School
