The main objective of this study is to reduce working capital requirements, and to reduce the investments of private healthcare providers in their operating activities .A fundamental research was conducted by conducting a survey of 55 non- profit private hospitals of India in the period (2018-2021). Authors conceptualized a research model to develop hypotheses. Correlation between financial elements and the capital structure relevance was found out. Result indicates that, during Covid -19 pandemic, private hospitals made balance in working capital by allowing capital gap while adopting a delay payment strategy. Operating activities of the hospitals were financed by profit and working capitals of the hospitals are varying according to their financial need. It was suggested that the government needs to change healthcare policy, and give some funding and tax waiving hospitals. This study will be very helpful for the healthcare providers, hospital managers, medical staffs and other stake holders

Enhanced neural network scheme for recognising criminals using face detection

    — Inside India, the identification of crooks is simply by thumbprint identification. This particular identification is constrained, however, as these days majority of crooks are extremely brilliant to keep their thumbprint over the arena. CCTV digital cameras, particularly in private and public places, are set up to offer surveillance tasks with all the arrival of protection technologies. CCTV footage could be utilized to determine the suspects within the arena. Because of minimal software programs designed to immediately identify parallels between the picture inside the footage and also the captured picture associated with a criminal, the law enforces thumbprint identification. An automatic skin recognition device was recommended within this paper for a criminal data source utilizing a recognized Principal Component Analysis strategy. ENN technique will instantly identify your face. In case absolutely no thumbprint provides in the arena, this is going to help police to identify and/or understand the belief on the situation. Outcomes reveal that approximately 89 % on the type in photos could be matched up with the template information

    Automated solution for waterlogging problem

    Get PDF
Water logging until now is the major problem during the rainy season. Those with the sensor can utilize this solution, since it is completely independent and not common to everyone. Water logging monitoring system thereby offers the solution for an efficient, cost-effective water logging system. In this project, we are proposing an automatic water monitoring system, WE, which checks the level of the water in the user by means of a camera. This camera captures the user's water level. If the water level in the area rises, the notification will be issued to surrounding NGOs and the municipality in that particular region. So that the water in the region can be eradicated. Another aspect of our project is that individuals who need any food, medication or habitat may make requests and notifications are sent and delivered to the relevant NGOs

    Get PDF
Background. Postpartum acute kidney injury is a serious obstetric complication, and its diagnostic definition is highly variable in the literature. Recent studies reported an incidence up to 40% in both developed and developing countries. PP-AKI is associated with an increased risk of chronic kidney disease, and cardiovascular disease. Methods. We conducted a single center case control study for PP-AKI cases. Forty six women were recruited in the study, and they represented two groups, PP-AKI group (n=18), and healthy control group (n=38). Clinical examinations and laboratory investigations were collected. Results. Hypertension and CKD were reported in 5(27.8%), and 3(16.7%) of the included women in PP-AKI group respectively, while none of healthy control women had HTN, or CKD. PP-AKI patients exhibited significantly lower mean values for blood hemoglobin levels (7.9±1.36 g/dl), platelets counts (157.9±92.3×103/mm3), and serum albumin levels (2.9±0.4 gm/dl) in comparison with healthy controls. Additionally, PP-AKI patients exhibited significantly higher mean value for serum creatinine levels (5.3±2.9 mg/dl), and higher median and range values for prothrombin time 1(1-2.7) in comparison with healthy controls. Preeclampsia was the main possible etiology of PP-AKI

Diabetes Mellitus is a leading cause of high mortality rate in the world. Recently, GSK-3β inhibitors showed promising results to treat Diabetes mellitus and several such molecules are in clinical trials. Ethyl 2/3-carboxylate-4/5/6-monosubstituted-1H-indole derivatives were designed with the aim to search new lead molecules. The molecular structures were drawn in ChemBiodraw Ultra© and molecular docking studies were performed by using Schrödinger and AutoDock 1.5.6 software. Few in silico properties such as Log P and toxicity profile were predicted online using SwissADME and PreADMET respectively. Amongst all the designed molecules, few derivatives showed maximum binding affinity in LBD of 6V6L protein. The lipophilic character of the molecules was predicted through their individual Log P Values; molecules with better binding affinities in LBD displayed Log P values of 2.25-3.13. Additionally, some of the designed molecules were subjected to PreADMET for predicting their safety and few were predicted to induce toxic reaction were as others were predicted to be safe in the models that were selected for prediction. Ethyl 2/3-carboxylate-4/5/6-monosubstituted-1H-indole derivative were designed resulting in new molecules with high binding affinities, also few of these molecules were predicted to be non-carcinogenic with low Log P values
