Get PDFThis research aims to examine the library tactics used at the State Special Elementary School (SDLBN) 117709 Kampung Baru Labuhan Batu to increase the accessibility of services for blind students, and what challenges the State Special Elementary School (SDLBN) 117709 Kampung Baru Labuhan Batu faces in providing the service. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The collected data is checked and explained adequately according to the research location. Purposive sampling was used as a method of collecting information, and the school principal, library manager, and teacher of the blind department were the participants. Data collection is done by observation, both general and in-depth, and documenting. The results of this research show that the library's strategy in increasing the accessibility of services to blind children at the State Special Elementary School (SDLBN) 117709 Kampung Baru Labuhan Batu is by carrying out a mobility orientation which will be conveyed to new students, providing information to teachers in each disability department which will later be delivered by students and utilizing available teaching aids to provide knowledge to blind students. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are vandalism, lack of facilities and infrastructure such as computers and programs needed for blind children, lack of teaching aids for blind children and also the braille books provided in libraries still use the old curriculum, namely KTSP, not the new curriculum, namely K13 and librarians who less professional.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine how Price discount and Electronic Word Of Mouth influence the Purchase Decision of Cinema Tickets through M-TIX. This study uses a descriptive type of analysis with quantitative methods. The entire Garut community became the population in this study, while 100 respondents became the sample. Saturated samples were used in this study. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS multiple regression analysis on Windows 25.0. The results showed that Price discount and E-Word Of Mouth can explain the Purchase Decision variable by 73.3%, while the remaining 26.7% is explained by other variables not included in the model

Pemanfaatan Figma dalam Perancangan User Interface E-Commerce

The choice of font type, color and layout in the user interface can be attractive and make it easier for users to explore applications or websites. The aim of this service is to provide training for participants consisting of 12th grade high school students to know and understand the basics of designing e-commerce user interfaces. The application used in user interface design training is Figma. The methods of this training service are introduction, understanding, teaching, testing and evaluation. The results of the evaluation show that the participants can design e-commerce user interfaces well and attractively. Of the total participants, 90% of participants had scores above 70 and only 2 participants scored 65 and 61. So it can be concluded that the use of Figma in designing e-commerce user interfaces increases the knowledge and understanding of the training participants

Get PDFA comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance

The study was conducted on AREI members outdoor community in East Priangan. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 250, spread across store Tasikmalaya and Garut. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Brand image, advertising, products, brand community and customer loyalty, in excellent condition; 2) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on brand community; 3) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 4) Brand community positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) Brand image, advertising and product quality influence customer loyalty through the brand community.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at PT. Inasentra Unisatya. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Inasentra Unisatya in the field of personnel has 53 employees.. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing which are processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application.. The results of this research show that compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
Analisis Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Mitoni Masyarakat Jawa Desa Bangun Rejo Kabupaten Solok Selatan
Get PDFThis research is motivated by changes in the community that carries out the mitoni tradition. The mitoni tradition is a native tradition of Java pioneered by Hinduism and Buddhism, which used to be carried out in the Javanese or Kejawen way but has changed over time. This change is caused by the development of an increasingly modern era and the arrival of Islam to Indonesia. The changes that have occurred are about the elements of the ritual, from the original complete Kejawen ritual to a more spiritual tradition that has an Islamic feel without leaving the core of the tradition and the noble values contained. This research is a qualitative research that uses the type of field research and data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. Then the analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informants in this research are the village head, religious leaders, traditional leaders and several people from Bangun Rejo Village, South Solok Regency. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the mitoni tradition there are several processions carried out during the day and night, where the processions carried out during the day are not all in accordance with Islamic teachings. Along with the development of an increasingly modern era, there have been many changes in the implementation of the mitoni tradition where some people only carry out the mitoni tradition by holding a simple kenduri and thanksgiving. The implementation of the mitoni tradition also contains Islamic educational values, namely the value of faith education in the form of sungkeman, brojolan, lawuhan, kenduri and kepungan processions. The value of worship education in the form of the siraman procession. The value of moral education in the form of a procession of sending prayers and reading the holy verses of the Qur’an. With the values of Islamic education that have developed in the mitoni tradition, the people of Bangun Rejo Village still maintain the mitoni tradition to this day
