Peran Bappenas dalam Mendukung Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara
Sebagai Ibukota Negara, Jakarta saat ini terasa kurang mendukung jalannya roda pemerintahan, sebab kegiatan pemerintahan praktis terhambat oleh permasalahan ketidakseimbangan sarana transportasi publik hingga banjir dan air bersih yang terjadi dimana-mana. IKN dibangun di Kalimantan Timur sebagai alternatif pemindahan ibukota negara untuk menghindari jawasentris. Kalimantan dipilih sebagai alternatif karena memiliki daya tarik keterpilihan ibukota alternatif, maka pada sisi lain Jakarta kini memiliki daya tolak yang tinggi sebagai ibukota negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif untuk mendeskripsikan peran Bappenas berdasarkan teori Heroepoetri, Arimbi dan Santosa, Mas Achmad. (2003) mengenai peran sebagai kebijakan, strategi, alat komunikasi dan alat penyelesaian konflik atau isu, serta diamati menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. kemudian data yang di peroleh dianalisis melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Bappenas memiliki peran dalam pengawalan, perencanaan dan penganggaran pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara yang termuat dalam Perpres Nomor 39 Tahun 2023 mengenai Manajemen Risiko Pembangunan Nasional (MRPN) yang merupakan kegiatan terkoordinasi untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan entitas MRPN sehubungan dengan adanya risiko pembangunan nasional. Direktorat Regional II sebagai mitra dari Otorita Ibu Kota Negara memiliki peran sangat penting dalam siklus perencanan dan penganggaran tahunan pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara. Terakhir dari sisi perencanaan menengah dan Panjang, Bappenas memiliki peran dalam hal memastikan keberlanjutan pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara dengan menyelaraskan agenda pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara dengan agenda pembangunan nasional jangka menengah dan Panjang.

VILLAGE OFFICIALS’ PERFORMANCE IN PUBLIC SERVICES IN MANGKUHUNG VILLAGE, MIRI MANASA DISTRICT, GUNUNG MAS REGENCY
The Mangkuhung Village officials’ performance in providing public services to has not been optimal as evidenced by frequent complaints regarding the services provided. This quasi-qualitative research aims to obtain a general description and analyze the performance of village officials in providing public services in Mangkuhung Village. The research results showed that some officials have understood their duties and functions, but the village government had not disseminated the standard operating procedure for public services to the people, and there had been no routine training conducted by village officials. In the innovation aspect, public services were still carried out conventionally. As for the speed and accuracy of work, it was quite well, although there were some employees were not quick enough in responding to public complaints. In the aspect of cooperation, there were obstacles related to the lack of routine coordination both internally and externally. In conclusion, the performance of Mangkuhung Village officials in giving public services was in fairly good category. This research recommends strengthening budget priorities for training/technical guidance activities to increase the capacity of village officials, and to strengthen telecommunications networks in Mangkuhung Village.

FIRE FIGHTING AND RESCUE STRATEGY IN FIRE DISASTER HANDLING IN BANTUL REGENCY
Fire is one of the most frequent disasters in Bantul Regency. The increase and decrease in the number of fire disasters require fast and precise handling by the Fire and Rescue Department. This study analyzes various strategies and efforts that have been made by the Fire and Rescue Department of Bantul Regency in dealing with fire disasters in Bantul Regency. In this research, a qualitative approach was used. The data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed the Fire and Rescue Department have integrated three main aspects in their strategies, namely objectives, policies, and programs. The formulated objectives formulated have met the criteria that are clear, measurable, have a time limit, and are relevant to the formulation of the strategy. In addition, existing policies have supported the strategies while providing limitations on operational actions. The designed programs have also been aligned with the established strategies. However, several policies and programs have not been able to be implemented optimally due to budget constraints and lack of personnel.

