A review of most applicable theories and models of technology acceptance
One of the first steps to initiate a technology-related business is to perceive factors that would help users accept technology. In this regard, different models have been introduced to explain technology acceptance and determine users’ needs. These theories have psychological origins and involve comprehensively cognitive backgrounds which deal with components that predict the user’s behavior. Prediction of user’s behavior which is a major element of technology development success helps clarify the latent angles of the technology and business development for the developers. In the meantime, this article reviews general concepts of technology acceptance models and theories to provide valuable data about technology acceptance and adoption. Also, the goal of this article is to train and demonstrate these theories for the readers

Drug delivery system for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases using IoT
Controlling drug delivery for ventilator circuits is the most difficult task. Most of the medicine is often lost in the exhaled breath, forcing the patient to breathe in a way that suits the flow of the medicine and can cause choking. The internal intercostal muscles contract during forced exhalation, lowering the chest and reducing chest volume, while the abdominal muscles push the diaphragm and contract the chest cavity. For multiple pulmonary lung disorders such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma and others, this treatment has become an unavoidable part of the normal management strategy. Three types of inhalers that are often used include nebulizers, metered dosage inhalers, and dry powder inhalers. The most popular way to create medical aerosols is via spraying, which is done on both adults and children all over the world, particularly for at-home long-term lung disease therapy and emergency treatment of acute illnesses. The proposed system manages drug delivery in all ventilator environments with and without humidification and controls airflow for children, adults, and the elderly, and sends data to the appropriate people via IoT
Deep learning techniques for medical image segmentation & classification
Imaging in medicine plays a significant part in a broad number of clinical applications, including those that are utilised for early detection, monitoring, diagnosis, and assessment of therapy for a wide variety of medical diseases. Deep learning and artificial neural networks are two concepts that you need to have a firm grasp on if you want to become an expert in medical image analysis using computer vision. Rapid progress is being made in the field of research known as deep learning approach (DLA), which focuses on medical image processing. DLA has had widespread use in the field of medical imaging as a diagnostic tool for determining the presence or absence of disease. Along with the construction of artificial neural networks and a comprehensive investigation of DLA, some of the potential applications for medical imaging are covered in this article. Digital pictures from X-rays, CT scans, mammograms, and histology are the primary focus of the majority of DLA applications. This article offers an in-depth analysis of the research that has been done on DLA for the classification, detection, and segmentation of medical images.
Effect of 2-Thioxo Imidazolidin-4-Ones derivative copper complex on the oxidative state on the male rats exposed to hydrogen peroxide
In this work, a new thioxoimidazolidine derivative had been prepared by the reaction of bromobenzaldehyde with thiosemicarbazide then the resulting product reacted with ethelchloroacetate to produce the ligand, L= (3{(E)[(4-bromophenyl) methyldenamino-2-sulfanylideneimidazo lidin-4-one, in an attempt to synthesis its copper complex. The new ligand and its copper complex was isolated, studied and characterized in solid states by studying the analytical and physicochemical properties. It was found that ligand coordinate to copper ion as a bidentate ligand through nitrogen atom of Azomethine groups and sulfur atoms of the thione group. The outcomes recorded that copper complex could be founds in "[1:2] (M:L) molar ratio". From study of geometrical shape, the copper ion has a square planer shape with Ligand. Twenty-four adult male rats were divided into three equal groups, with age 2-3 months old. The first group returned to the control group, as it was given the necessary food and water, second, third group was given 0.5% hydrogen peroxide in drinking water. The third group was dosage by orally copper complex of 2-Thioxo Imidazolidin-4-Ones by Cavage Needle. after thirty and sixty days of experimental period, blood sample was drawn from each animal
Magnetism generation & control by using solid state relay for application of absorbing change of conductivity in acids
The Electro Magnetic induction is an electrical instrument which produces the magnetism. By varying the current we control the electro-magnetism in mutual inductance. Here we use SSR as mediator for input and output process. By changing the input voltage we can control the output current. By varying the current we can adjust the magnetism. By hall sensor we can observe the changing in magnetism.

A human activity recognition using CNN and long term short term memory
Human activity recognition aims to work out the activities performed by someone in a picture or video. Examples of actions are running, sitting, sleeping, and standing. Complex movement patterns and harmful occurrences like falling may be a part of these activities. The suggested ConvLSTM network can be created by successively combining fully connected layers, long immediate memory (LSTM) networks, and convolutional neural networks (CNN). The acquisition system will pre calculate skeleton coordinates using human detection and pose estimation from the image/video sequence. The ConvLSTM model builds new controlled features from the raw skeleton coordinates and their distinctive geometric and kinematic properties. Raw skeleton coordinates are utilized to generate geometric and kinematic properties supported by relative joint position values, joint differences, and their angular velocities. By utilizing a multi-player trained CNN-LSTM combination, novel spatiotemporal directed features can be obtained. The classification head with completely connected layers is then utilized. The suggested model was tested using the KinectHAR dataset, which consists of 130,000 samples with 81 attribute variables and was compiled using the Kinect (v2) sensor Experimental data is used to compare the performance of independent CNN and LSTM networks
Clinical correlation of renal vasculature variation
Background: The coupled renal arteries typically supply the kidneys, which are retroperitoneal organs. However, there are frequent changes in the way that the renal arteries and their perihilar branches are presented. Aim: The aim of the current research is to evaluate the occurrence of various renal arteries and give a medical association between them. Materials and Methods: The research material consisted of 30 formalin-fixed cadavers. While performing a regular abdominal dissection, the kidneys and their arteries were examined, and the morphological differences in the renal arteries were observed. Result: In 54.8% of the patients, numerous renal arteries were seen to arise from the abdominal aorta, including double hilar arteries (22.7%), triple hilar arteries (11.9%), superior polar and inferior polar arteries (13.2%), and numerous hilar and polar arteries (7.2%). Conclusion: For angiographic tests, kidney transplantation, and urological or radiological operations, understanding the renal vasculature, including its regular as well as variational structure, is essential. This information also makes embolization and angioplasties possible.clinica

A systematic review on serum retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) and interrelated iron status in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients
The dysregulation of adipokines is closely associated with the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus. A recently proposed adipokine i.e., Retinol-binding protein-4 (RBP4), is found to provide a connecting link between insulin resistance and obesity. Interestingly, the interaction between vitamin A and iron status has also been observed in a few shreds of evidence. For instance, vitamin A deficiency may result in impairment of iron metabolism and may aggravate anemia. Here, the present review is designed to summarize the up-to-date knowledge on RBP4’s role in obesity, development of insulin resistance, and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by findings of previous studies and investigate the crucial possible outcome of the relationship between RBP4 and iron status in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, most importantly in humans
