    Deficiency in energy and nutrient intake in athletes can disrupt physiological functions, hinder muscle growth, cause fatigue and illness, and result in suboptimal performance. It is crucial for athletes to carefully manage their food intake during training, competition, and recovery, while also considering eating behaviors that include perception, knowledge, and habits related to food selection and consumption. This study aims to identify the factors influencing eating behaviors in non-elite athletes with a history of macro-nutrient intake deficits in the UNESA Basketball UKM. The research employs a qualitative methodology. Data were collected from key and supporting informants selected based on inclusion criteria established by the researcher. The number of research informants was determined based on the information obtained which was deemed to have reached saturation point, resulting in 7 key informants and 8 supporting informants. The collected data were analyzed through transcription and then categorized into relevant codes and themes. The findings of this study identified two main themes influencing the eating behaviors of non-elite athletes in the UNESA Basketball UKM: internal and external factors. Internal factors, including food preferences, self-discipline, self-confidence, state of mind, gastrointestinal discomfort, body image, sleep time, past eating habits, physical activity level, nutritional knowledge, and food allergies.     In recent years, the idea of leadership has changed dramatically to keep up with the quick advancements in technology, society, and the economy. Effective leadership has a direct impact on organizational productivity. A leader who properly manages human resources makes sure that workers are efficient and productive. Leaders create a positive work atmosphere, improve employee motivation, and give clear directions. Effective leadership increases productivity and helps organizations reach their objectives. Therefore, a leadership approach that emphasizes individual development is essential to enhancing overall organizational performance. In this study, the literature review approach is used. The results of this study of the literature suggest that inclusive, flexible, and technology-based leadership are all necessary for effective leadership in the current day. Employee engagement, well-being, and performance have all been demonstrated to improve under leadership that emphasizes personal growth and active team participation. Leadership that prioritizes technology utilization, interpersonal interactions, and change adaptation is essential to an organization's future success

    Factors Influencing the Incidence of Anemia in Adolescents in Cinta Damai Village, West Tanjung Jabung in 2024

    The problem of anemia in adolescents is still a fundamental problem in the world. Anemia is associated with insufficient food intake and low food quality. Factors that correlate with the incidence of anemia in adolescents both in urban and rural areas are age, sex, health status of toddlers (ARI, diarrhea, tuberculosis), physical activity, nutritional status, breakfast, and diet, parenting and so on. This study aims to determine the anemia in adolescents. This study is an observational analytical study with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in February-March 2024 in Cinta Damai Village, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The population in this study were all toddlers aged 12-18 years. A sample of 89 people was taken by total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. The data obtained were analyzed univariately, bivariately using chi square and multivariate tests. The results showed that there was a relationship between infectious diseases (p =), toddler diet (p =) and parenting style (p =) with anemia in adolescents because the p value < 0.05. There was no relationship between giving MP-ASI too early and anemia in toddlers with a value of p = 0.647 > 0.05. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of anemia during pregnancy with breakfast (p = 0.003), diet (p = 0.001) and head circumference because the p value < 0.05. There is no significant relationship between the incidence of anemia during pregnancy and chest circumference in newborns at the Jambi Kecil Muaro Jambi Health Center in 2023 with p values of 0.001 > 0.05. The most dominant factor affecting anemia in toddlers is the diet of toddlers with a value of p = 0.001 with OR = 13.108. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information and recommendations to conduct a series of counseling and counseling activities for mothers of toddlers to prevent and overcome the problem of underweight

    This study aims to analyze the influence of P2MW Program participation and financial management on the entrepreneurial spirit of Universitas PGRI Wiranegara students. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 students who participated in the P2MW Program from 2022 to 2024, using a census technique. Analysis was conducted using SPSS software to examine the relationship between variables.   This study highlights the importance of financial management and entrepreneurship programs in shaping students' entrepreneurial spirit.The findings are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship training strategies in academic environments to produce competent and creative young entrepreneurs

