Get PDFThe research conducted was entitled "Students' perceptions of counseling guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh", which was based on the fact that only a small percentage of students had the initiative to provide counseling to guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach aimed at describing, writing and explaining in detail the problems to be researched and studying an individual or a group. The subject selection technique is based on the criteria set by the researcher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and field notes. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing to test the validity of the data using primary data and secondary data. The research results revealed that (1) that students' perceptions of good counseling guidance were characterized by a good response in following the lessons delivered by counseling guidance through orientation services. Apart from that, there are still students who show bad attitudes towards the guidance and counseling teacher. The guidance and counseling teacher's efforts are also complemented by a service delivery plan (RPI) and carrying out routine evaluations of students both individually and in study groups. (2) The BK teacher takes steps to prevent the decline in students' trust in counseling guidance before students' trust in counseling guidance. The guidance and counseling teacher coordinates with the school principal and then the school will take action by bringing in lecturers from outside the school to rebuild students' declining confidence. (3) The time that Bk teachers have to enter Rombel is also limited so that BK teachers experience difficulties in carrying out orientation. Guidance and counseling teachers can only rely on the time provided by the school for students and what class they go to if a class teacher is absent because they are absent. Apart from that, the guidance and counseling teachers in schools are also lacking, making it difficult for guidance and counseling teachers to handle large numbers of students
Hubungan Antara Beban Kerja dengan Kinerja Petugas Bagian Pelayanan Penunjang Medis di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the relationship between workload and performance of medical support staff at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital. The healthcare system is constantly growing, and medical support staff play a vital role in ensuring quality care. However, an excessive workload can negatively impact employee performance. This quantitative research employs a cross-sectional approach and includes 76 medical support staff as respondents. The workload was measured using indicators such as job conditions, time usage, and target achievement, while performance was assessed based on work quality, quantity, collaboration, responsibility, and initiative. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis statistical test. The findings show that 6.6% of the staff experience a heavy workload, 48.7% a moderate workload, and 44.7% a light workload. In terms of performance, 1.3% have poor performance, 25% moderate, and 73.7% good. The statistical analysis reveals a significant relationship between workload and performance (p-value = 0.001), indicating that higher workloads lead to decreased performance. This study highlights the importance of managing workload effectively to maintain employee performance in medical support services

Get PDFBackground; The number of people with diabetes mellitus in the Sukoharjo Regency area is 17,184, while the number of people with diabetes mellitus in Kartasura District is 2142. Blood sugar levels are affected by diet, activity patterns, and medication adherence. Diabetic foot exercises are one of the efforts to lower blood sugar levels. When exercising, the muscles contract and relax. Sugar will be burned and converted into energy, so blood sugar will drop. The objectives of research; To find out the results of the implementation of diabetic foot exercises on the reduction of blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Method; This type of research is a case study that uses a descriptive research method. Foot exercises are done for 3 consecutive days, done once a day for 20 minutes. Result: The results of blood sugar levels before diabetic foot exercises were carried out in Mrs. F were 221 mg/dl and in Mrs. R were 158 mg/dl. The results of blood sugar levels after diabetic foot exercises were 175 mg/dl for Mrs. F and 138 mg/dl for Mrs. R. Summary: Foot exercises done for three days in a row can lower blood sugar levels

Get PDFNosocomial infections are a serious problem that often occurs in hospitals and can have a negative impact on patient safety. The role of nurses, especially in inpatient rooms, is very important in preventing these infections. Preliminary studies found 0.34% of HAIs in hospitals, 0.00% of urinary tract infections, 0.86% of Phlebitis, 0.00% of Ventilator Associated Pneumonia. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of nurses regarding the prevention of nosocomial infections.This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. This population is all nurses in the Inpatient Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital. The sample for this research was 42 respondents who were selected using the total data saturated sampling technique used, namely univariate and bivariate analysis (Spearman rho test).The results of the univariate analysis research showed that the nosocomial infection prevention process variable, nurse knowledge was in the good category at 100% and the nosocomial infection prevention process variable, nurse behavior was in the good category at 100%. The results of bivariate analysis using the Spearman's rho statistical test show that there is a p-value of 0.000, where this value is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.528. So it can be said that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of inpatient room nurses in preventing nosocomial infections at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo hospital.In conclusion, there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior in preventing nosocomial infections at the PKU Muhammadiyah hospital. Suggestions: Increase counseling and training on preventing nosocomial infections for nurses and health workers and non-health workers at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital

Get PDFThe development of culinary MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City has developed rapidly, but the increase in the number of culinary MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City is not necessarily followed by an increase in the financial performance of these MSMEs This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, entrepreneurial orientation, and innovation towards the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 95 culinary MSMEs in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City with the type of sampling, namely purposive sampling with the consideration that the MSMEs have been running for at least 2 (two) years. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test (model accuracy test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the determination coefficient (adjusted R Square) is 0.548. Means This means that the amount of contribution of the influence of the independent variable X1 (financial literacy), X2 (financial technology), X3 (entrepreneurial orientation) and X4 (product innovation) towards Y (performance finance) by 54.8%. The rest (100% - 54.8%) = 45.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model such as the work environment, company size, market competitiveness, operational costs, working capital, etc

Based on data from the World Health Organization or WHO, data shows that of the 56 million deaths that occurred in the world in 2021, there were 38 million or almost three quarters. Based on data from the Semarang City Health Service, the gender of those receiving health services for Hypertension Sufferers in 2022 shows that the female gender is 161,877 (56%) which is greater than the male gender which is 129,033 (44%), and in the working area of the Gunungpati Community Health Center it is in the fifth highest position. Hypertension sufferers. Nutritional status is also influenced by a good diet and is also influenced by age, especially in women of childbearing age less than 40 years because they have a greater potential for experiencing hormonal imbalances in the body. The respondents in this research were WUS in the Sadeng Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang city, totaling 101 respondents. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of hypertension in suburban age women (WUS) in the Sadeng Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang City. This research method uses a cross sectional approach which was carried out in the Sadeng Gunung Pati sub-district. Data collection was carried out from March to May 2024. The results showed that the correlation between nutritional status and the incidence of hypertension in women of childbearing age (WUS) in Sadeng subdistrict was carried out using the Chi Square test, obtained with a P value = 0.0001, OR = 5.15 , CI = (2.16 – 12.26), where the majority of respondents with hypertension were 57.4% (aged 15-49 years) with a BMI classification in the thin category of 18.5. Get PDFAnemia in pregnancy is known to occur in pregnant women when iron levels in their blood are low. Pregnant women are said to have anemia if their hemoglobin (Hb) level is <11 grams/dl in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy, in contrast to the second trimester hemoglobin (HB) level <10.5 grams/dl. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and compliance with consuming Fe tablets at the Namrole Care Health Center in 2023. This research was quantitative in nature with an analytical survey with a cross sectional research design, which was conducted in the Namrole Maluku Health Center Work Area. The population in this study were all 32 pregnant women in the third trimester. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling. Bivariate analysis uses the Chi Square test with a confidence level of 95%. shows that the p value = 0.000 which means less than A = 0.005, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about anemia and compliance with consuming Fe tablets at the Namrole Nursing Community Health Center, Kec. Medan Johor in 2023

The data used comes from the financial reports of PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda for the 2018-2022 period or five years and 40 company data was found. The RGEC method was employed during the data analysis. Based on the conducted analysis, it was discovered that PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda had a fairly excellent rating from 2018 to 2022 (Composite rating 3).

This is due to the ease of promotion through online media or digital marketing, which makes it easier for business people to reach consumers to introduce or sell their products. This research aims to understand the impact of using e-commerce for MSME business actors. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with MSME players who have used e-commerce to market their products. Data from these interviews were analyzed using the *thematic analysis* method which aims to identify patterns and find themes based on the data collected (Braun and Clarke, 2006). The research results show several categories related to the use of e-commerce by MSMEs, including individual abilities, reasons for not switching to other e-commerce platforms, as well as obstacles experienced such as infrastructure, technology, promotions, and unpleasant experiences faced by MSMEs when using e-commerce. commerce.