ENFORCEMENT OF SINTANG REGENCY REGIONAL REGULATION NUMBER 13 OF 2017 CONCERNING PUBLIC ORDER BY THE SINTANG REGENCY PAMONG PRAJA POLICE UNIT
Sintang Regency still faces problems in the context of public order, primarily related to alcoholic beverage business licenses. This study aims to describe and analyze the enforcement of Sintang Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2017 concerning Public Order by the Sintang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit, specifically regarding alcoholic beverage business licenses. The research method is descriptive-qualitative. The results showed that in carrying out the duties and functions of enforcing regional regulations, the Satpol PP of Sintang Regency faced problems related to the lack of public understanding of obtaining business licenses and also the Pamong Praja Police Unit, which did not provide sufficient understanding to the public regarding related regional regulations. In conclusion, the enforcement of Sintang Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2017 concerning Public Order by the Sintang Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit is quite well implemented. It needs to be strengthened in several aspects, including by conducting intense socialization activities, strengthening leadership commitment, and employee participation in training activities relevant to duties and functions
Reading Habits and Information Access in the Digital Age: A Case Study at Kwara State University Nigeria
Background: Traditional information access and retrieval of the young generation have changed and will continue to change with the digital revolution of today’s world. People, especially the young digital generation, called Netizens, more often than not, read contents in electronic mode causing a new revolution in the information access. Technological affordances such as the cost, technical know-how among others make such change very difficult and exhausting. In view of these, it is imperative to carry out this investigation which aims to provide background of the concept of reading and information access as well as netizens, it expounds the internet culture and the availability of overwhelming online content and tools for the information seekers. Purpose: To expounds the internet culture and the availability of overwhelming online content and tools for the information seekers. Method: The case-study research design was adopted for this study, the sampling method adopted in this study is the simple random sampling technic and question was adopted as the primary data collection instrument. Result: The study revealed that most of the internet facilities such as World Wide Web, and File Transfer Protocol were not used for learning by finalists of the faculty of ICT, Kwara State University, Malete.The findings revealed that the internet facilities available are only applied to reading and writing and not to other learning activities. The study also discover that the extent of internet application to learning is great in Kwara State University, Malete. Conclusion: This study concludes that the reading habits and information access of students in the ICT Faculty at Kwara State University are still lacking. The study recommends a balance between digital acceleration and traditional print information sources. Students' reading habits and information access can be improved by effectively using the internet. To dramatically enhance the quality of graduates and the standards of higher education, universities in Nigeria need to continue expanding access to internet information sources by providing the necessary basic facilities for effective connectivity.
 
Implementation of Knowledge Management Tools in Libraries: A Systematic Literature Review
Background: The lack of references for practical examples of Knowledge Management (KM) tool applications in libraries can be one of the obstacles to the development of KM tools in non-profit institutions. Therefore, conducting studies is essential to enrich and advance scientific knowledge related to library science and Knowledge Management. Purpose: The study aims to describe KM tools commonly used in both profit and non-profit organizations and review their usage in libraries. Method: This study is a systematic literature review following the PRISMA framework. A total of 31 articles were collected and subsequently analyzed based on their relevance to the research topic. Result: The use of KM tools in organizations is becoming increasingly diverse, incorporating both IT and non-IT approaches. Common types of KM tools used in organizations include social media, websites, the internet, networks, face-to-face interactions, mentoring, and reports. The concept of KM tool usage includes: (1) knowledge strategy, for developing competencies needed in the future; (2) knowledge creation, for problem-solving; (3) knowledge retention, for sharing tacit knowledge; and (4) knowledge measurement, for addressing knowledge deficiency issues. KM tools have also been adapted in libraries for managing knowledge sources and representation, storage, knowledge dissemination, and as tools for problem-solving. KM tools in libraries include the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), repositories, social media, face-to-face interactions, and the 'Ask the Librarian' feature. Conclusion: The use of KM tools in organizations can be adjusted to meet specific needs and budgets. Libraries, in storing information, have utilized various forms of KM tools, allowing them to effectively and efficiently fulfill their role in managing the knowledge produced by the host institutions
Expanding the meaning of anti-corruption education in facing the challenges of corruption eradication
