The aim of the experiment is to find out the effect of garlic powder on the digestion coefficient and the rumen environment in vitro by adding four levels (0.0, 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0) g/100 g of dry matter added to the mixture feed concentrate: roughage (40:60). Total gas was calculated in 24 hours. The digestibility was determined after 96 hours incubation . Results showed differences (p < 0.01) in the total gas and methane production, the lowest value for the treatment was 1.0 g/100g DM , the dry matter and organic matter digestibility significantly increased (p<0.01)  T3 (2.0%) garlic powder with (61.28 and 79.87) respectively compared with control. Significant difference(p<0.01) between all treatments in total count of bacteria. Addition garlic powder to mix ration 60: 40 roughages : concentrate at the level 2.0 g/100 g DM improve dry and organic matter digestibility , increase total gas and decrease methane production. &nbsp

Introduction: Anemia is a public health problem in developing and emerging countries worldwide. Anemia is defined as an abnormal decrease in the number and size of erythrocytes and the hemoglobin and hematocrit concentrations below normal. In addition to blood (Fe) tablets, one alternative functional food is dates and bee pollen, which can increase hemoglobin and erythrocyte levels. Objective: To assess the difference in changes in erythrocyte index before and after the intervention between the group-administered combination syrup (dates and bee pollen) and the group-administered date syrup. Method: This experimental study employs a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 26 female adolescents with anemia who were taken using a total sampling technique, 13 in the date syrup and 13 in the combination syrup (dates and bee pollen). Data were analyzed using Paired T-Test, Independent Sample T-Test, Wilcoxon Test, and Mann-Whitney Test. Results: The combination syrup (dates and bee pollen) affected the increase in erythrocyte index (MCV, MCH, MCHC) in anemic female adolescents, with a pre-post significance value of P<0.05

Preparation complexes Co(III), Ni(II), and Cu(II) with novel azo-Schiff base ligand (N, N, O) derived from 2- amino- 6- methoxy benzothiazole with spectral characterization, study biological activity as anti-cancer, anti-oxidant to complexes

CSR in India has customarily been seen as a philanthropic action. And in keeping with the Indian convention, it was a movement that was performed but not deliberated. As a result, there's constrained documentation on particular exercises related to this concept. In any case, what was clearly apparent that much of this had a national character typified inside it, whether it was blessing educate to effectively taking an interest in India’s opportunity movement, and inserted within the thought of trusteeship. On April 1, 2014, India became the first country to legally mandate corporate social responsibility. The rules in Section 135 of India’s Companies Act make it mandatory for companies of a certain turnover and profitability to spend 2% of their average net profit for the past three years on CSR. CSR has become a fundamental business practice and has gained much attention from the management of large international companies. It facilitates the alignment of business operations with social values. CSR is deemed as a point of convergence of various initiatives aimed at ensuring socio-economic development of the community

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of transferable skills in relation to the employability and role of teaching strategies in university. Employability presently assumes a significant part in the process of giving birth market approaches. The idea of 'employability' is broadly acknowledged as monetary technique advanced by key supranational foundations and work market strategy at the public, territorial and neighborhood levels. One of the definitions is connected with the singular's employability ability and related with the singular necessities of bosses. As of now, there is developing worry on the absence of abilities to meet the key positions, particularly at higher expertise levels. Work readiness characteristics depict various usually expected, abilities that businesses look for from most representatives. Work readiness abilities are a bunch of abilities and ways of behaving that are vital for any work. Work readiness abilities are now and again called delicate abilities, employability abilities, or occupation readiness abilities. These capacities assist representatives with figuring out how to interface with bosses and colleagues. They assist with supporting the significance of idealness and fabricate a comprehension of how we are seen by others. Bosses esteem representatives who can impart successfully and act expertly.&nbsp

A comparative study of the notion of legal and political pluralism in India and the Western world: Challenges and way ahead

    Get PDF
Legal pluralism refers to the idea that there are multiple laws or legal systems in any geographical territory bounded by the traditional borders of a nation state. In the past few decades, it has gained a lot of traction as an analytical technique and a normative concept in Europe and even beyond. It has gained prominence not only in European Union law, but also in private international law, European human rights legislation, public international law and the analysis of legal systems. India is recognised as a pioneer in establishing a constitutional framework that recognises group-differentiated rights. The paper seeks to explore how well has this worked in the context of Indian democracy, given the reality of exclusions resulting from stratification, heterogeneity, and hierarchy, which often act concurrently and generate intersectionality. For decades following independence, our thinking was defined by a pluralist perspective of nationalism and Indianness that reflected the widest possible circle of inclusivity and a "salad bowl" approach. In recent years, a new perspective known as 'purifying exclusivism' has tended to infiltrate and dominate the political and cultural environment. Growing jingoistic tendencies threatens to eliminate any dissent, no matter how minor.&nbsp
