Prediction of abnormalities in heart beat sounds using convolutional neural networks

    Get PDF
Worldwide physicians prefer to use physical stethoscope and they listen to the heart beat sound and its rhythm to diagnose various heart conditions.  In this work various abnormalities that happened in heart will be reflected in the sound of the heartbeat. In this work we have created a classification system which is based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to analyze the heart beat sound to predict the abnormalities. Heart beat sound is converted to spectrogram images and then CNN is trained with those images. In order to reduce the computational time, pooling is done, so that it reduces the parameters by taking particular pixel from particular part of pixels. The parameters in CNN are varied in the convolution and pooling layers to enhance the accuracy of classification of heart beat sound. Experiment is carried out by varying number of convolutional layers and by changing the pooling methods for various combinations of CNN models and the results are analyzed to find the optimal combination which can suit for sound analysis

Comprehensive nursing is a form of nursing services including biological, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural services necessarily performed by nurses. The literature review used an integrative review approach to explain nursing competency. The methods of this study used the theme analysis method by obtaining the data from Science Direct, Pro Quest, Pub Med, Science and Technology Index (SINTA) published from 2010 to 2021 and obtained 16 articles related to the development of instruments, competencies, comprehensive of nursing, nursing students. There were 3 themes of nursing competency. The first is competence related to the biological, psychological, social, spiritual and cultural competence. The second is competence related to caring and etikal knowlede for patients in any conditions and the third is knowledge and information technology competence. The term of competency refers to a comprehensive set of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and ethics required by the nurses to provide a safe and effective services to the clients. A nurse who has nursing competency is most likely capable of implementing the 3 themes of nursing competency

The current research aims to identify the cognitive structures of graduate students in the universities of the Middle Euphrates as well as the statistically significant differences in the cognitive structures of graduate students according to gender (male-female), specialisation (scientific-human), and study (Master-PhD), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a research tool: the cognitive structure scale, so the tool was applied to the basic research sample (643) of male and female graduate students in the universities of the Middle Euphrates (Karbala, Babylon, Kufa, Al-Muthanna, Al-Qadisiyah) and to the scientific and humanitarian specialists. After stratifying the original population by 10% using the stratified random method, and after collecting and analysing data statistically using the SPSS statistical package for social sciences, the researchers reached the following results: The postgraduate students in the universities of the Middle Euphrates are characterised by cognitive structures. They know that the knowledge structures in their educational world, knowledge structures in their information world, and knowledge structures in their social world did not show any clear structures in their economic world, that PhD students are more than master’s students in cognitive structures.&nbsp

Mindfulness in Islam is akin to muqarabah, which refers to an individual’s practices in a situation where he has completely surrendered himself to Allah SWT, which is reflected in the calmness, peacefulness and awareness evident in him after doing so. According to Islam, prayers (solat) affect a person’s mental health. The word “solat” originates from Arabic and it is the derivative noun (masdar) from the verbs (fi’li) solla, yusolli, solatan, which means doa (supplication prayers), istighfar, al-maghfirah, al-rahmah, al-Islam, al-din. Al-Quran contains various elements needed by humankind, such as religious, social, economic, health, medical, scientific, political and other aspects, as a guide for achieving prosperity in this life and the afterlife, reciting the al-Quran daily showers a person with continuous serenity, which is a very effective therapy for a person facing pressures in life. recital Quran has a unique power in changing an individual’s inappropriate behaviour to appropriate behaviour. Al-Quran also provides all the internal and external needs required by a person to face the various challenges, reciting the al-quran is not only advantageous to a person but listening to recitals can also provide serenity and blessings from Allah swt

    Get PDF
Vrikshayurveda a classical science of botanical field, this science deals with growth and development of plants. This science mainly suggests uses of Kunapa jala and Pancha gavya for the high productivity of crops. This concept works around organic farming for effective plant growth. Vrikshayurvedha mentioned Kunapajala as organic liquid manure which is a fermentation product and acts as plant nutrients. There are two types of Kunapajala mainly in practices viz; herbal and non-herbal which is prepared according to the procedures described in Vrikshayurvedha. Considering importance of this we planned a study to investigate role of Vrikshayurvedha concept for the development of medicinal plant; Shalparni. Present study investigated role of Kunapajala in the growth and % yield of plant Shalparni. This study observed that Kunapajala treatment offered best response with respect to root yield and soil physico-chemical parameters. Kunapajala increased plant yield quantitatively as well as qualitatively

Attribute-based keyword search across encrypted cloud data with multiple authorities

    Get PDF
Searchable Encryption (SE) is a crucial technique for cloud data security and usability (SE). When employing Ciphertext Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE) and the Ciphertext Policy Attribute-Based Keyword Search (CP-ABKS), encryption and access control may be done simultaneously. A single attribute authority is responsible for authenticating user certificates and delivering secret keys in current CP-ABKS systems. A single point of failure results in distributed cloud systems. To address these difficulties, we explain in this paper the MABKS system, which is designed to help cloud devices with limited computing and storage capabilities. The MABKS system has added capability for tracing and modifying malicious attribute authority. According to our detailed security investigation, the MABKS system is safe in both selective-matrix and selective-attribute models. Our trials using real-world datasets have shown the MABKS system's efficiency and usefulness
