In the ever-changing modern world, Pakistani healthcare and educational organizations must find a way to draw and keep top talent while still providing outstanding services. The research investigates the effects on employee retention of a number of employer branding factors, such as pay, job security, authority, work-life balance, corporate social responsibility, and brand reputation. The mediating role of organizational identity is taken into account in order to fully evaluate this relationship and offer insights into the overall impact of these variables on staff retention within Pakistani firms that operate in the healthcare and education sectors, 130 employees make up the research sample. Employer branding, organizational identification, and employee retention are complex dynamics that require a solid theoretical framework, which this study provides by drawing on social identity theory, resource-based theory, signaling theory, and social exchange theory. Based on preliminary studies, it appears that healthcare companies are more affected by employee branding when it comes to staff retention than are educational organizations. In the end, the knowledge gained from this study project will have a significant impact on companies looking to improve their capacity to draw in and keep people, especially in Pakistan's crucial healthcare and education sectors

anesthesia is an evolving field with many exciting innovations on the horizon. Europe is not alone in facing new issues to solve. Similar to the USA, Europe can both seek and provide innovative solutions to the many different problems we face in medical care. Analysis of data has led to the development of a consortium with many publications to release soon in this new knowledge base. A urological anesthetic consortium has also started, which is in part developing novel trial concepts for men with prostate cancer. The ultimate goal is always to improve human health by leading research. The role of data analysis has led to new concepts for practice such as data collection to reveal and compare new practices and technology. More will come

The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus outbreak is extremely concerning and poses a threat to the public health system. SARS-CoV-2 is a pathogen that affects people and caused fever, dry cough, dizziness and severe respiratory disease. By media time, greater than 662 million people were infected and 6.6 million people were died globally. The pandemic coronavirus was hurt the third world countries due to weak health infrastructure. A timely response is crucial for commercially and easily accessible resources since an actual pandemic emergency does not provide the necessary timescale for the test of innovative ways. Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 was infected individuals without any indication and could still transfer the virus to others. The success of the quarantine effort during the SARS-CoV-2 eruption depended heavily on the identification of the infectious agent. It is thus urgent to develop a rapid and accurate detection method for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and control the disease spreading. Here demonstrated an isothermal based SARS-CoV-2 amplification with quick colorimetric detection. The inorganic phosphate (Pi) was detected via colorimetric technique from SARS-CoV-2 after amplification by using the basic recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) technique.&nbsp

Because of the medicinal and economic importance of Citrobacter freundii, as well as the fact that there are only a few local studies on it, the purpose of this study was to isolate and identify this important bacterial species from chicken using differential media with comparable biochemical properties. There is a severe concern about the presence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) creating bacteria in animal husbandry, which could be transmitted to humans. C. freundii was detected through the use of specific associated genes that enable this bacterium to resist the effects of antibiotics, making it highly resistant. For detection of this bacteria and recognition of distinct types of resistance genes, polymerase chain reaction was used. Further confirmation, purified PCR product was subjected to sequencing. It showed 99.80% homology with Switzerland isolates available in the NCBI database. Forty two isolates of C. freundii were isolated from (450) fecal sample collected from different region of AL- Diwaniyah province.&nbsp
