UMA REVISÃO DA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DOS PROBLEMAS EXISTENTES EM MATÉRIA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NAS ESCOLAS IRANIANAS
Get PDFThe purpose of this research was to review the identification of existing problems in sports lessons in schools in Iran. Sports are an essential part of the official curriculum of schools, so student sports is an efficient approach to increase the physical activity of students through sports programs, activities and events in a safe environment. In this research, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus databases were used to search for articles related to the vocabulary of problems, sports lessons, and Iranian schools. According to the results of the conducted researches, we conclude that the physical infrastructure, expert manpower, evaluation method, educational content, attitude towards evaluation and quality, and the problems of lack of sports lesson hours, lack of system for identifying, introducing and supporting talents School sports in the country's schools are among the problems that the relevant authorities should pay serious attention to.El objetivo de esta investigación era revisar la identificación de los problemas existentes en las clases de deporte en las escuelas de Irán. Los deportes son una parte esencial del plan de estudios oficial de las escuelas, por lo que el deporte estudiantil es un enfoque eficaz para aumentar la actividad física de los estudiantes a través de programas deportivos, actividades y eventos en un entorno seguro. En esta investigación, se utilizaron las bases de datos Google Scholar, PubMed y Scopus para buscar artículos relacionados con el vocabulario de los problemas, las clases de deporte y las escuelas iraníes. Según los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas, concluimos que la infraestructura física, la mano de obra experta, el método de evaluación, el contenido educativo, la actitud hacia la evaluación y la calidad, y los problemas de falta de horas de clase de deportes, la falta de sistema para identificar, introducir y apoyar talentos Deportes escolares en las escuelas del país se encuentran entre los problemas a los que las autoridades competentes deberían prestar seria atención.O objetivo desta investigação era rever a identificação dos problemas existentes nas aulas de desporto nas escolas do Irão. O desporto é uma parte essencial do currículo oficial das escolas, pelo que o desporto estudantil é uma abordagem eficiente para aumentar a atividade física dos estudantes através de programas desportivos, atividades e eventos num ambiente seguro. Nesta pesquisa, as bases de dados Google Scholar, PubMed, e Scopus foram utilizadas para procurar artigos relacionados com o vocabulário de problemas, aulas de desporto, e escolas iranianas. O processo é um instrumento de satisfação dos direitos e deve ser acessível à qualquer pessoa, promovendo deste modo a justiça e a paz social esperada por todos que levam suas demandas até a apreciação do Poder Judiciário. VIOLÊNCIAS PSICOLÓGICAS NO ORDENAMENTO JURÍDICO BRASILEIRO
Get PDFThis exhibition focuses on a brief analysis of psychological gender violence against women in the contemporary Brazilian legal system and aims to identify the treatment of the topic in current legislation, in the face of recent innovations. There is undeniable relevance in the discussion, since it is a woman's right to live free from any violence or oppression, and acts contrary to this postulate manifestly violate their human rights, as prescribed by Law no. 11,340/06 (Maria da Penha Law). The present text is reasoned on research of a theoretical nature, developed through a review of correlated literature and analysis of legislation, associated with expository-argumentative technique, used for the critical discussion of the theme. In the end, it is concluded that laws nº 11.340/06, 14.132/21 and 14.188/21 constituted an important advance in the Brazilian legal system, in the repression of violence against women and in the safeguarding of their right to psychological integrity.A presente exposição debruça-se em uma breve análise sobre as violências psicológicas de gênero contra a mulher no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro contemporâneo e tem como objetivo identificar o tratamento do tema na legislação vigente, diante das inovações recentes. Há inegável relevância na discussão, já que é direito da mulher viver livre de qualquer violência ou opressão, sendo os atos contrários a este postulado manifestamente violadores de seus direitos humanos, conforme preceitua a Lei nº. 11.340/06 (Lei Maria da Penha). O presente texto baseia-se em pesquisa de natureza teórica, desenvolvida através de uma revisão de literatura correlacionada e de análise da legislação, associada a técnica expositivo-argumentativa, empregada para a discussão crítica do tema. Ao final, conclui-se que as leis nº 11.340/06, 14.132/21 e 14.188/21 configuraram avanço importante no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, na repressão à violência contra a mulher e na salvaguarda de seu direito à integridade psicológica
