Successful evaluation of early term birth using hybrid ant colony: Genetic optimization algorithm
Machine learning (ML) involves data mining, which is part of the science of data solving more problems. Machine learning application predicts the results depending on available data set. There are many predictive strategies available. The important method is dividing the most powerful predictions. Some of them predict results satisfactorily and some are accurately predicted. This research has carried out a process called as bagging based hybrid ensemble process that collects the accuracy of weak algorithms by combining many class dividers for improvement. This evaluation helps us to see the integration process that improves the accuracy in the result of preterm birth. This is not only the evaluation of weak separation algorithms, but also the use of algorithms using medical data, which predicts prematurely. This evaluation proves to be an effective method of classification by combining to improve the prediction accuracy of 96.2%
Analysis of patient health condition based on hybrid machine learning algorithm
In data mining, the classification methods are used to determine the relationships between the various objects of the interactions database. In this research, the objective is predominantly focused on the prediction of three types of functioning test level. The main purpose of the research work is to analyze human health condition, realised by fluctuation of specific ranges such as Bilirubin, Albumin, Prothrombin time (INR), Ascites, Encephalopathy , Bicarbonate, Calcium etc. It can improve the disease by taking medical diagnosis based on Apriori algorithm by generating rule for the most significant parameters of all three functioning test level. In this article, the experiment can be carried out by using a variety of different sizes of support count based on the association factor of attributes in the kidney and liver functional test data from a wide range of patients. The goal of the experiment is to gain an understanding of the effect that the Apriori algorithm has on the amount of time it takes for the execution, the precision of the best rule discovered from the mining of frequent patterns, and the number of association rules that are generated.
Perfusion index as a predictor of hypotension following subarachnoid block in parturients with non-severe pre-eclampsia undergoing lower segment cesarean section
Background and Aims: Perfusion index, which assesses perfusion dynamics is used as a non‑invasive method in spinal anesthesia cases to detect the occurrence of hypotension. A Perfusion Index value after which hypotension is common can be assessed. Methods: In this prospective double-blind observational study, 100 parturients were included. Baseline Perfusion Index was recorded and spinal anesthesia was carried out with Injection bupivacaine 0.5% (hyperbaric), 10 mg at L3 - L4 / L2 - L3 intervertebral space. Fall in Systolic Blood Pressure < 20 % of baseline was defined as hypotension. Chi-Square test and independent sample t-test was used for the statistical analysis. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient was applied to assess the correlation between baseline PI and hypotension. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was mapped for PI and the occurrence of hypotension. Results: The occurrence of hypotension in parturients with PI < 4.25 was 40.9% compared to 94.6% in parturients with PI > 4.25. There was a remarkable association between baseline PI > 4.25, the number of episodes of hypotension 53/100 (p-value < 0.0001) and the total dose of phenylephrine used 53/100 (p-value 0.02).
Techniques and procedures to promote reading in high school students
Reading is appreciated as the art of understanding information visually, it is also considered as a process by which we understand written language, academically it is what helps communication with others, currently, most students have difficulties reading politely, which brings as consequently problems in critical, reflexive expressions and in the correct conjugation of words. To achieve success in reading, it is necessary to practice it, using some techniques and procedures that can be implemented in high school to strengthen it. Despite the benefits provided by social networks, students have lost interest in learning to read not only as a tool; but by general culture, a reality that was observed in high school students of the "Mathius Quintanilla Sierra" Educational Unit in the city of Portoviejo, province of Manabí. The objective of this work was to analyze the techniques and procedures to promote reading in high school students. The methodology that was used was mixed, applying the descriptive, deductive, historical, logical, and interpretive methods, a survey was applied to a total sample of the population of 100 high school students
An analysis of the Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic and health aspect in Indonesia
The aim of this study was to examine and analyze (1) the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic aspect of investment activities (2) The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on health services. This study is descriptive qualitative research that describes the conditions and challenges, in the Economic and Health sector during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period in Indonesia. The article used secondary legal materials, namely books, journals, articles, and other written works originating from both print and internet media, and the phenomena that occurred in the field related to the issues raised. The result indicated that (1) the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic aspect emerged the fluctuations in the domestic capital market, due to the PSBB policy which caused the economic sector to collapse; (2) The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the health aspect caused the decrease in the coverage of most health services, which was seen from the role of health workers and health facilities
