    Pola Kerja Kemitraan Usaha Penggilingan Padi Karya Tani dengan Perum Bulog di Desa Waimital

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kerja kemitraan antara usaha penggilingan padi Karya Tani dengan Perum Bulog di Desa Waimital, Kecamatan Kairatu, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Kemitraan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan efisiensi usaha penggilingan padi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang terjalin adalah subkontrak, di mana Karya Tani bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan beras dengan jumlah minimum yang ditetapkan oleh Bulog. Pendapatan usaha penggilingan padi Karya Tani mengalami peningkatan signifikan setelah menjalin kemitraan, dengan total penerimaan meningkat dari Rp. 328.000.000 pada tahun 2023 menjadi Rp. 492.600.000 pada tahun 2024. Efisiensi usaha juga terukur melalui Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) yang menunjukkan nilai lebih dari satu, yaitu 1.376 sebelum bermitra dan 1.298 setelah bermitra, yang mengindikasikan bahwa usaha ini layak dan menguntungkan. This study aims to analyze the partnership working pattern between Karya Tani rice milling business and Perum Bulog in Waimital Village, Kairatu Sub-district, West Seram Regency. This partnership is expected to increase farmers' income and the efficiency of the rice milling business. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collection through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from related literature. The results show that the partnership pattern is subcontracting, where Karya Tani is responsible for providing the minimum amount of rice set by Bulog. Karya Tani's rice milling business income has increased significantly after establishing a partnership, with total revenue increasing from Rp. 328,000,000 in 2023 to Rp. 492,600,000 in 2024. Business efficiency is also measured through the Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) which shows a value of more than one, namely 1.371 before partnering and 1.295 after partnering, which indicates that this business is feasible and profitable

    ANALISIS PENAMPILAN PASAR BIJIKOPI DI KECAMATAN BATUKLIANG UTARA KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis saluran pemasaran, dan (2) menganalisis penampilan pasar biji kopi di Kecamatan Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengahmenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan unit analisis yaitu petani dan pedagang yang terlibatdalampemasaran biji kopi. Penentuan daerah sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Samplingdengan memilih 2 dari 8 desa, yaitu Desa Karang Sidemen dan Desa Lantan dengan alasan sebagai sentra produksi kopi.Penentuan jumlah responden dengan Teknik Proportional Sampling menggunakan Slovin Formula, dan diperoleh 43 responden yaitu 30 orang petani di Desa Karang Sidemen dan 13 orang petani di Desa Lantan. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara Accidental Sampling. Selanjutnya penentuan pedagangmenggunakan metode snowball sampling.Hasil penetian menunjukkan: terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran kopi, yaitu: Saluran I: Petani – Konsumen Akhir, Saluran II: Petani – Pengecer – Konsumen Akhir; dan Saluran III: Petani – Pedagang Pengumpul – Pengecer –   Konsumen Akhir. Penampilan pemasaran kopi menunjukkan bahwa struktur pasar yang mengarah ke persaingan sempurna dengan Concentratin Rasio (CR) 7,26% per pedagang pengumpul, serta 7,26% dan 8,8% per pedagang pengecer, sedangkan perilaku pemasaran menunjukkan marjin pemasaran Rp 2.000 pada pedagang pengumpul dan Rp 3,000 pada pedagang pengecer, Distribusi keuntungan Rp 1.924/kg pada pedagang pengumpul dan Rp 2.848/kg pada pedagang pengecer, share produsen 100%, 93% dan 88% per saluran pemasaran. Kemudian dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya modal pedagang mengumpul memberikan keuntungan Rp 25,32   sedangkan pedagang pengecer memberikan keuntungan Rp 16,85 sampai Rp18,74 setiap penggunaan modal Rp 1. Selanjutnya semua pedagang mentransmisikan perubahan harga di level konsumen secara sempurna ke level produsen kopi

    PENGARUH KEPUASAN DAN MINAT BELI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN SAYURAN HIDROPONIK: STUDI KASUS DI KOTA SURABAYA

