Variability of perfusion index as a new parameter in different types of Anaesthesia techniques: An observational study
Aims and objectives: To monitor perfusion index in each patient in immediate pre-operative period; To assess co-relation of perfusion index with other hemodynamic parameters observed simultaneously; and To observe variation in perfusion index with different anesthesia techniques- general anesthesia, neuraxial blockade and peripheral nerve blocks. Methodology: 50 cases each under ASA class I, II or III posted for elective surgeries under brachial plexus nerve blocks, neuraxial and general anesthesia were included. The perfusion index, heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure was monitored in the immediate pre-operative period and after induction of anesthesia at 5, 10 and 15 mins. Results: In our study, it was noted perfusion index increased significantly from the baseline (p<0.001) in all the three anesthesia techniques. Systolic, diastolic pressure and heart rate showed significant decrease at 5, 10 and 15mins post anesthesia but in patients under general anesthesia category, decrease in heart rate was significant at 15 mins (p<0.001). Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that perfusion index could be a simpler tool to assess the onset of anesthesia and help predicting the change in hemodynamic parameters that occurs with it

Clinic, diagnosis and treatment of dunbar syndrome in children
Aim: To determine the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic features of Dunbar syndrome in children. Methods: Scientific work was carried out based on the "Republican Children's Clinical Hospital" and the "City Children's Clinical Hospital", Cheboksary. The basis of this study was a survey of 200 children with celiac artery compression syndrome. The results obtained in the course of the work were analyzed on the basis of the Department of Children's Diseases of the I.N. Ulianov Chuvash State University. In addition to routine diagnostic methods, Instrumental methods have been adopted: ultrasound Doppler scanning (Hitachi Vision Avius, Japan), CT angiography (SOMATOM Emotion, SIEMENS (China), Revolution EVO, GE (Russia)) and Magnetic resonance angiography (Optima MR450w 1.5, USA). The duration of the study is short (after surgery) and long-term (up to 2 years). Results: Dunbar syndrome is more often observed in girls, which in 75% of cases is accompanied by signs of chronic abdominal ischemia. Significant and prolonged stenosis of the celiac artery can cause the development of a number of complications (pancreatic-duodenal artery aneurysms, etc.)
Comparison of Nathan alcohol formalin substitute fixative solution with 10% acetone-neutral buffered formalin in the preparation of cell blocks in ascitic fluid samples
Cytology is one of the fields related to the study of the morphology of individual cells or cells derived from microscopically observed tissue fragments. Ascites is an abnormal collection of fluid in the peritoneal cavity. The peritoneal cavity contains 50-100 ml of serous fluid . In this study, the method used is the cell block method by doing a comparison between cell blocks fixed with NAFS and cell blocks fixed with acetone-NBF with an assessment of the quality of cytology preparations based on Hematoxylin-Eosin staining according to the criteria in the scoring table, namely scores 1 (not good), 2 (poor), and 3 (good). Good fixation will produce good quality preparations to be assessed by pathologists. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of fixative solution of nathan alcohol formalin substitute with 10% acetone-neutral buffered formalin in the manufacture of cell blocks in ascitic fluid samples. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental research design.
Reinforced securing of data leakage in Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) by hybrid mechanism of identity based encryption (IBE)
In Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET), private data leakage that involves user’s private keys may become a threat to the computing systems security. It is essential that usual requirement of traditional cryptographic patterns or mechanisms have been performed for enduring several leakage attacks. However, the attacker can track and crack the cryptographic security due to the performance of continuous leakage attacks, which assist in introducing leakage resilience cryptography. But, still there are certain issues such as data loss, data failure system, data affecting and system break that are not yet resolved. As a result, various bounded-leakage models have been created for Identity Based Encryption (IBE) constructions that fail to fulfill their stated security under continuous-leakage assaults. This paper has introduced a hybrid mechanism of security to resolve the above listed issues by focusing in avoiding continuous leakage resilient through modified IBE schemes using Adaptive Chosen Cipher-text Attacks (ACCA) with Elliptical Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA)
The impact of strategic foresight on achieving competitive advantage: A field study in a number of private colleges
The aim of the study is to measure the impact of strategic foresight in achieving competitive advantage. The problem of the theoretical study arose from the lack of employing strategic foresight tools in the private colleges investigated to reach the competitive advantage. The study relied on the comprehensive inventory method using a questionnaire. A group of private colleges was selected as a study community for its importance in providing educational services. As for the study sample, it was a sample of (114) senior and middle administrative leaders in the colleges under study. A number of statistical programs were used depending on the statistical program (smartpls v.3.3.9). Some of them are related to descriptive statistics such as arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and some are related to inferential statistics by testing several hypotheses to reveal the influence relationship between the independent variables (strategic foresight) and the dependent (competitive advantage). Positively in increasing the chances of the researched private colleges to achieve competitive advantage
Allelopathic activity of the aqueous extracts of Cladophora and Spirogyraon the germination and growth of three cultivars of bread wheat Triticum aestivum L.
Since algae is one of the natural sources of chemical compounds, including nutrients, fats and vitamins, thatstimulate the germination and growth of plants, so the aim of the research was to study the effect of aqueous extracts of Cladophora and Spirogyra at a concentration of (0, 1, 2) % in the germination and growth of three cultivars of the bread wheat Triticum aestivum (Baraka, Buhooth-22 and Sham-6) through the application of the pots experiment. The results showed that the aqueous extract of the algae affected positive the assessed variables increase considerably as the concentration increased, and treatments at concentration (1 and 2%) had an encouraging effect on the germination and growth of plants of both cultivars Buhooth-22 and Baraka, while cultivar Sham-6 was less responsive to the extracts.

Quality of life among CKD patients: A pilot trial
Introduction: Kidney is a critical organ and the principle feature of the kidneys is to cast off waste produces and extra water from the blood. The kidneys purify about 200 liters of blood each day and produce approximately two liters of urine. The waste products are generated from ordinary metabolic strategies inclusive of the breakdown of active tissues, ingested ingredients, and different substances. Kidney illnesses are silent killers which largely affect the pleasant of life. Chronic kidney disease, additionally called continual renal disease, is the progressive loss in renal function over a period of months or years. Chronic kidney sickness is a substantial medical situation this is innovative in nature. Aim: To assess QOL of CKD Patients undergoing hemodialysis. Material and Method: A descriptive cross sectional survey research design was adopted for the study and non-probability purposive sampling technique was used to drawn samples from the participants. For the data collection researcher has used WHOBREF- QOL is a 26 item self report scale designed to assess the QoL of CKD patients, it is a standardized tool
Influence of exogenous tryptophan application on production and carotenoids of Calendula officinalis under drip irrigation treatments
Calendula officinalis L. is primarily cultivated as cut flowers plant and also regarded as a medicinal plant with a variety of therapeutic uses. Irrigation management results in reduction in irrigation requirements, water saving and conservation. Tryptophan has a major role in improving plant stress tolerance to environmental stresses such as water deficiency. This study investigated the response of C. officinalis cultivated under drip irrigation system to the number of irrigation times week-1 and tryptophan foliar application in two successive seasons. Three irrigation treatments (once, twice and three times week-1) were used as the main plots and four tryptophan treatments (0, 15, 30 and 45 mg l-1) were applied as subplots with three replicates. Increasing the number of irrigation times from once to twice showed the highest values of investigated growth parameters, while three times a week decreased them to lower values than those of once a week.
