A brief review on social management system
Management has an important position in every institution because management is closely related to others in determining or setting goals. In other words, management is not only to identify, analyze or set goals carefully but also to place human resources and other resources effectively. In this case, almost all human activities, whether in offices, hospitals, banks, or in educational institutions require management activities. Management has universal principles. Management activities are always concerned with efforts to achieve certain goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. In terms of ‘effective and efficient’, "effectiveness is the foundation of success; efficiency is a minimum condition for survival after success has been achieved. Efficiency is concerned with doing things right”. Effectiveness is doing the right things. Effectiveness is the foundation for achieving success and efficiency is the minimum resource used to achieve that success. Efficiency refers to doing things well, while effectiveness is about the work done in right way

The quality of health services during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia
The aim of this study was to examine the quality of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study was a descriptive qualitative research and it described the level of quality of hospital services and health workers which were reviewed based on health law. The writing of this article used secondary legal materials, namely books, journals, articles, and other written works originating from both print and internet media, and also phenomena that occured in the field. The results indicated that the quality of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia had triggered considerable public concern about COVID-19. Government policies were deemed ineffective in an effort to break the chain of distribution and had not been able to fully accommodate and guarantee the health of all levels of society, especially for health workers. Health workers in carrying out their duties were not guaranteed legal certainty potentially. In terms of health facilities, the condition of hospitals and health centers in Indonesia also experienced overload capacity and it led to the health care to not run quickly and effectively
A review on identification of gender using fingerprints
Every person in the world has unique biometrics characteristics such as iris, face, voice, palm or finger-vein patterns, and fingerprints. Biometrics, such as fingerprints are even more distinctive than DNA. Although identical twins can share DNA, they cannot have identical fingerprints. The fingerprint impressions are created by using ridges and valleys which are present on the surface of fingers. Fingerprints help to afford an infallible means of personal identification because the ridge arrangement on each person's finger is unique and does not change with growth or age. Some studies in machine learning and data mining investigate a relationship between fingerprint and gender. Hereby using ridges present on the finger it can be identified that fingerprint is of male or female, as males have larger body size than females, the equal number of ridges on a larger surface area means males have a lower fingerprint ridge density; finding out the gender from fingerprints can reduce the search space to half. The criminal justice system uses fingerprints to authenticate a convicted offender's identification and track their previous arrests and convictions, criminal tendencies, known associates, and other important information in the absence of DNA.

Synthesis of heterocyclic compounds and their utilities in the field biological science
The fact that most medications now on the market contain heterocycle molecules or heterocycle fragments, as well as their inherent adaptability and distinctive physicochemical features, has positioned them as true pillars of medicinal chemistry. Aside from the medications that have already been approved, several others are being researched for their potential to treat a variety of cancers. The inherent adaptability and dynamic core scaffold of these molecules have been used in anticancer research in particular. Nonetheless, heterocyclic compounds, like every other promising anticancer medication, are not without flaws. We present a comprehensive summary of heterocyclic active chemicals and families, as well as their key medical applications, in this article
Paddy plant leaf diseases identification using machine learning approach
Agriculture is the most important sector in the Indian Economy and gives contribution in the form of agricultural productivity. To increase the agricultural productivity, precise and on-time detection of crop diseases and pest is needed. Most of the times, farmers fail to take the necessary steps even if they may have been able to identify the problem. Moreover, in some rural areas farmers cannot get rid of these problems because they do not have proper knowledge or education on how to do so. Most of the cases involve leaf diseases which are not recognized properly, and farmers end up using insecticides which may not be suitable for that particular disease. This paper provide new techniques of image pre- processing and a new combination of feature set from the processed images to make a trained model that will show how accurate our methodology is to detect diseases accurately. In this work, Machine learning algorithms namely KNN and SVM are implemented which can detect leaf diseases accurately. Among various plant leaf diseases, Rice leaf disease is one of them. This work is based on three Rice leaf diseases, they are - Bacterial leaf blight, Leaf smut, Brown spot
Influence of different concentrations of Silymarin and steps of freezing on frozen semen properties of Holstein Bulls born in Iraq
To explore the effect of silymarin on bull spermatozoa during cooling and cryopreservation. Semen was collected by artificial vagina from Holstein bulls born in Iraq and diluted by Tris-Citrate-Fructose egg yolk diluents. Diluted spermatozoa were treated with silymarin (0.018 mg/50ml, 0.027 mg/50ml, 0.036 mg/50ml), and packaged in 0.25 ml straws, which were further cooled to 5°C before freezing in liquid nitrogen. Thawing was carried out at 37°C for 30 sec, and the progressive motility%, dead%, abnormality% and acrosome integrity% were assessed, concentrations of addition to the control (0.0 mg/ml) reaching a final volume of 10 ml in each tube. The results proved after cooling and freezing, Individual motility% of sperm was significantly (p< 0.05) higher in T1 which differed significantly (p< 0.05) from T2 and T3 and all these values significantly (p< 0.05) different from control mean while values of dead sperm% show the lowest in T1 which is significantly (p< 0.05) different from control after cooling while after freezing lowest value in T1 and T2 and highest in T3 and control with significant (p<0.05) different. Abnormal sperm% was lowest in T1 after cooling with significant different(p< 0.05) from T2, T3 and control.

Design of deep recursive CNN model for detecting and classifying peston plant
Automatic pest on plant detection in early stage is very essential for food quality control in the agriculture industry. However, the visual method to identify pest on every plant by human is a cumbersome process and cannot be well suited in the agriculture field, because it is time consuming, less accurate and labor intensive. Pest on Plant and plant leaf disease are the major factors responsible for reducing the quality and quantity of food production. Detection at the earlier stage of pest growth and its killing would result in reducing its effect on plant and enhance the quality of food production. Various existing ways have been used to identify and classify pest on plant, but issues have not been resolved, and there is still a scope for improvement. This paper proposes a Deep Recursive Convolutional Neural Networks (DR-CNN) to improve the average running time and achieve high accuracy. DR-CNN model is integrating the convolution, ReLU and Max pooling Layer into single unit and call recursively
