Full text linkRaba Ege Village is one of the villages located in the sub-district of West Wewa, Southwest Sumba Regency. This is where the community service activities are held. Based on the results of observations and surveys conducted, it turns out that children in Raba Ege village still lack understanding and knowledge in Indonesian. As a result of this problem, children in Raba Ege village are very embarrassed when they meet people from outside Sumba (migrants). As a form of responsibility and concern, this community service is present as an answer to these needs. The goal is that children in raba ege village can become individuals who are responsible for themselves and help children in raba ege village to be able to communicate using Indonesian. The implementation of this community service uses the method of translators, sign language, surveys, discussions, and is supported by literature studies. The results obtained from this effort are that children in Raba Ege village can communicate (speak) using good and correct Indonesian

This type of research is qualitative in nature with data collection mainly through books and journals as data sources. The data analysis technique is to use data triangulation. The research objects are books and journals about children with special needs. The research results concluded that the theoretical model in adapting the curriculum for children with special needs is quite good because the teaching models used are the regular education model, the open education/natural school model, as well as the home education service model in inclusive education

Full text linkAn orphanage is an institution that is known by the community to shape the development of children who do not have a family or who do not live with a family and provide social welfare services to orphans by carrying out sponsorship and reducing child neglect, providing substitute parent/guardian services for children. in meeting the physical, mental, and social needs of foster children. This study aims to describe the role of caregivers in fostering social behavior of children at the Annur orphanage in Pasanehan City. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the caretaker of the orphanage has been considered as a family for every orphan where the caretaker of the orphanage has a function as a place to fulfill affection, physical education, and provide a view of life for children as well as a place to hide the values and norms that apply in society

The method used in this research is a literature review study or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The appropriate and required screening results contained 3 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are. Educational facilities are all equipment, materials and furniture that are directly used in the educational process at school.In inclusive schools, schools must provide pedagogues who know and understand the education of children with special needs, educational teaching aids for children with special needs, and special spaces needed for children with special needs. Promosi Merchandise Band Norbit
Full text linkCurrently in the city of Padang itself, death metal music is also widely favored among young people, marked by the emergence of many local bands in the death metal genre, one of which is called Norbit. Norbit is a Death Metal Cluster from Padang which was born in 2021 with 5 personnel, namely Adan Est as Vocalist, Cruelhammer as Guitarist, Blacksun as Bassist, Shiryo as Drummer and Juggernaut as Guitarist. The first single released by Norbit is titled Genocide. The number of metal bands like Norbit that develop in the middle of Padang city is a challenge for Norbit to compete, especially in introducing Norbit to the public and metal band lovers. One form of introduction is merchandise promotion. Based on the results of initial interviews with Norbit's vocalist about the promotion of merchandise clothes that have been done, it appears that the promotion of merchandise that has been done before is less effective and does not increase sales of Norbit clothes. The main media design that the author will use is in the form of promotional videos with cinematic techniques that will be published on social media such as Youtube and Instagram.The design of Norbit band merchandise promotion uses the Glass Box method, a rational thinking method that objectively and systematically examines things logically and is free from irrational thoughts and considerations.

Going directly into the field to carry out reciprocal collaboration with local communities is the research method applied. The following are the results of the activities carried out: picking up and sorting rubbish, cleaning grass, cleaning the surrounding environment, cleaning the mosque and surrounding roads, helping others, and helping local women in the kitchen. Full text linkE-commerce is the main driver of the digital economy in Indonesia at 77%. The 2020-2022 Covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging changes in consumer behavior from direct stores to online. This research was carried out to determine the comparison of offline and online Meccanism fashion sales as an effort to attract consumers. The method is descriptive statistics and the Run Wald Wolfowitz comparison test. The result is that there are significant differences in fashion Meccanism's online and offline sales methods as an effort to attract consumers. Average offline sales are greater than online sales. This means that consumer preferences prefer offline purchases compared to online for fashion Meccanism. However, both methods are equally important to attract consumers. Suggestions for business actors to implement a mix of offline and online sales strategies as an effort to attract consumers and increase sales. The way to do this is by understanding consumer behavior online and offline in shopping.

Employees have a role as planners, implementers and supervisors who always play an active role in realizing company goals. The success of a company greatly influences the performance of its employees, because employee performance is a very important starting point for the success of the company.
This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ This research design uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample size in this study were all 68 employees of PT XYZ. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partical Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.
The research results show that; work discipline, leadership, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance; work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation; and work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant influence on performance which mediates motivation