    The growth of urban agriculture has driven an increase in demand for healthy vegetables such as hydroponics in the city of Surabaya. Despite the increasing trend of consumption, consumer loyalty is still a challenge affecting the sustainability of the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction and buying interest on the loyalty of hydroponic vegetable consumers. The study was conducted on 103 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to measure the relationship between latent variables. The results show that both consumer satisfaction and buying interest have a positive and significant influence on loyalty, with buying interest being the most dominant factor. An R² value of 0.745 indicates that the model has a high clarity of power over the loyalty variable, while a Q² value of 0.676 indicates the predictive power of the model. This research has a strategic impact for hydroponic agribusiness players to focus their marketing strategies on increasing purchase intention and satisfaction through education, product quality, and emotional approach to consumers. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the study of consumer behavior in the context of sustainable agribusiness in urban areas

    PERKEMBANGAN INDUSTRI MIKRO DAN KECIL (STUDI KASUS JAWA BARAT DAN SUMATERA BARAT)

    This study aims to determine the development of Micro and Small Industries (IMK) in West Java and West Sumatra provinces in terms of the number of IMKs, guidance/training/extension (BPP), partnerships, internet, and marketing. This study utilizes secondary data from the publication “Profile of the Micro and Small Industry Sector” by the Central Statistics Agency of West Java Province and West Sumatra Province for the year 2020. The MSMEs in West Java Province are distributed across 27 cities/regencies, while those in West Sumatra Province are spread across 19 cities/regencies. The analysis employed is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the development of SMEs in West Java Province has reached 625,943 SMEs, with only 1.65% of SMEs participating in BPP, 0.93% in partnerships, 17.42% using the internet, and only 519 SMEs engaged in international marketing. The development of SMEs in West Sumatra Province, with a total of 94,392 SMEs, also shows that the participation rate in BPP programs remains low at 3.93% of SMEs, partnership at 0.14% of SMEs, internet usage at 11.90% of SMEs, and overseas marketing at only 1,365 SMEs. Government policies to encourage an increase in the number of SMEs need to be implemented through regulations that facilitate SMEs in conducting their businesses. Government policies to encourage SMEs to actively participate in BPP, establish partnerships, and utilize the internet and marketing of products need to be enhanced

    Coffee plantations in South Sumatra face productivity problems that are not optimal. This opens up opportunities for PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) Palembang to develop product innovations, namely NPK Coffee formula 18-8-18 fertilizer specifically for coffee plants. Manufacturers need to know the level of consumer brand awareness to determine the right strategy in marketing their products. This study aims to analyze the level of brand awareness of coffee farmers in Semende Darat Laut towards NPK Kopi Pusri fertilizer and formulate a marketing communication strategy carried out by Pusri in increasing brand awareness with SWOT analysis and analyzing the most optimal marketing communication strategy implemented by Pusri based on the level of brand awareness of coffee farmers in Semende Darat Laut. The results of the analysis showed that the level of brand awareness of coffee farmers in Semende Darat Laut District towards NPK Kopi Pusri fertilizer was in the high category, with the majority of farmers calling this brand spontaneously (top of mind) and most others were able to remember it (brand recall). The strategy that can be implemented is to aggressively expand the market by increasing production capacity, expanding distribution to remote areas, and strengthening promotional activities based on extension and demonstration plots in order to build farmer trust, increase product adoption, and strengthen the brand position in the national coffee fertilizer market

    STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING (SMA) USAGE, MANAGERS’ MENTAL HEALTH AND FIRM PERFORMANCE: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

    Based on RBV’s theory, SMA Usage and employee mental health are valuable internal resources that can offer a competitive advantage when managed effectively. This research explores their impact on firm performance and highlights their importance to organizations. This is an experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design between subjects by manipulating SMA Usage (strong and weak) and the manager's mental health (high and low). This study found that SMA Usage and managers' mental health are key factors in firm performance, with the interaction effect evident only in net profit. The findings also support RBV theory, showing that both are crucial for firms to manage effectively. This study offers valuable practical implications for companies aiming to enhance performance. Effective SMA implementation supports strategic decisions, while prioritizing managers' mental health promotes strong leadership, both contributing to sustainable competitive advantage. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study that combined the field of strategic management accounting with the field of psychology to examine the effects on firm performance. The experimental approach is also a novelty to test the causality of the two factor

    MANAJEMEN PEMELIHARAAN GAJAH SUMATERA SECARA EKSITU DI LOMBOK WILDLIFE PARK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN SATWA

