Synthesis, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of some pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole derivatives

    Get PDF
Historically, heterocyclic compounds containing Nitrogen, and their derivatives have been invaluable as a source of therapeutic agents. Pyrazole, with two nitrogen atoms and aromatic character, provides diverse functionality and stereochemical complexity in a five-membered ring structure. In Knorr pyrazole synthesis, diimine compound gets deprotonated to regenerate the acid catalyst and provide the final pyrazole product. Formation of pyrazole derivatives from hydrazines, hydrazides, semicarbazides, thiosemicarbazide and aminoguanidines by condensation with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds is possible. As fused pyrazoles are reported to be well known pharmacophores, this has motivated to synthesize some of the pyrazolopyrazole derivatives by using hydrazine hydrate, thiosemicarbazide and semicarbazide. A series of 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carboxamides (IVa3-e3), 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carbothioamide (IVa2-e2) and 4-(aryl)-3-methyl-1,3a,4,5-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles (IVa1-e1) were synthesized by conventional method where fused pyrazopyrazoles were prepared.  All the compounds were synthesized with good yield (56-81 %) and characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectral data and C, H, N elemental analysis. All the synthesized compounds exhibited analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities

Food recommender: Deep Learning approach for predicting daily diet based on body prakriti

    Get PDF
Daily diet plays crucial role in maintaining human body healthy. A healthy diet protects us from diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease. According to Ayurveda, body is made up of aakash, jala, prithvi, teja, and vayu. Combination of these five elements decides the body prakriti called as doshas i.e. Vaat, pitta, and kapha.  Human body has a unique proportion of these doshas and it is decided at the time of birth. Depending upon which dosha present in more quantity human body will be either Vata, pitta or kapha. Imbalance in these doshas leads to illness and different diseases. This can be avoided by following diet based on body prakriti. The proposed system uses deep learning and knowledge of suitable diet based on body prakriti as per the different season to recommend best possible diet chart

An online questionnaire was used to collect data from 203 information technology managers in the Telagana region about their knowledge-sharing procedures and their organization's overall success. Model validation and hypothesis evaluation relied on data analysis via structural equation modelling. According to the data, there appears to be a strong connection between the model structures. Because of this, we have gotten a better understanding of the elements that impact knowledge exchange in the information technology sector. A beneficial influence on an organization's performance in terms of cost savings, revenue growth, and other intangible benefits can be deduced from these researches. Using the conclusions of this study, the IT industry can benefit from better information-sharing practises. To help practitioners improve their knowledge-sharing procedures within their own businesses, this study provides critical information. Web 2.0 and other knowledge-sharing technologies, for example, should be prioritised by management in their IT infrastructure to allow both tacit and explicit information interchange. According to the findings, businesses can pass expert knowledge to younger generations of employees via knowledge-sharing events. That means organisations in the information technology field can benefit from this approach by better retaining employee expertise and reducing employee departures

Impact of different light curing modes on the cuspal deflection of maxillary premolars restored with nanohybrid resin restoration: An in vitro study

    Get PDF
INTRODUCTION: The influence of various light-curing modes may lead to polymerization shrinkage resulting in contraction stresses in composite resin. These stresses leads to linear movement of the cusp tips of the tooth as a result of interactions between polymerization shrinkage stress of the composite and adherence of the cavity wall of the tooth. That may lead to restoration failure. AIM: Comparative evaluation of the effect of different light-curing modes on the cuspal deflection of class II Mesio-occlusal-distal cavity restored with Nano-hybrid composite resin restorative material. METHOD: Thirty-six standardized MOD preparations were prepared on maxillary first premolars. Three groups(n=12) were divided according to different light-curing modes of Blue phase LED curing light- Group 1: soft-start curing mode; Group 2: pulse curing mode; Group 3: continuous curing mode. 1mm diameter glass beads were fixed to each cusp tip as a reference point for intercuspal distance to measure initial cuspal deflection for each group. MOD Preparations were etched and bonded with adhesive resin to provide micromechanical attachment and restored with Nano-hybrid composite restoration using the incremental technique. The cuspal deflection was then measured with the Digital micrometer gauge and the mean difference was measured for each group

A deep study on real-time atmospheric aerosols and variability over Indian subcontinent environment

    Get PDF
Study of atmospheric aerosols is very complex owing to their short life time and, chemical constituents. Aerosol loading is highly regional and there life time is very short. An attempt has been made in this paper to study the variability of atmospheric aerosols over Indian subcontinent using a statistical parameter Coefficient of Variation (COV). The magnitude of variability over this region is studied. The factors influencing the variability are studied to find the reasons for difference in magnitude over different regions. Rainfall naturally influences the variability aerosols due to scavenging, but if it is the only factor influencing the variability, the study is absurd. It is found that the influence of rainfall on COV is not pronounced as it is not a seasonal phenomenon. Influence of other parameters viz. Topography, wind vector, thermal power plants and population on variability of aerosols is clearly found. These results help in classifying aerosol zones on the basis of variability of aerosol optical depth. The study also helps in finding the cause of aerosol loading over a region. Measures can be taken to decrease the loading if it is due to local sources
