Reducing waste in frozen crab stick product inspection process by applying ECRS technique
The objective of this research is to reduce waste in the process of inspection of frozen crab stick products by applying ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange and Simplify) technique to an analysis to find the ways to reduce time, defects and effects of waste in the process of inspection of frozen crab stick products. Research findings indicate that it takes a long time to complete the process to inspect frozen crab stick products. The severity, probability of occurrence, and ability to detect the defects are assessed. Then, the Risk Priority Number (RPN) is calculated to choose the primary cause of the problem to be solved. This research study has also employed ECRS, a lean technique, to help analyze the causes of problem, make required improvements, and control the quality of production process. After making improvements, the Risk Priority Number is analyzed and used to identify possible causes affecting the defects before making the improvements. The percentage of the amount of time spent before the improvements is 65.93% whereas that after the improvements is 14.56%. The percentage of the reduced amount of time is 77.92%

Investigative approach for consequences of computational delay of cloud data centers towards eco-friendly green computing paradigm
Green technology is the emerging new sustainable technology which paves the way for lowering the raise in the earth’s temperature. The increase in toxic waste from the electronic devices in every level of usage increases the global warming and thus the need of green technology is inevitable. The contributions towards green computing in global community will save the environment by minimizing the energy consumption. Emerging technologies in Internet of things, pervasive applications, cloud computing provides effective consumer, scientific and business domains. Due to the massive data storage and computation of cloud computing, there is an exponential increment in the demand of cloud computing. The growth of enormous amount of data brings a huge challenge to the cloud computing environment. Data centers are the main module of the cloud computing environment, but the major issue is the management of power computing in those data centers. Green data centers are established with limited power consumption and carbon-di-oxide emission. The research work mainly focusses on the delay time of the data centers in Internet cloud which in turn increases the usage of power consumption in data centers. The analysis is simulated with Internet cloud and data centers
Evaluation of the dermal irritation and skin sensitization due to thiocolchicoside transdermal drug delivery system
The skin irritation and sensitization potential of the new transdermal patch of the Thiocolchicoside formulated with Dura 87-6908 was evaluated on the rabbits and guinea pig as per the standard guidelines of OECD. Skin irritation test was performed on the rabbits by applying the placebo patch for 72 hours and dermal reactions like edema, erythema were noted. No clinical signs or dermal reactions were observed in the rabbits. Sensitization potential was measure on the guinea pig and animal was challenged to transdermal therapeutic system of the Thiocolchicoside, negative control group while group exposed to CDNB produced the sensitization reactions. These findings proved that Thiocolchicoside does not produce any dermal toxicity, irritation and sensitization and hence it is safe for dermal use
A predictive analysis of heart diseases using machine learning algorithms
So far human beings have passed many centuries apart from many illnesses. The human body is a prodigy created by nature. Among human organs, the very special thing is Human Heart. The development of science in the field of medicine has contributed much to predicting heart diseases. The very recent development technique for predicting heart ailments at the very early stage is data mining. In this audit, a machine learning algorithm is employed to predict the imminent level of heart disease. There are about fifteen drug criterions which are taken into account like age, sex, blood pressure, cholesterol, and obesity for alerting heart ailments. This is applied for prophesying the liability of the stoics who endures heart problems. These tactics are skilled in getting the overall health factors of the nursling especially all about their heart. In this study, K-Nearest Neighbour and Tuned K-NN are applied. The concluding data reveal that the pitfall (risk factor) regarding heart is skillfully guessed with the help of this set diagnostic system
