Quarterly return monthly payment (QRMP) scheme under goods and service tax: Analysis and discussion
GST was implemented by Government of India as one indirect tax for whole nation as single tax on the supply of goods and services and was considered as biggest indirect tax reform of Independent India. The main purpose of implementation of GST in India was to replace multiple taxes with uniform tax on supplies and to remove the cascading effect. In order to remove the loopholes and to make the system more efficient and user friendly, the Government of India is continuously hustling to improve Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) and updates are being made to the system, provisions and various returns on the portal accordingly from time to time. This new scheme named Quarterly Return Monthly Payment (QRMP) is also the part of said exercise of simplification of process by GOI, introduced w.e.f. 1st January, 2021, in order to lessen the tax compliance burden and to ease the process of filing returns to MSME taxpayers under GST. QRMP Scheme can be availed by eligible registered persons to file their GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B quarterly and pay taxes on monthly basis.
Review of interleukin-32 and liver disease
Interleukin-32 (IL-32) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that was first characterized in2005.it was named IL-32 due to its potent pro-inflammatory effects. IL-32 does not contain a typical hydrophobic signal peptide at the N terminus for secretion, but IL-32 was detected in the supernatant of stimulated cells, how IL-32 is secreted is still not fully understood. Also, it is still unclear through which cell surface receptor IL-32 mediates its function. IL-32 may also have an important function as an intracellular protein55. IL-32, via interactions with some other molecules, has been reported to be involved in various intracellular signaling. The focus of the present review is on the properties of this cytokine in liver diseases. Understanding the involvement of IL-32 in the pathogenesis of liver diseases may assist in identifying novel therapeutic strategies to mitigate or prevent liver diseases

Caspase-3, liver function test and trace elements in Iraqi women with breast cancer
Introduction: Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by out-of-control cell growth. Breast cancer is most common disease among women. Aim: The aim of this study to investigate Caspase-3, liver enzyme and trace elements (Iron, magnesium and phosphorus) in women whose suffered from breast cancer. Materials and Methods: Three groups of Iraqi women were chosen named group I (50 healthy women), group II (32 patients new diagnosed with breast cancer and do not take chemotherapy) and group III (43 patients have taken chemotherapy). From the results, On the other hand, the study have been measurement of some biochemical variables, including caspase-3 enzyme, liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP) and measuring important trace elements that may have an effect on breast cancer, which included (magnesium, iron and phosphorous). Results: The results showed a significant decrease (P<0.05) between group I and group II in both magnesium and ALT. There was a significant decrease between the group I and the group III in magnesium and a significant increase (P<0.05) between the group I and the group II in iron. In addition, AST and iron levels increased significantly between groups I and III.
Assessment and ranking of occupational health and safety risks in the machinery maintenance unit of dam construction projects using the combined approach of methods (Fmea and Fuzzy Topsis)
A dam construction project is exposed to various risks due to the amount of investment, duration of implementation, the complexity of design and implementation, etc., and these risks will lead to human and financial losses. Thus, based on three principles, including (i) time, (ii) quality, and (iii) cost, identifying, assessing, ranking risks, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) can have a significant impact on project objectives. The machinery maintenance unit has the largest share of the organization's cost model. Manpower, tools, spare parts, and working standards of planning and scheduling are the most important elements of the implementation of the maintenance process in these organizations. Methodology In the present research, first, all the failure modes of the machinery maintenance unit were identified. Then, to assess and rank them, in addition to the three traditional attributes in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) (severity-S, occurrence-O, and detection-D) and calculate the Risk Priority Number (RPN), we used fuzzy numbers corresponding to real-world problems instead of crisp numbers for risk ranking.
Market orientation, learning orientation, and innovation capabilities in SMEs: Case study from Iran's SMEs
Increasing market changes has led to a need for increased innovation and, therefore, programs of innovation in SMEs. The interrelationships among a firm’s market-orientation, learning-orientation, and innovativeness are an important research area for investigators in the literature of management, strategy, and marketing. However, most of the empirical studies were conducted in large-scale firms in developed countries and ignored small and medium-sized business (SMEs) in general, and in developing countries in particular. This paper examine the nomological relations among market-orientation, learning-orientation and innovativeness in medium-sized business (SMEs) of developing countries. The study involves a questionnaire-based survey of managers from small-sized-firms operating in Iran. These were subjected to a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results show that; firm learning-orientation positively influences firm innovativeness; firm market-orientation positively impacts firm learning orientation; firm learning-orientation mediates the relationship between firm market-orientation and firm innovativeness
Adsorption of SO2 air pollutant gas molecule on the pure and Al-doped graphene nano sheet: A DFT study
The interaction of pure graphene nano sheet and Al-doped graphene nano sheet with SO2 pollutant gas molecules was examined by density functional theory (DFT). Adsorption energies and the transferred Mulliken charge were calculated. Doping Al on the graphene improved adsorption and electronic properties of graphene. Dos plots and HOMO-LUMO band gaps showed that pure graphene and Al-doped were semiconductor materials. The results revealed that sensitivity of graphene-based materials was enhanced by doping Al on the surface of pure graphene. Thus, Al-doped graphene was found to be a better detector of SO2 gas molecules
Development of strategy for lowering post COVID-19 impact on working women health
A questionnaire evaluating subjective level of work anxiety as well as physical wellness through the earlier years was accomplished through 400 women in Karnataka. Overall health was split up right into two types: physical as well as other psychological problems. Samples, coordinated for age as well as marital status, were determined: women in high-paying status who are married (N = 190) and women in low-paying status and as well are single (N = 210). Participants responded a Post-Covid-19 survey (PC19). The hypothesis of a positive association amongst job stress as well as marital status was terminated. The forecasted association organized for psychological distress. Subjective anxiety, PC19 score, as well as life fulfillment consisted of 42% of the deviation and job anxiety consisted of 58% of the deviation. Consequently, PC19 a pertaining to job anxiety as well as mental distress, their efforts was impartial of each other. The variants of stress accomplished in professional functioning as an educational professors, teachers, managerial, as well as , clerical jobs are observed much higher that includes psychological health related problems which were led to medical challenges just like diabetes, heart diseases as well as , thyroid dysfunction
Comparison of antifungal activity of fluconazole and clove leaf essential oil on Candida species isolate in HIV/AIDS patients with oral candidiasis
Current treatment guidelines include fluconazole as the main therapeutic option for treating oral candidiasis infection in HIV/AIDS patients, but resistance increases. Several in vitro studies have shown that clove leaf essential oil with the main content of eugenol can be an alternative therapy for oral candidiasis that is resistant to fluconazole. This study was conducted to determine the zone of inhibition of clove leaf essential oil and fluconazole against Candida isolates species that cause oral candidiasis in HIV/AIDS patients. This study showed that the average fluconazole disk 25 μg/mL inhibition zone in 20 isolates of Candida albicans species was larger than non-albicans Candida species. The zone of inhibition of clove leaf essential oil was significantly lower than that of fluconazole (p < 0.05), except at a concentration of 15% against non-albicans Candida isolates. Clove leaf essential oil has an antifungal effect that can inhibit the growth of Candida species, so it can be considered an alternative antifungal therapy. Clove leaf essential oil concentration of 15% showed no significant difference in antifungal activity with the standard drug fluconazole in isolates of non-albicans Candida species