The development of corruption cases, which are currently occurring, is a form of failure of the prevention efforts that have been carried out. The rationalization of corruption in the social environment of society is an obstacle that has not yet been resolved. This is exacerbated by the fact that anti-corruption education has not been fully effective in shaping the character and morality of the younger generation. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between moral values and acts of corruption. In addition, this study aims to reformulate the meaning of anti-corruption education. This is a qualitative study using a normative legal method, whose data were obtained through literature review. The study’s findings show that the ongoing cases of corruption point to a false rationalization of moral perceptions. Expanding the meaning of anti-corruption education is a first step that can be taken to solve this problem. The firmness of law enforcement against corruptors can be the best anti-corruption education. In addition, the implementation of anti-corruption education that is contextually normative must also be accompanied by the use of technology to increase the interest of the younger generation. Anti-corruption education must be aimed at creating anti-corruption rationalization in facing the challenges of corruption that occur
Analysis of Smart Governance Implementation In Ternate City, North Maluku Province
The Ternate City Government has organized the digitization of public services, but based on the Electronic-Based Government System index, the index results obtained are still included in the insufficient category. This study aims to obtain an overview and analyze the implementation of smart governance in Ternate City. The research method used is Quasi Qualitative Method. The results showed that community participation in decision-making in Ternate City was good, with the level of participation and frequency achieved, although there were still people who were not fully involved. The availability of public services and infrastructure still needs to be improved, while government transparency and information accountability have been well achieved. The smart governance strategy in Ternate City already exists, but the policy basis for implementing smart governance is still not fully realized. In conclusion, the implementation of smart governance in Ternate City shows progress in community participation, transparency, and strategy, but still needs improvement in the availability of public services, infrastructure, and supporting policy basis
Social Stratification of Betao Riase Village Community Pitu Riawa District Sidenreng Rappang District South Sulawesi
Social stratification is a form of concept in sociology that discusses grouping, classifying, and dividing social groups and a community in society into a certain class, level, or strata that form a certain layer. This research was conducted to find out how the differences in social class and interactions between members of the Betao Riase village community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques. There are three caste differences in the Betao Riase village community, namely Andi, Ie and Ua. These three castes are distinguished by the shape of the house and ownership of plantation and agricultural land. Classes in the village community only show that there is a division of caste and the number of land ownership but this does not interfere with social interaction between members of the village community. Caste differences are not a problem and people can still live together comfortably and peacefully
Pendampingan Pengelolaan BUMDes Maju Bersama dalam Rangka Optimalisasi Potensi Desa di Desa Cisempur, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang
The government is obliged to fulfill the minimum needs of all citizens to live in prosperity, but many villagers live in poor conditions. One of the government’s efforts to overcome poverty is to form Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) to manage businesses and utilize village assets based on the superior potential of the village. Even though it has been established since 2018, BUMDes Maju Bersama of Cisempur Village, has yet to be able to develop and has even tended to go bankrupt. Community service activities include assistance aimed at developing BUMDes businesses by optimizing the village’s potential. The method used is mentoring and participatory action research. The results of community service activities show that there are five problems, namely BUMDes, which do not yet have the status of a legal entity, do not have a secretariat office, do not have their place of business, financial and asset management is not good, and business fields that are less attractive to the public. To solved this problem, improvements have been made to BUMDes statutes and bylaws, accelerated rehabilitation of buildings for the secretariat office and location of business premises, improvement of financial and asset management, and expansion of business fields in financial services, waste management services, cart rental services, and primary food sales.Pemerintah wajib memenuhi kebutuhan minimal seluruh warga negara agar bisa hidup sejahtera, tetapi masih banyak penduduk desa yang hidup dalam kondisi miskin. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi kemiskinan adalah membentuk Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) untuk mengelola usaha dan memanfaatkan aset desa berdasarkan potensi unggulan yang dimiliki Desa. Meskipun sudah dibentuk sejak tahun 2018, BUMDes Maju Bersama Desa Cisempur belum mampu berkembang bahkan cenderung bangkrut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan yang bertujuan mengembangkan usaha BUMDes dengan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action research dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni BUMDes yang belum berstatus sebagai badan hukum, tidak memilik kantor sekretariat, tidak mempunyai tempat usaha sendiri, pengelolaan keuangan dan aset yang belum baik, serta bidang usaha yang kurang diminati masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, beberapa upaya telah dilakukan yakni penyempurnaan anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga BUMDes, percepatan rehabilitasi gedung untuk kantor sekretariat dan lokasi tempat usaha, perbaikan penatausahaan keuangan dan aset, serta perluasan bidang usaha berupa jasa keuangan, jasa pengelolaan sampah, jasa penyewaan gerobak, dan penjualan sembako