EUTANÁSIA E SUICÍDIO ASSISTIDO: UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DA CONCEPÇÃO DE AUTONOMIA E VULNERABILIDADE DE RICOEUR
Get PDFThe research aims to analyze the concepts of autonomy and vulnerability, intending to reinterpret them so that they serve as a basis for the central discussion that orbits around the issue of euthanasia and assisted suicide. The concept of autonomy is worked on in an analytical perspective, developing in stages that allow its conceptual apprehension, as well as the antagonistic concept of vulnerability. The paradoxical relationship of the theme characterizes human vicissitudes, exposing its limits and weaknesses when faced with the need for authorization of the patient who wants assisted death. The intended analysis of the concepts is fundamental to anchor the debate about the acts of consent that authorize questionable medical procedures, and, touching on the central theme, it serves as a point of reflection to discuss whether there is a reformulation of the concept of human dignity that are applied to the elderly, psychiatric patients, and children. The following work has the general objective of understanding the ethical-medical limit about the end of human life, and how such a limit is submitted to the judgment of value that every human life has. This objective is combined with the analysis of individual autonomy, with a view to understanding how the concept must be exercised in order not to confront the most essential aspects of life, as well as the specific objective of analyzing the influence of heteronomy concepts in cases of euthanasia.A pesquisa analisa os conceitos de autonomia e vulnerabilidade, pretendendo reinterpretá-los de forma que sirvam de fundamento para a discussão central que orbita em torno da questão da eutanásia e do suicídio assistido. O conceito de autonomia é trabalhado a partir do referencial teórico de Paulo, ensina-se em rico que permite a sua compreensão, como se desenvolve o conceito e o conceito de vulnerabilidade. A relação paradoxal do tema caracteriza como vicissitudes a relação humana, expondo seus limites e suas fraquezas quando da necessidade de autorização do paciente que deseja a morte auxiliar. A análise que se pretende dos conceitos é fundamental para ancorar o debate ético/jurídico acerca dos atos de consentimentos que autorizam procedimentos médicos questionáveis, e, tangenciando ao tema central, servir como ponto de reflexão para se defender a reforma dos conceitos de humana, que são pensados aos doentes quiátricos e crianças. O trabalho tem por objetivo a compreensão a respeito do fim ético-médico da vida humana, e como tal limite se a vida humana possui avaliação geral de valor que toda a vida humana possui. A este objetivo é a autonomia individual, com uma análise de compreensão de como o conceito deve ser concebido de forma a todos os aspectos não essenciais da vida, assim como o objetivo específico de analisar a influência dos conceitos heteronomia nos casos de eutanásia. These helpless beings are a symbol of human sacrifice that is perpetuated in a camouflaged and often disguised way in our midst and, as an abortion provisionally resolves the mimetic crisis, others need to multiply as a way of cherishing that group that believes to be this is the solution to peace.O objetivo deste artigo é mostrar como o aborto decorre de um desejo mimético e que gera, ainda na atualidade, uma crise e violência de uma parte de uma população contra o feto indefeso, que se torna o bode expiatório, ou seja, a vítima inocente de uma sociedade massificada, construída e instruída para condenar aquele que, além de não ter voz, tem seus direitos subjugados. A violência perpetrada e instigada a estes inocentes é praticada não só por quem os gera, mas pela coletividade que age de forma irracional, alimentando o ciclo destrutivo da violência diariamente. Estes seres indefesos são símbolo do sacrifício humano que se perpetua de forma camuflada e, muitas vezes, dissimulada no meio de nós e, como um aborto resolve, provisoriamente, a crise mimética, outros precisam se multiplicar como forma de acalentar aquele grupo que acredita ser esta a solução para a paz

