This article highlights modern methodological approaches to improving the health effectiveness of physical education programs for students. An analysis of a number of studies of local literature and foreign authors known to us shows that the mode of movement is unbalanced and the effectiveness of the model state program on school physical education is low, resulting in a clear lack of movement activity in general secondary school students. Graduates will continue to study in higher education institutions and will again be exposed to the hypokinesia of education and production. On the one hand, the complexity and acceleration of the vocational school program leads to a decrease in student mobility, on the other hand, the development of its negative consequences in the form of uncertainty and "delay" in student physical activity leads to deterioration of their overall performance and health

The current review article discusses the toxins of different species of fish as well as their pharmacological and therapeutic applications. Fishing in coastal areas is a major concern because it can cause serious poisoning to fishermen, residents and visitors. Toxins from fish can cause severe discomfort, which can spread to the extremities and the lymphatic system. It may also result in venous stasis, hemorrhage, and alterations in the diameter of the artery wall. Particle channels, ligand-gated channels, and G-protein-coupled receptors in body cells are totally impacted by fish poisons as far as physiological and metabolic exercises. They damage the signaling molecules, causing hemolysis, cardiovascular problems, impaired nerve activity and smooth muscle contraction. The effects of fish venom on specific antibodies to the toxin are used for rapid neutralization. It reduces pain, reduces symptoms and stops the inflammatory process in its tracks. Fish poisons have a wide range of medicinal uses and their biological information can be used to develop immunological diagnoses, biocides, anticancer drugs and analgesics

High BP is one of the most predominant causes of heart diseases and cerebrovascular problems. Perinodopril is an ACE inhibitor that is a non sulfhydryl derivative that is used for the treatment of hypertension. To enhance the effect of the drug it was formulated into Lipid based nano carrier system (NLC) to improve the bioavailability and thereby the therapeutic potential. So the objective of the current work was to evaluate the NLC of perinodopril formulation and to evaluate the same. Animal protocol no. PCP/IACE/2019 and Registration no. 1678/PO/a/19/CPCS was approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) at Pallavan Pharmacy College, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu and their guidelines were followed. The invivo estimation of the activity was carried out on Albino wistar rats that are maintained under room conditions and the formulation was investigated for the Pharamcokinetic and pharmacodynamic paramteres in rat plasma. Also they were tested for their stability invitro. Results show that the nano particles measured as 0.207nm in size. The invitro drug release studies suggest that the formulations were releasing the drug in controlled fashion during 23 hrs.&nbsp

A total of 60 samples were taken,60(100%) were positive results for CMV while the study of pregnant women revealed nil (zero per cent) negative results for every 25 samples using the ELISA   test. The distribution of aborted women according to their abortion frequency was revealed the first abortion was the highest percentage (34/60). and, most importantly,  CMV positive samples at a rate of one per cent 34(56.6%) demonstrates how important this virus is in the forecast the second and third abortions resulted in a total of 21 being aborted (35%) and 5(8.3%) respectively.&nbsp

An OCR for Arabic character recognition with advanced principal component analysis based on feature extraction and fuzzy-KNN based classification

    Get PDF
Offline character recognition has become a highly important study field for various pattern recognition applications in recent years. Several handwritten character recognition systems have been suggested, with the complexity of these systems varying depending on the recognizing units' writing styles. In reality, identifying letters or numerals is far simpler than recognizing cursive sentences or lines of text. As a result, early handwriting recognition algorithms could only distinguish a few characters with limited vocabularies. Nowadays Arabic handwritten character recognition is very important as it is very difficult to identify. The cursive writing and variety of styles make this recognition more complex. This paper presents an automated model for ACR. This ACR is constructed from four phases: Preprocessing, Segmentation, Feature Extraction, and Classification. In this research article, we compare the advanced EPSO EKNN Algorithm with the earlier DBN Algorithm and also suggest a new method having higher Accuracy. In this research article, the "Enhanced K-Nearest Neighbor" (EKNN) classification model was used to identify and classify or simply recognize the particular Arabic character, and the "Extended Particle Swarm Optimization" (EPSO) methodology was introduced to select the best feature from feature extraction to comply with Arabic-Character Classification

Dapagliflozin used to improve glycemic control, along with diet and exercise, in adults with type 2 diabetes is the model drug selected in the present research titled Design, Optimization, and Characterization of Dapagliflozin Loaded NLC Using Box-Behnken Design. Nano formulations are capable of providing site-specific delivery of anti-diabetic molecules to their specific site of action; this enhances the loco-regional concentration of the drug and reduces the systemic side-effects. Dapagliflozin loaded NLCs were prepared by emulsion–evaporation technique using Stearic acid as lipid and tweens & spans as surfactant. NLCs were characterized for particle size, zeta potential, entrapment efficiency and % drug release. The effects of composition of lipid materials and surfactant mixture and homogenization speed on the particle size, zeta potential, drug entrapment efficiency and in vitro drug release behavior were optimized. The optimized formulation OPT-DP-NLC has shown a particle size, entrapment efficiency and Zeta potential within projected limits, at 69.99 nm, 81.94% and -28.99 respectively
