Psychological health as the problem of public administration in the field of employment
The concept of psychological health of employers is presented as a deep psychological phenomenology of personality resources, due to subjective assessment of functional states and states of physical and mental health, specified by gender causality, and determined by constructive, destructive and deficient functioning of I. Gender identity has been linked to the parameters of physical functioning, the assessment of the impact of physical condition on role functioning, the intensity of pain, general functioning and social functioning of men. The condition of the general state of health and constructiveness of self-functions by the gender identity of women has been revealed. A three-factor model of conceptualization of the concept of psychological health of the individual is proposed, which determines the range of concepts "Constructive functioning", "Psychological well-being", "Attentionality". Models of deep-psychological determination of employers ’resourcefulness in the continuum of psychological health have been developed
Practice, attitude, and knowledge of dental practitioners towards oral submucous fibrosis: A clinical study
OSMF (Oral submucous fibrosis) is seen in the oral cavity and depicts a precancerous condition marked by progressive submucosal tissue fibrosis with inflammatory components leading to trismus and rigidity in the oral cavity. OSMF remains a quandary for oral clinicians owing to less-defined classification criteria and evasive pathogenesis. The present clinical study was conducted to assess the practice, attitude, and knowledge of dental practitioners towards oral submucous fibrosis and its management. The present questionnaire-based clinical study included 520 participants who were assessed using the self-administered questionnaire given and explained to them. The questions in the questionnaire were formulated to assess the practice, attitude, and knowledge of dental practitioners towards oral submucous fibrosis. The collected data were assessed and the results were formed. The study results showed that among all the study participants, the majority of the participants were aware of betel quid being the most common etiology associated with OSMF and the commonly seen oral feature in OSMF subjects is blanching of the oral mucosa. Within its limitations, the present study concludes that oral health care practitioners have good knowledge concerning clinical features and diagnosis of OSMF. However, the knowledge among dental students about the OSMF management strategies was moderate
The role of communications in improving community participation in development
The study aims to determine how to address communication in increasing community participation and to determine the role of communication in development. Development is one of the correct alternatives in overcoming various problems that arise in the community. Communication has a central role in increasing community participation to contribute to the planning and development. Communication psychologically is an interaction to convey a more easily understood by thinking. The methods used in this study use a library research method or approach. This method is intended to examine more deeply the role of communication in the development of community empowerment. The result of communication about development is a strategy that emphasizes the need for development socialization with development actors in the form of spreading messages by a person or group to the public to change their attitudes, opinions, and behaviors to improve external progress and internal satisfaction to achieve development goals whose benefits can be felt by all equally. From this, it can conclude that communication for development adheres to the principles of development modernization by positioning the government no higher than those who only form a model of communication from top to bottom in society
Spectrophotometric determination of micro amount of mercury (II) using an (Azo) derivative in the presence of surfactant: Study of thermodynamic functions and their analytical application
Imidazole azo ligand (DPIDA), one of the azo compounds, was prepared and tested in the sample. In addition to the regular azoth protocol. Because of their ability to form stable complexes with metal ions in some oxidation states, imidazole azo ligands are important heterocyclic azo ligands in coordination chemistry. The complexation of the imidazole azo ligand (DPIDA) was accomplished by adding 4,5-diphenyl imidazole and N1, N1-dimethylbenzene1,4-diamine dihydrochloride. Measurements of 1HNMR, IR, UV-Vis, and molarity Their conductivity demonstrates their octahedral geometry with a bidentate ligand coordinated from an (N3) atom of the imidazole ring and one nitrogen atom of the azo group. The thesis also looked at using this reagent was used to do spectroscopy with the mercury (II) ion in binary water solution, and it was revealed that the reagent is difficult with the ion and has the highest sensitivity. The exact wavelength of absorption is (554) nm (pH = 6). Even though the pH was higher in the concentration range of (0.1 – 6.0 g /mL) with adherence to Beer's law, it was revealed to be a dynamic mercury pair reagent with the stability of more than (24 hours)
Assessment of gender using condyle-coronoid angle and various linear measurements of Mandibular Ramus in south Indian population: A digital panoramic study
Background: Gender determination is a valuable factor in forensic odontology. Mandible may play a important role in gender estimation as it shows significant dimorphism and is often recovered intact. Mandibular ramus as well as condyle and coronoid have shown sexual dimorphism. Digital panoramic radiographs can be used to determine the age and gender. The purpose of the current study was to measure, compare and evaluate the various measurements of mandibular ramus and as well as to assess their usefulness in gender determination. Materials and Methods: 100 panoramic images ( 50 males and 50 females) of Bagalkot district, Karnataka patients aged (18-58)yrs old were selected. Parameters namely condyle ramus height, coronoid ramus height, condyle coronoid breadth, maximum ramus breadth, minimum ramus breadth, coronoid-condyle angle were taken into consideration, the values were measured and data was analyzed. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS software. Results: In the present study all the measurements of the mandibular ramus on digital panoramic radiographs showed a statistically significant difference between both the genders except maximum ramus breadth and coronoid-condylar breadth which shows statistically insignificant results
History of women's division in Uzbekistan
The article describes the history of the formation of the women's movement in Uzbekistan on the example of the Soviet period and the years of independence. This article highlights the essence of all three of the above stages, with a very ideological and one-sided approach to the issue of the treatment of women in the Soviet era, with scientific analysis. According to archival documents and historical sources, the leaders of the Soviet government relied on revolutionary changes in the attitude of Uzbek women to the socio-economic and cultural life of society, measures based on command-administrative policy, a class approach to the role of women in society. Since the assessment of the social activity of women by the Soviets was almost illegal, it is necessary to study this period in depth and give a fair assessment. The article draws scientific conclusions based on the fact that the formation of women's committees and women's non-governmental organizations in Uzbekistan, the socio-political activity of women is a decisive factor in the successful implementation of economic and political reforms. During the years of independence, historical work of national importance has been carried out in Uzbekistan to strengthen the role and position of women in society.
