Get PDFIn an ever-changing and developing business world, PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya faces constant pressure to remain competitive and grow. Optimal employee performance is a key factor in the success of the company, influenced by job training and work motivation. This study aims to: Determine the influence of job training on employee performance, determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and determine the simultaneous influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through surveys, interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation during the period of April - June 2024. The population in this study is 150 employees, with a sample of 110 employees taken based on the Slovin method. Data were analyzed using SPSS with data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: Partially, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya

Get PDFResearch with literature studies is still rarely carried out, therefore in this article we want to know about the External Radiation Radiotherapy Technique in Cervical Cancer Cases with 3D-CRT (3-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy): This literature discusses the application of the 3D-CRT external radiation radiotherapy technique in treatment cervical cancer. 3D-CRT is a method that allows external radiation exposure from more than one side,possiblemore appropriate radiation dose according to the shape and location of the tumor. This study also lists other techniques such as Brachytherapy, IMRT, and 2D in the treatment of cervical cancer. Photon Dose Distribution Using 3D-CRT and IMRT Techniques in Cervical Cancer Therapy: This research discusses photon dose distribution in the Treatment Planning System (TPS) using 3DCRT and IMRT techniques for cervical cancer therapy. This provides insight into the comparison between the two techniques in delivering appropriate radiation doses to the tumor target. 6 MV Energy Linac Radiotherapy Against Cervical Cancer: This journal discusses the use of radiotherapy on a Linac aircraft with a 6 MV energy photon beam using the 3DCRT technique in the treatment of cervical cancer. This technique helps deliver the right dose of radiation according to the target area. The literature above provides information about external radiotherapy techniques, including 3D-CRT, in the treatment of cervical cancer. They help understand the role and application of this technique in cervical cancer treatment.

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the available water discharge in the Sawitto Main Channel in Kab. Pinrang and the amount of discharge available at Benteng Dam and to find out whether the flowing discharge can meet the water needs of the Sawitto Main Canal Irrigation. In this research, primary and secondary data collection was carried out in the field and at the UPTD PSDA office in the Sadang River Region using quantitative descriptive research methodology. Data were analyzed using the Water Balanced method. The results of the research show that the water balance condition in the Sawitto irrigation area in Pinrang district is experiencing a surplus where the availability of water exceeds the amount of air flow required with the largest difference being in June where the availability of air flow is 510 m3/second, the air flow requirement is 18.43 m3/second, with a water difference of 491.57 m3/second and the smallest difference was in November 201 m3/second, the water discharge requirement was 61.53 m3/second with a difference of 139.47 m3/second.
 
The Efficacy of Instagram Reels on Speaking Learning at Senior High School
Get PDFSpeaking ability is a key aspect emphasized in the language learning process. Having the ability to speak English is very important for students, as this allows them to express their skills in the language. This research aims to determine the efficacy of the learning media application Instagram reels to improve students' speaking learning outcomes in report texts at SMAN 1 Sutojayan, especially in class X-3. The research involved 37 students in class X-3 using a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research results show that the alternative research hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This research provides an understanding of the importance of improving students' speaking skills by developing more efficient learning strategies. The results of this research can provide a valuable contribution to efforts to improve the quality of education at SMAN 1 Sutojayan and similar educational institutions. Additionally, future researchers are advised to investigate the long-term impact of utilizing Instagram Reels or similar interactive tools on students' overall academic achievement and morale

Moreover, integrating recent events can help create a learning environment that is closer to the student's everyday life. However, issues such as the availability of resources and the balance between local and global issues must be addressed in order to integrate current events. This is the background of this PKM activity to contribute to the community, especially 7th grade students at SMP NU Palangka Raya. This PKM activity aims to teach critical listening and thinking skills to provide a better understanding of the existence of hoaxes, and train students to be more critical in filtering the information they receive. The activity was conducted for 7th grade students with 2 different classes at SMP NU Palangka Raya. This PKM method uses participatory observation. The results of the observation showed that classes 7-1 and 7-2 were active in this service activity. However, class 7-1 was more interactive than class 7-2. Dampak Globalisasi Terhadap Risiko Keuangan Perusahaan: Risiko Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga, dan Risiko Negara
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of globalization on corporate financial risk, focusing on exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and country risk. The research employs a quantitative method, utilizing data from the annual financial reports of multinational companies listed on stock exchanges from 2010 to 2020. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including multiple regression to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (globalization factors such as exports, imports, and foreign direct investment) and dependent variables (levels of financial risk faced by companies). The findings indicate that globalization significantly influences these three types of financial risk. Companies involved in international trade tend to face greater exchange rate fluctuations, dynamic interest rate changes, and higher country risk compared to companies operating in domestic markets. To manage these risks, companies need to develop comprehensive risk management strategies, including the use of derivative instruments, thorough political and economic risk analysis, and investment in advanced technologies. Continuous training and fostering a strong risk culture within the organization are also critical factors in effective risk management. This study provides in-depth insights into how globalization affects corporate financial risk and offers strategic recommendations to enhance financial resilience in a global context