The question is whether there is a possibility of obtaining the concept of singular that substantiates the correspondence of the mental domain with the concrete order. In fact, man knows intellectually and sensitively, modi sciendim whose direct object, respectively, the universal and the singular, since he cannot, as will be seen, know, judge and reason without conversio ad phantasmata. It will be seen that the soul can know its own nature, knowing that it knows by conversio ad phantasmata, and also make a reflection on the whole human process. At this point, it will be seen whether the intelect can indirectly and directly aim at the intention of individuality to acquire the concept of singular.O singular é fundamento dos primeiros e segundos inteligíveis simples, bem como da predicação e dos silogismos. Responde-se se há a possibilidade de se obter o conceito de singular que fundamente a correspondência o domínio mental com a ordem concreta. De fato, o homem conhece intelectivamente e sensivelmente, modi sciendi cujo objeto direto, respectivamente, o universal e o singular, pois não pode, como se verá, inteligir, julgar e raciocinar sem a conversio ad phantasmata. Get PDFThe present work aims at a theoretical approximation between the constructive interpretation of the norm proposed by Ronald Dworkin, in his notion of Law as a Novel in Chain, with structural concepts of the literary text (discourse agent, audience and context of production and circulation). Therefore, the concepts are narrowed with the help of the New Rhetoric proposed by Chaïm Perelman, with regard to the concepts of auditorium, speech and speaker, as well as in the overlap between them in the effective construction of an effective speech, in the light of epidictic. It will be concluded by the approximation of the figure of the jurist with a role close to the figure of the artist, in the reconstruction of worlds and in the interpretation of the reality of past and present times and aiming at future times.O presente trabalho visa uma aproximação teórica entre a interpretação construtiva da norma proposta por Ronald Dworkin, em sua noção do Direito como um Romance em Cadeia, com conceitos estruturais do texto literário (agente do discurso, público e contexto de produção e circulação). Para tanto, estreitam-se os conceitos com o auxílio da Nova Retórica proposta por Chaïm Perelman, no que diz respeito aos conceitos de auditório, discurso e orador, bem como na imbricação entre ambos na efetivação da construção de um discurso eficaz, à luz da epidíctica. Concluir-se-á pela aproximação da figura do jurista com um papel próximo à figura do artista, na reconstrução de mundos e na interpretação da realidade de tempos passados, presentes e visando tempos futuros
REFLEXÕES SOBRE O ATO DE JULGAR EM PAUL RICOEUR
Get PDFThe decision of a case is the most awaited act by the parties and that, as a rule, puts an end to the legal demand. The purpose of this study is to present a brief reflection on Paul Ricoeur's article about the act of judging, and how other authors, both jurists and philosophers, also focus on what one could have as an ideal model for a fair decision. When approaching legal issues, the judgment - here considered as the final provision - is what is expected of the legal system, but, also, when philosophical questions are extracted from the judgment, its unfolding is important to analyze the pacification, or not. , of the social conflict and if, in that case in which the intervention of the State-Judge was necessary, there was the true correct realization of the applicable truth.A decisão de um processo é o ato mais aguardado pelas partes e que, em regra, coloca fim à demanda jurídica. O presente estudo tem como escopo apresentar uma breve reflexão sobre o artigo de Paul Ricoeur acerca do ato de julgar, e como outros autores, tanto juristas como filósofos, também se debruçam sobre o que se poderia ter como um modelo ideal para uma decisão justa. Ao abordar as questões jurídicas, o julgamento – tido aqui como o provimento final – é o que se espera do sistema jurídico, mas, também, ao serem extraídas questões filosóficas do julgar, o seu desdobramento é importante para se analisar a pacificação, ou não, do conflito social e se, naquele caso em que se fez necessária a intervenção do Estado-Juiz, houve a verdadeira efetivação correta da verdade aplicável