Uterine fibroid risk prediction using data analytics and support vector machines in data mining
In healthcare, the amount and sensitivity of data is huge. The information must be handled with considerable caution, and no shortcuts should be made. A variety of data mining categorization approaches have been used to estimate the quality of healthcare services. On the basis of 150 patient records, this study describes and evaluates the experience of applying a data mining approach and methods. Using data mining techniques, this unique approach to determining the correctness of a product was devised. Data mining employs a number of techniques, including Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, KNN, Radom Tree Set, Rule Model, ZeroR, and J48 or C 4.5. Using the fibroid data set, I applied the Support Vector Machine data mining classification to estimate the Precision. Our goal is to make a conclusion by analyzing the Precision and other indicator values such as RMSE, Recall, and so on
Comparison of training pursed lip breathing and balloon blowing on the increasing of respiratory muscle strength, respiratory rate and the increasing of oxygen saturation in COPD at the Makassar community lung health center
Background: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is one of lung disorders that affect air movement from and out of the lung, this can lead to hypoxemia and hypercapnia due to the occurrence of respiratory muscle weakness and obstruction. As the result, it will increase airflow resistance, pulmonary hyperinflation also ventilation and perfusion imbalances . One of the pulmonary non-pharmacological treatments that can be given to COPD patients includes the pursed lip breathing exercise (PLB) technique and blowing balloons. This rehabilitation exercise aims to improve lung function, prevent damage, and improve quality of life. Objective: To know the differences in pursed lip breathing exercises and balloon blowing in increasing the respiratory muscle strength, respiratory rate and increaseing the oxygen saturation in COPD patients.Method: This study was a Quasi-Experimental study, with pre-posttest design in two different comparison groups. Results: Increased breath muscle strength and significance difference on the third day after the intervention of balloon blowing (median = 5870) and PLB (median = 5830) obtained p value <0.001, while the seventh day after the balloon blew intervention (median = 5980) and PLB ( median = 5880) Significant differences were obtained with a value of p <0.001
Rosacea symptoms significantly decrease after skin barrier improvement
Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease, characterised by wavy course – exacerbation alternates with remission. Currently rosacea is not completely curable, but using appropriate pharmacological treatment, medical devices, appropriate daily skin care routine and educating patients, is possible to control a rosacea activity. This study aims on testing whether there is skin barrier improvement leads to associated rosacea symptoms decrease after the application of the products developed on natural emollient emulsion base with active ingredients of natural origin without the use of traditional preservatives and preservatives of natural origin with irritating potential. This was a prospective, single-centre, placebo-controlled, double-blind randomised pilot study. The enrolled participants were randomised to receive one of four interventions. The testing was performed by clinical grading, assessment of facial skin condition and determination of qualitative parameters with skin diagnostic device. The results show reduction in redness and red spots, which indicates the blood vessel-strengthening and anti-inflammatory properties of the product ingredients. The decrease of porphyrins was observed in all participant groups. The decrease of porphyrins was observed in all participant groups of the study, which is explained by the high quality of the product emollient base developed with plant oils
Sars-COV-2 infection leads to neurodegenerative or neuropsychiatric diseases
The current COVID-19 epidemic caused by the new SARS-CoV-2 has severely harmed global healthcare (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus). COVID-19's pulmonary and cardiovascular effects have been known from its inception, but its causes, mechanisms, and neuropath logical consequences remain unknown. Our research focused on neurological problems in COVID-19 patients, as well as probable SARS-CoV-2 infection routes like hematogenous, direct/neuronal, lymphatic tissue, cerebrospinal fluid, or infiltration by infected immune cells. Late December 2019 in Wuhan, China, a mysterious viral pneumonia struck. The disease was caused by a new corona virus. Corona virus infection spread rapidly from person to person in 2019. The WHO has called it a global public health emergency (WHO). Activation of NF-B in SARS-CoV-2 infection may be linked to immune cell pathogenicity, cytokine storms, and multi-organ failure. COVID-19's inhibition of the NF-B signaling pathway shows promising therapeutically. Inhibiting IKK phosphorylation, a critical downstream consequence of the NF-B signaling cascade, reduces COVID-19 levels. All three disorders have been linked to COVID-19 gene mutations. This study provides a biological basis for future research on COVID-19-related neurological disease.