    Konservasi satwa liar secara eksitu, terutama bagi Gajah Sumatera, merupakan upaya penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan spesies yang terancam punah di Indonesia. Meskipun berbagai lembaga konservasi di Indonesia telah menerapkan teknik pemeliharaan eksitu, tantangan dalam meniru habitat alami dan memenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis serta psikologis gajah masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen teknik pemeliharaan Gajah Sumatera di Lombok Wildlife Park dan mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan satwa berdasarkan lima indikator utama kesejahteraan satwa yang ditetapkan oleh Persatuan Kebun Binatang Seluruh Indonesia (PKBSI). Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan analisis data untuk menilai pengelolaan kandang, pakan, kesehatan, dan reproduksi gajah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan Gajah Sumatera di Lombok Wildlife Park berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 75,14, meskipun terdapat aspek yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti pengayaan kandang dan peningkatan fasilitas medis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perbaikan dalam fasilitas medis dan pengelolaan lingkungan kandang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan satwa, yang akan mendukung keberlanjutan program konservasi eksitu di Indonesia

    EVALUASI FAKTOR PENENTU MINAT PETANI TERHADAP SERTIFIKASI BENIH KOPI DENGAN PENDEKATAN SEM-PLS

    Penggunaan benih bersertifikat merupakan salah satu upaya penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas kopi nasional. Namun, tingkat partisipasi petani dalam sertifikasi benih kopi masih rendah, sehingga perlu dievaluasi faktor - faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh faktor ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan peraturan terhadap minat petani dalam menyertifikasikan benih kopi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Malang dengan melibatkan 194 petani kopi sebagai responden. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial, lingkungan, dan peraturan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat petani, sedangkan faktor ekonomi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Faktor sosial menjadi variabel paling dominan, menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan kelompok tani, pengetahuan bersama, dan jaminan mutu dalam mendorong minat terhadap sertifikasi. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.804 menunjukkan bahwa keempat konstruk mampu menjelaskan 80,4% variabel minat petani. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa upaya peningkatan partisipasi petani dalam program sertifikasi benih perlu difokuskan pada pendekatan sosial dan kelembagaan, serta penyederhanaan akses terhadap regulasi dan edukasi lingkungan. Sertifikasi benih kopi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai jaminan mutu, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan agribisnis kopi rakya

    Vaname shrimp produced in West Nusa Southeast Province is one of the vaname shrimp with high economic value. This vaname shrimp is not only sold in the local market, but also to the international market. One of the centers of vaname shrimp farming is in Bayan Subdistrict, North Lombok Regency. Vaname shrimp farming in Bayan Subdistrict is mostly done by women as an effort to increase their household income. The income level of this vaname shrimp farming business greatly affects the survival of this vaname shrimp entrepreneur. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to analyze the income of vaname shrimp farming business in Bayan District, North Lombok Regency. The research method was conducted with quantitative methods. The number of respondents was determined as many as 31 respondents through the slovin calculation technique with a 10% error rate. The results of the study showed the total costs incurred amounted to Rp 14,907,421 per year. While the total revenue obtained was Rp 28,459,274 per year. so that the net income earned was 13,551,853 per year

    Chrysanthemum flowers are a horticultural commodity with significant development potential due to their high economic value. One of the chrysanthemum-producing villages is Sindanglaya Village, located in Cipanas Subdistrict, Cianjur Regency. This study aims to analyze the costs, revenues, income, and feasibility of chrysanthemum farming. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically the saturated sampling method. The sample consisted of 25 chrysanthemum farmers in Sindanglaya Village. Data were collected through interviews using a structured questionnaire. The data analysis included cost analysis, revenue analysis, income analysis, R/C ratio, B/C ratio, and break-even point (BEP) analysis for both production and price. The results showed that the total cost of chrysanthemum farming with an average land area of 0.3 hectares was IDR 28,109,563 per planting season. The average revenue was IDR 48,885,000 per season, resulting in an income of IDR 20,775,437 per season. The feasibility analysis indicated that the R/C ratio was 1.739, the B/C ratio was 0.739, the production BEP was 1,874 bunches per planting season, and the price BEP was IDR 8,162.5 per bunch. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that chrysanthemum farming in Sindanglaya Village is profitable and feasible to continue