Cognitive development of students in solving mathematical problems
This research was based on the cognitive development of students in solving mathematical problems of the School of Basic Education "2 de Agosto" in the 2021-2022 academic period. The results of the research carried out through a survey applied to students are exposed, to emphasize the importance of knowledge and cognitive development. The problem of learning focuses on middle school students, especially on the mechanisms of memorization and application of methods and strategies that help solve mathematical problems. An exhaustive study of concepts was carried out to enhance the methods and strategies that help improve student learning. The objective of evaluating the educational model and the practice in the learning processes of the students in relation to their practice in the classroom. The research has a quantitative approach, using the inductive and deductive methods. Bibliometric assessment of laser therapy in dentinal hypersensitivity
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bibliometric qualities and global trend among all publications on laser intervention in dentinal hypersensitivity. Methodology: A bibliometric search was conducted in the PubMed database from year 1980 to 2021. Collected data has been classified into two categories, were labeled using the competition's standard classification (SCR). The VOS viewer technique was used to establish systematic sceneries and assets on citation frequency, countries, journals, authors, and other information. Result: The geographical distribution of publications included 6 countries/regions and majority of authors were belongs to Brazil (4 articles) , followed by Turkey (2 articles), Europe (2 articles) and Sudan 1 article. Total of 44 authors contributed in 8 selected articles, maximum number of authors contribution was found in study done by Mayra de la Caridad Pérez et.al, followed by T.C.C.G.P. Ladalardo et al. Conclusion: There is a lack of interventional studies, including cohort studies and randomized controlled trials, it is necessary to include the laser and dentinal hypersensitivity population in high impact oral health investigations globally
Intrinsically conducting polymer nanocomposite as the vigorous material for the health monitoring
Individual poly(methyl methacrylate)/MWCNT doped with sulfuric acid were polymerized in situ to yield individual nanotubes with increased electrical conductivity. In the presence of aliphatic alcohol vapors of various diameters, the Nanocomposites were measured as a function of time. These sensor responses are particularly rapid due to the huge surface to volume ratio, consistent diameter, and limited amount of active material employed in the design. Individual nanotube sensors demonstrate actual saturation when exposed to and removed from the detecting gas. In addition, a chemical sensing system was created employing a nanocomposite film in both air and vapor alcohol gas. When exposed to alcohol, the surface reaction was immediate, with virtually total current recovery after pumping out the alcohol, making it a reusable sensor with rectifying behaviour

Aim of the study was to retrospectively evaluate the incidence of discitis amongst patients undergoing endoscopic spine surgery. Material and Methods: A total of 116 patients were included in the study which underwent endoscopic discectomy. Patients were followed up in postoperative period for any backpain. They were evaluated clinically and were subjected to laboratory and radiological investigations to establish the diagnosis of postoperative discitis. Patients were given IV antibiotics initially for 4 weeks and those not responding to treatment were treated by surgical intervention. All the patients were followed up clinically, by laboratory investigations and MRI. RESULTS: Out of 116,two patients suffered from postoperative discitis. One of them responded to medical management whereas the other one required surgical debridement. CONCLUSION: Discitis following endoscopic discectomy is although a rare complication .But whenever encountered should be treated aggressively with appropriate IV antibiotics and if needed surgical intervention should be resorted to as well
Prevalence of sickle cell disease among children in India: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Sickle Cell Anemia is a common hematological disorder affecting children, mostly from indigenous tribal populations in Africa and India. There is no synthesized evidence to inform policy on its prevalence and distribution across India. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis aims to estimate and summarize the prevalence of Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and Sickle Cell Trait (SCT) among children aged < 18 years in India. Following standardized methods of systematic reviews, a comprehensive search of all major medical databases was performed. Through independent stepwise screening, ten eligible studies were included in the study. Original peer-reviewed studies reporting the prevalence of either SCD or SCT among Indian children below 18 years of age were included for subsequent methodological quality assessment and data extraction using predefined standardized tools. Random and fixed effects models for meta-analysis were used to arrive at summary estimates for prevalence with 95% confidence intervals. Subgroup analysis was performed among tribal and non-tribal children. The included studies used data from around 2 million participants in total. The pooled prevalence of SCD among children in India is 0.8% (95% CI: 0.6-1.0%) and that of SCT was 9.2% (95% CI: 8.5-10.0%)
