Identitas Baru Suku Pedalaman Ta’a Wana Pasca Pengucapan Syahadat di Desa Wenangabino Morowali Utara
Full text linkThe problem of this research is focused on the reality related to the new identity possessed by the Ta'a Wana hinterland tribe after the pronunciation of two sentences of shahada and the purpose of this study is to identify the new identity that has undergone a shift after the pronunciation of shahada both from Spiritual, Material, and Immaterial aspects that occurred in Wenangabino Village North Morowali Indonesia. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data sources are primary and secondary sources. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity testing consists of extended participation, observational persistence, and triangulation. The results of the study showed a shift in spiritual, material, and immaterial identities after the pronunciation of the shahada for the Ta'a Wana hinterland tribe, for example in spiritual identity began to maintain cleanliness, cover the aurat, say thayibah sentences, eat halal food, limit association derived from Islamic values. Similarly, material identity is no longer tribal fanatics because it has been bound by religious similarities, and immaterial identity that prioritizes social ethics in responding to the existence of customary and religious institutions

Full text linkThis article discusses LinkedIn and Jobstreet training for Vocational High School students as a form of readiness for them before taking higher education or as a guide for them to get a job and also a form of their experience in terms of self branding. LinkedIn and JObstreet applications have many benefits that can bring us closer to the world of work, such as finding job vacancies, looking for internship opportunities at the desired company and as a provision to train and develop previously owned skills. Through this Community Service activity, students will be taught how to make a CV properly and correctly and then the results of making CV will be promoted through LinkedIn and Jobstreet applications. The method we use is the training method. Training itself can’t be separated from skill development, clear goal measurement, and attitude changes which are then applied with several choices of methods according to the needs of the environment. The training method we use in this Community Service is direct training based on R-Learning or learning conducted through electronic intermediaries such as with the help of electronic intermediaries such as laptops. The Community Service Activities that we carry out have the aim of being a form of real action towards the golden Indonesia 2045 later. By instilling good leadership values and always having a strong sense of love for the country and developing a sense of state defense to maintain a good and wise generation
Analisis Rasio Liquiditas dan Rasio Aktivitas Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Hotel Dalton Makassar
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Dalton hotel using liquidity ratio and activity ratio. Qualitative data analysis method is used in this study. The finding shows that in the financial statements at the Dalton hotel in the period of 2018-2020, there are fluctuations in the level of liquidity that has been achieved, which in the aspect of liquidity ratio using current ratio calculations, it that can be declared liquid/healthy. Meanwhile, if measured by the aspect of quick ratio, it is also declared liquid/healthy. In terms of cash ratio in 2018 it is declared not liquid/unhealthy, while in 2019 and in 2020 it was declared liquid/healthy. Of these theree aspects, it can be seen that the liquidity rate of Dalton hotel in 2018-2020 is quite good. In the activity ratio of the 2018-2020 period, obtained results where that asset TurnOver can be declared unhealthy/bad. However, in the inventory turnover ratio and receivable turnover ratio, it can be declared halthy/good

Full text linkCompetition is the one of Competence is one of the factors that influence the performance of employees in the biscuit division Warehouse Department at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk Jayanti. This research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The data collection method used was observation and interviews with five key informants. Data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Huberman model with steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the competence of employees in Biscuit Division Warehouse Department still needs to be improved, including the recruitment process. Indicators of competence in this research were taken from Spencer, they are knowledge, skills, attitudes, personality, and motives. Some employees have good competence, but some others must continue fostered and directed by trainings, the application of reward and punishment, emotional approach, etc

Full text linkThe application of school culture is important in forming student character, therefore researchers conducted an analysis of school culture as a determining factor in student character. This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Blitar City because this school is a school with potential and excellence. The problem that researchers found both outside the classroom and inside the classroom was that there were still a lack of students who obeyed and understood school culture so that this became a form of habit in breaking the rules. From the results of these observations, the researcher obtained several problem formulations, namely; 1. What is the state of school culture at MTsN 2 Blitar City, 2) What is the character of the students at MTsN 2 Blitar City, 3) What is the relationship between school culture and student character at MTsN 2 Blitar City. This research is included in qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection by researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data obtained will be qualitative data, in the form of observations and short interviews. The results obtained by researchers are that the state of school culture at MTsN 2 Blitar City is very creative and innovative. However, it turns out that this is still not enough to build student character. This is caused by two internal factors, namely those originating from oneself, and external factors originating from the external environment

Full text linkJob Training Center or often called BLK is a place for training activities to master certain skills so that they can be used as preparation for entering the world of work. Training is one effort to improve the quality of human resources in the world of work. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of knitting skills training activities. This training is also expected to increase the creativity of the training participants in making fashion products or clothing decorations from knitwear that have sales and use value. The methods applied in this training activity are the lecture method and demonstration method on how to knit. The appropriate research method is the questionnaire and observation method. The type of questionnaire used in this research is a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique from the questionnaire results uses descriptive-qualitative analysis, while the observation results use descriptive analysis. The results of the research cover three main issues, namely: the implementation of knitting training activities that run effectively and according to implementation procedures, the very good impact of knitting training activities for training participants, and the positive response from participants after participating in knitting training activities at BLK Singosari which can be seen from the results of distributing questionnaires and observations during the training activities. The results of distributing the questionnaire showed an increase in the creativity of participants with an average score of 62.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of this knitting skills training is included in the "Effective" category in increasing creativity at BLK Singosari during 2 meetings with a training time of 3 hours per meeting

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to find out the court's decision on the crime of adultery associated with underage marriage at the Marisa District Court of Pohuwato Regency in case decision Number 98/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar Jo. Number 99/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar and To Know and analyze the legal considerations of the Marisa Court Judges in case decision Number 98/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar Jo. Number 99/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar and what obstacles were faced in making a decision in case number 98/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar Jo. Number 99/Pid.B/2020/PN Mar on the criminal offense of adultery (Overspell) of underage marriage. The implementation of this research is empris research. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method. The author uses research that is descriptive analytical Sociological, according to Suharsimi Arikunto descriptive analytical is research intended to collect information about the status of existing symptoms, namely symptoms of the situation as it is at the time the research is conducted. In the decision on the criminal case of adultery associated with underage marriage, the judge has carried out the decision in accordance with the applicable positive legal regulations, seeing several considerations of the judge according to the defendant's statement, evidence of instructions. Based on the applicable positive law when associated with religious law, this underhand marriage is declared valid. However, in terms of the judge's decision, it has taken into account the principle of justice. In addition, the perpetrator of this crime is legally guilty, but the judges imposed the sentence by looking at the defendant's mitigating and aggravating statements. Complex legal considerations are an important part of the process of judges handing down decisions in adultery cases, especially in the context of underage marriage. Judges must consider various legal, ethical, and cultural factors in making fair and balanced decisions

Full text linkThe code of ethics is a standard of teacher behavior that aims in general to position teachers as teachers and a profession that is honorable, noble, and dignified. At this time, what often happens in the world of education, especially in schools, there are still educators or teachers who violate the code of ethics who do not show their professionalism in teaching. The method that the author uses in this research is a qualitative method using literature study, namely conducting research by collecting information from books and journals. Violations of the code of ethics committed by teachers can have an impact on the lack of quality in learning and not achieving learning objectives.
