Age, lipid profile, testosterone, and prostate-specific antigen are predictors of erectile dysfunction in benign prostatic hyperplasia
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition with a higher prevalence in the elderly. A multinational survey of elderly men conducted in America, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and England showed an association with ED in >12,000 men aged 50-80. There is an increasing prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia in men with ED. Testosterone deficiency is the most common hormonal cause of ED and has recently been considered a global health problem associated with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)affects prostate volume associated with high testosterone. This study aims to determine age, lipid profile, testosterone, and PSA levels are predictors of ED incidence in BPH patients. Using analytic observational retrospective cohort design, years) with p=0.003, OR 0.2 (95% CI: 0, 07-0.58)which means that there is an increase of 0.2 times ED at age >60 years, lipid profile obtained p=0.016, OR 3.7 (CI95%: 1.22-11.45)which means an increase in cholesterol lipid profile total > 200 mg/dL/ TG > 150 mg/dL occurred 3.7 times ED, testosterone p=0.049 OR 3.5 (95% CI: 0.95-13.44) means low testosterone levels <193 pg/ml cause ED 3.5 times, and PSA p = 0.020, OR 0.3 (95% CI: 0.45-3.33) which means the level of >4 pg/mg causes ED 0.3 times.

A study on effect of eWOM information on purchase intention for electric vehicles
Purpose- Today, customers play an active role in creating, generating, and sharing the electronic Word of mouth (eWOM). As a result, attracting customers through recommendations and WOM has become an important goal for businesses. In addition, Social Networking Sites (SNSs) have created valuable opportunities for eWOM. As a result, the development of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is essential. This study shows how eWOM information affects customers' purchase intention for EVs on social networking sites. Design/methodology/approach- This study employed the Information Adoption Model (IAM). Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from 266 respondents in Hyderabad and Secunderabad to evaluate the proposed model using SmartPLS software. Findings –The findings show that information quality and Credibility positively affect the usefulness of the information. Furthermore, information adoption determines purchasing intentions, with information usefulness as a predictor for adoption. Research limitations/implications- This study aims to fill a gap in the research on SNSs, specifically in the context of eWOM information. The study proposes the IAM model and statistically confirms the hypothesized relationship. This study can be used as a platform for further studies. Practical implications-
NABARD’s role in strengthening india through rural infrastructure development fund (RIDF): An assessment
Economic and social infrastructures are crucial for developing rural India. Even a marginal improvement, in a scenario of poor rural infrastructure, could significantly boost economic development and human wellbeing. The development of rural infrastructure by improving basic infrastructure, such as roads, electricity, housing, health and education, water and sanitation, etc. and infrastructure for agriculture sector like irrigation, warehouses, market yards, etc. can make a big difference in the standard of living. Development of rural infrastructure can lead to improved mobility in terms of better availability of inputs and raw materials and access to market centres for the rural producers. Development of strong and sustainable economic infrastructure has always been the priority of the central government of India. It is in this respect, the creation of Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) was initiated by NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) in 1995-96 and by constructing Rural Infrastructure Indices (RIIs) in 2016, with the objective of providing low cost funds to the States to facilitate completion of the incomplete rural infrastructure projects and has emerged as a dependable source of public funding over the years