    To maintain one's physical, mental, and emotional balance, sleep is a necessary but not sufficient condition. Adolescents' quality of life is profoundly affected by the effects of poor sleep on both their physical and mental health. This research aims to discover how the quality of sleep affects the overall well-being of teenagers enrolled in vocational institutions. The study used a cross-sectional design and was conducted in Banjarnegara's SMK Ma'arif NU 01 Al-Mubarok. The information used in this study came from a survey that was sent out to people. Using the complete sample approach, this research surveyed 90 participating individuals. Data analysis makes use of both bivariate and univariate tests; the latter makes use of the Spearman correlation test in particular. A total of 56 respondents (or 62.2% of the total) reported sleep quality, according to the results of the univariate analysis on the topic of best sleep quality. At the top of the list is quality of life, as 45.6% of the total, or 41 people, said it makes a big difference. According to the presentation, 33 out of the 90 respondents were 16 years old. around 36.7%. With 60 female replies (66.7% of the total), the bulk of the respondents are bezienis. A p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.005, indicates a significant association between sleep quality and sleep quality, according to the findings of the bivariate analysis using the Spearman rank correlation test. A good night's sleep is strongly correlated with a high quality of life. &nbsp

    The intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent girls can decrease study concentration due to discomfort and anxiety affected by hormonal changes during menstruation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and intensity of menstrual pain with adolescent girls' study concentration. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional analytical approach, with a total of 133 respondents determined by the solvin formula. Data collection used three instruments: Anxiety level, intensity of menstrual pain, and study concentration. The data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank test with valid and rebable questionnaires. The study showed that there was a significant relationship between anxiety level and learning concentration P-Value = 0.000 and rho = 0.426 while menstrual pain and learning concentration P-Value = 0.000 and rho = 0.515. so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety and intensity of menstrual pain and the concentration of adolescent girls' learning. This research can increase the role of community nurses in counseling, reproductive education and relaxation training for female students with menstrual pain, anxiety and learning concentration disorders

    Kids who don't know much about teeth and mouth health have problems, so it's important to help them learn more through the right sources and methods. The point of this study was to find out how playing Monopoly affected the kids' understanding of teeth and mouth health at SDN Bangetayu Wetan 02. A quasi-experiment non-equivalent control group strategy was used for this quantitative study. The intervention was given to the intervention group through a game of Monopoly, and to the control group through PowerPoint. The Wilcoxon test (paired) and the Mann-Whitney test (unpaired) were used to look at the data. The study's participants were kids between the ages of 8 and 9, with 19 kids from each group chosen through Purposive Sampling. A knowledge quiz about teeth and mouth health was used as the tool. The results of the comparison of the two groups' traits showed that most of the respondents were girls and most of them were 9 years old. The intervention group had a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05) for paired bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. This means that there was a significant difference between what they knew about teeth and mouth health before and after the intervention. On the other hand, there was no significant change in the control group, where the p-value was 0.665 (>0.05). The training and control groups both got a p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, on the Mann-Whitney test. There are differences between the two groups in how much they know about teeth and mouth health. It has been shown that learning about teeth and mouth health through monopoly games is more effective than learning through PowerPoint

    This research analyzes the growth of electric bicycles and efforts to prevent traffic accidents in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study to collect and analyze data from various sources. The results show that stricter regulations, supportive infrastructure development, and traffic safety education are needed to reduce the risk of accidents. Consistent law enforcement is also key in reducing the number of accidents involving electric bicycles. With these steps, it is hoped that a safer driving environment can be created for electric bicycle users in Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of  Wardah, a leading cosmetic brand in Indonesia. The main focus of the research is to identify the effectiveness of Wardah’s marketing strategies in boosting sales and customer loyalty. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are Wardah consumers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer behavior. The findings reveal that digital-based marketing strategies, product quality, and Islamic brand image significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for depeloping more effective marketing strategies. &nbsp

    indonesia, the world's 15th largest economy, receives less foreign direct investment than any other developing country, both within and outside its region, with a population of 270 million people and abundant natural resources. According to Indonesia's Central Bureau of Statistics, the country's BPD at that time stood at US$1.49 Trillion. Over the past ten years, foreign direct investment into Indonesia has continued to increase. Multinational companies are companies that consist of various other companies that provide foreign investment opportunities and conduct activities that increase the value of the entity. In addition, multinational companies also have an important role in the global economy and are also leaders in various industrial sectors. The purpose of this research is to find out Multinational Companies that have an important role in the Indonesian economy. This research method uses a qualitative method by collecting research data from previous researchers as a reference. The results of the research we found show that the role of multinational companies has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact for Indonesia is that they give Indonesia the opportunity to develop its economy through foreign exchange, besides that Multinational Companies also develop digitalization technology for the Indonesian economy. In addition to the positive impact, there are also negative impacts of MNCs, namely, dependence on foreign technology and components, limiting the development of domestic industries, limited technology transfer and development of local companies, decreased domestic investment due to the oligopolistic nature of MNCs, the last is environmental degradation and social inequality caused by MNC operations
