This assistance is carried out by the Abdimas Team under the ADAI organization, via hybrid (offline and online). The purpose of this assistance is to provide assistance on how to calculate the selling price of tour packages using a cost approach. The mentoring methods used are lecture methods and training in the form of demonstrations. The results of the assistance show that there has been no determination of an appropriate and affordable selling price for the community. The selling price used so far is only an estimate and does not use calculations of the related cost elements. The advice is to pay attention to 5 (five) stages in determining the selling price of tour packages, including market research, identifying cost elements, calculating operational costs, determining profit margins, and calculating the selling price of tour packages

This service aims to enhance understanding of the BPJS Employment Program through education conducted within the Young Helper community, a volunteer organization committed to creating positive societal changes and part of Gen Z. This service also aims to increase the participatory role of Gen Z in the BPJS Employment Program, which provides socio-economic security. The method employed in this service is educational, involving interactive material presentation with data sources from literature studies, questionnaires, interviews, and field observations. Our service includes educating about the BPJS Employment Program such as eligibility criteria, technical implementation, program types, and registration procedures. The education we provide yields outputs such as pamphlets, PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, and posters, each of which highlights crucial information about the BPJS Employment Program. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how work experience and education level influence the production of home furniture industry in Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. The quantitative descriptive method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the level of education does not have a significant impact on furniture production. furniture in the home industry, on the other hand, work experience influences the production of the home furniture industry. However, together the level of education and work experience has a significant influence. This is because the level of education can strengthen the level of work experience

Get PDFThis research delves into the socio-economic conditions of Batu Alang Hamlet in Moyo Hulu District, Sumbawa Regency, NTB in 2023. A quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach was utilized, involving 100 respondents through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of this research the majority of the population exhibits a high level of educational awareness, with most having at least a bachelor's degree, and some are still in the learning process. The productivity of the community is evident in their ability to meet daily needs with an average of two children. About 85% have BPJS insurance, while only 6% have the KIS insurance. Infrastructure and the environment, including access to clean water, sanitation, wells, and toilets, are considered adequate. Waste management is still basic without recycling facilities. Security is relatively good, with only 7% witnessing conflicts, while theft (67%) and narcotics-related crimes (25%) are common. The entire population adheres to Islam, with a 95% belief in religious figures. The economy of Batu Alang Hamlet is supported by various occupations such as farmers, traders, and blacksmiths. Average income ranges from < 1 million to 30 million, while expenditure levels, both for food and non-food items, range from < 1 million to 5 million. The economic infrastructure is considered quite adequate by 90%, but entrepreneurial interest remains low, with 35% expressing no interest

Get PDFInstilling environmental care character education in students through the adiwiyata program is very important considering the development of science and technology which makes human behavior increasingly exploit natural resources and lose concern for the environment. Through the Adiwiyata program, environmental care character education is expected to generate and realize environmental awareness by introducing children to the importance of environmental conservation. Environmental preservation can be pursued, especially in schools, through the Adiwiyata program. One of the schools in Tulungagung Regency which has the adiwiyata title is SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungagung. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation. The formulation of the problem in this research is related to activities in cultivating character education that cares about the environment, strategies for cultivating character education that cares about the environment, supporting and inhibiting factors for cultivating character education that cares about the environment. This research aims to: 1) find out the activities of instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung, 2) find out strategies for instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung, 3) determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung. The results obtained from the research show that 1) in class VII, through socialization on waste recognition, socialization on waste selection, and socialization on waste banks, in class VIII there has begun to be a strengthening of the character of caring for the environment with discipline through class pickets, clean Fridays, not throwing away litter, keeping the classroom and yard clean, responsibility by being willing to accept punishment if you make a mistake, in class IX they have become role models for their younger classmates by giving examples of planting trees and caring for trees, 2) the strategy is that the school takes part in regular competitions, and schools make rules relating to adiwiyata, if anyone violates them they will be punished, 3) supporting factors such as example, teacher strictness, school regulations. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include school internals, student habits, students' lack of awareness of obeying the rules.

Data is collected from various sources, including journal articles, books, and other scientific publications. The results of the analysis highlight that the use of TikTok can lead to a decrease in ethical and inappropriate behavior among the younger generation. Unethical content such as exposing, violence, and discrimination can be found on these platforms, affecting moral values and social norms. Proposed solutions include increased awareness of digital education, a more active role for parents, as well as technology companies' responsibility in content moderation. This research provides important insights into the negative impacts of TikTok and identifies steps that can be taken to overcome these challenges in improving the ethics and behavior of young people.

Get PDFThe implementation of strengthening character education is the most important effort in achieving national education goals. Given the importance of character education, in learning, educators must try to introduce and develop character education to students. This article aims to describe the implementation of the character education strengthening program at SD IT Mujahidul Amin Palangka Raya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, through data collection techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that strengthening character education was formed through two activities, namely: strengthening character education integrated learning through exemplary (smile, greeting, greeting) and reading al-qur'an habituation program. Thus, the implementation of strengthening character education at SD IT Mujahidul Amin Palangka Raya has been carried out effectively, as a madrasah that not only excels in academic achievement.
