The epidemic caused by COVID-19 triggered a terrible situation that spread over the whole world. Since the third week of March 2020, all forms of industrialization, including hospitality, education, the corporate world, and entertainment, are subject to restrictions as a result of this. Please provide research analyzing the effect of the lockout on habitats throughout the whole country of India or beyond. The findings not only show a reduction in potentially hazardous air pollutants such as SO2, NO2, PM10, and PM2.5, but they also show an increase in levels of O3, which in turn leads to the repair of our ozone layer, which is essential for maintaining human health. These studies demonstrate the significant consequences of air quality affects across 46 cities located across the whole country of India

The epidemiological aspects associated with Chlamydia trachomatis infection

    Get PDF
The widespread bacteria causing sexually transmitted infection (STI) worldwide is Chlamydia trachomatis. The prevalence of chlamydial diseases that are spread via sexual contact is relatively high throughout the world. Urethritis and cervicitis are often caused by C. trachomatis, and its aftereffects include ectopic pregnancy, reactive arthritis, epididymitis, tubal factor infertility, proctitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). In addition, chlamydial infections may cause severe ocular or reproductive illness, resulting in infertility or blindness, depending on the bacterial strain. There have been many ways to calculate transmission probability, but each has drawbacks. It is linked to a broad spectrum of short- and long-term health repercussions and sequelae. In low- and middle-income nations like India, where the majority of the burden goes unreported and where there is a lack of systematic data to assess the situation, improved urogenital C. trachomatis infection management is especially crucial. This study's goal was to highlight the current state of the significant epidemiological factors related to chlamydial infections

Can new teachers learn teaching by reciprocating?

    Get PDF
Preservice teachers are expected to learn to teach through opportunities provided by their supervisors in their field experience. This study explores supervisor-supervisee reciprocity as a learning opportunity. Supervisor-supervisee reciprocity is an empirically undocumented phenomenon in teacher education. This study examines how it relates to supervisors’ roles. Using interviews and focus groups, this study found that reciprocity relates to three aspects of supervisors’ roles: educational trainer, sentimental underpinning, and social facilitator. The study also reported perceived effects of reciprocity on the building of supervisory relationships

An observational study of post prandial hypertriglyceridemia is a reliable predictor for coronary artery disease

    Get PDF
Introduction: Hypertriglyceridemia is recognized as a high-risk factor for coronary artery disease. It remains unclear whether fasting or postprandial hypertriglyceridemia is more informative for predicting the risk of coronary artery disease. Recent studies recommended postprandial Hypertriglyceridemia as a useful predictor of cardiovascular disease risk. This study was conducted to find the correlation between postprandial Hypertriglyceridemia in patients with coronary artery disease. Materials and Methods: This was an observational study on 100 patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease from 14/10/2017 to 10/09/2018. In patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease based on ECG changes or TMT, changes were included in the study. Fasting lipid profile, FBS, and 2-hour postprandial Triglyceride were done. All statistical data were analyzed using frequency, percentages, and ratios. A chi-square test is used to study the associations among different variables. Results: Among the 100 cases included in the study, 68 were males, and 32 were females. Postprandial Hypertriglyceridemia was found in 71% of patients, 48% had high BMI, 80% of Patients had high Waist Hip ratio, and 64 % of patients had diabetes mellitus. There is a statistically significant correlation between postprandial Triglyceride and coronary artery disease with a relative risk of 1.45.&nbsp

This study was conducted with the aim of applying Bioremediation technology in order to identify the efficiency of some bacterial isolates for improving the quality of wastewater discharging from a tank of Al-Hindiyah district sewage water treatment station in Karbala Governorate. The study included use of bacteria to remove heavy metals (Cd), as 120 bacterial isolates were isolated from wastewater before entering and after leaving the station under study, and it appeared that only 6 isolates of them were tolerant to high concentrations of heavy metals under study, up to 2,400 mg /L. These isolates were diagnosed with the Api20E technique and Vitek2 examination. Four isolates (A49, A35, A15, A1) belongs to the genus Serratia marcesens and the isolate A10 belongs to the genus Enterobacter aerogenes, while the isolate A32 refers to the genus Klebsiella pneumonia. The ability of these isolates was tested in a laboratory experiment in removing heavy metals Severally using the biomass of isolates, A35 isolation was characterized by achieving the highest removal rate for Cd, reaching 71.399% after 72 hours. Also, all isolates very high efficiency in removing (Cd) heavy metal from wastewater, with rates reaching 99.415% after 72 hours

    Get PDF
Background: Since more than a century ago, spinal anaesthesia has been a preferred approach for lower abdominal procedures. Local anaesthetics are selected primarily based on onset, duration, strength of sensory and motor block, and side effects. The aim of our study was to compare sensory and motor block characteristics, hemodynamic changes, and side effects following isobaric levobupivacaine (0.5%) and hyperbaric Bupivacaine (0.5%) in elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anesthesia. Materials and methods: A randomized, double‑blind study was carried out on 60 patients of either sex, aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I or II scheduled for elective lower abdominal surgeries. Patients were divided into two groups of 30 patients each. Group L received 3 ml of 0.5% levobupivacaine, and Group B received 3 ml of 0.5% bupivacaine. We observed the characteristics of the sensory and motor blockade & side effects in both groups. Results: The mean time of onset of sensory block was 12.68±0.6 minutes in group L, while 7.22±0.7 minutes in group B. The mean time for total duration of sensory block was 211.1±8.2 minutes in group L, while 183.13±13.7 minutes in group B.&nbsp

    Get PDF
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship and differences in salivary Tgfβ1 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and primary hypertension (PH) with dental caries patients. Salivary TGFβ1 levels of patients with T2DM & Caries, PH with dental caries were 577.85 pg/ml (0.042) and 386.3894 pg/ml (0.024). Then continued with testing the effect of TGFβ1 on T2DM and PH patients with dental caries, namely T2DM patients (p. 0.042) and PH patients (p. 0.024). This shows that there is a significant effect between salivary TGFβ1 levels of T2DM and PH patients on dental caries. Likewise, it was found that there was a significant difference between T2DM and PH in dental caries by looking at the average value of salivary TGFβ1 on PH was 386,3894pg/mL while salivary TGFβ1 on T2D was 577,8546pg/mL. It can also be seen from the standard deviation value of T2DM deviation is 173.04621, while HTP is 95.93092. There is associated and difference of Salivary TGFβ1 levels of patients with T2DM and PH at the age of 18-40 years with dental caries. The higher the salivary TGFβ1 level, the higher the risk of dental caries
