Prophetic Ethics In Hadith Tolerance As The Moral Foundation Of Muslims In Digital Interactions
This study explores Prophetic Ethics in Hadith Tolerance as the moral foundation for Muslims’ digital interactions, highlighting the relevance of prophetic moral values in shaping ethical online behavior. In an era characterized by rapid communication and moral fragmentation, the Prophet Muhammad’s teachings, embodied in the hadiths of rahmah (compassion), tasamuh (tolerance), hikmah (wisdom), and musyawarah (deliberation), offer a timeless ethical framework for guiding digital civility. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach through library-based content analysis, this research examines canonical hadith compilations (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, Jami’ al-Tirmidhi, and Musnad Ahmad) and relevant classical commentaries to derive thematic moral categories and contextualize them within the ethics of digital communication. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s ethical model integrates emotional, intellectual, and social dimensions of morality: rahmah promotes digital empathy, tasamuh nurtures respect for diversity, hikmah cultivates reflective and responsible communication, and musyawarah encourages collaborative dialogue and consensus-building in digital spaces. Together, these principles form the “Prophetic Digital Ethics Framework,” an integrative moral paradigm that transforms online engagement into an arena of mercy, respect, and justice. This study contributes theoretically to Islamic moral scholarship by recontextualizing hadith ethics in digital life and practically by offering ethical guidance for fostering digital civility among Muslims in the contemporary era

Parental Compassion in Family Education from the Perspective of Hadith and Its Implications for Children’s Mental Health
This study explores the concept of compassion (al-rahmah) in family education based on prophetic hadiths and examines its contribution to childrens mental health. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study analyzes primary hadith sources, classical commentaries, and contemporary psychological literature. The findings identify seven core hadiths that emphasize compassion, gentleness (rifq), physical expressions of affection, age-appropriate moral training, and responsible family leadership (kullukum rain) as fundamental elements of Islamic educational ethics. Interpretations by classical scholars such as An-Nawawi, Al-Ghazali, and Ibn Qayyim demonstrate that compassion is not only a moral virtue but also a structured educational strategy that aligns with modern mental health theories. Compassionate family practices positively influence childrens emotional security, stress regulation, empathy, self-confidence, and long-term psychological resilience. Conversely, a lack of affection increases vulnerability to anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and mental health risks in adulthood. Therefore, family education grounded in Islamic compassion serves as both a religious mandate and a strategic psychological investment to develop mentally healthy, emotionally balanced, and resilient future generations
Implementation of Differentiation-Based Learning Media in the Context of Elementary Education in the Islamic Education Curriculum
This research is in the discourse of Islamic education and differentiation-based learning innovation, which has so far been more often discussed in the context of general education than applied in religious curriculum, especially at the elementary level. This article aims to explore the implementation of differentiation-based learning media in the Islamic education curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Husna, and its impact on students' learning experiences. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, where data are collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students, as well as documentation studies of learning planning and teaching media used. The research location was chosen purposively because this madrasah is known to actively implement innovative learning approaches. The research findings show that the use of differentiated learning media in the madrasah not only improves the understanding of Islamic material cognitively, but also strengthens affective aspects such as empathy and student spirituality. This approach allows teachers to deliver material according to students' readiness, interests, and learning styles, which has a positive impact on learning engagement. The contribution of this paper lies in expanding the concept of differentiation to the realm of elementary religious education, as well as offering a new perspective on the integration of Islamic values ??in differentiated learning. This study confirms the importance of adaptive and inclusive learning strategies in Islamic education. This result is significant because it paves the way for the transformation of religious learning that is more contextual and relevant to the characteristics of students

Mashlahah's Perspective on Two Marriage Contracts for Children Out of Wedlock
This study aims to examine the practice of two marriage contracts for illegitimate daughters in Deli Serdang Regency from the perspective of mashlahah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results indicate that the first contract carried out by the guardian judge is legally valid under Islamic law because it fulfills the pillars and requirements of marriage. In contrast, the second contract carried out by the biological father is only symbolic and has no legal force. Implementing the second contract is intended to maintain the honor of the family and cover up past disgrace, so it is seen as a form of mashlahah mursalah that is tolerated as long as it does not conflict with the basic principles of sharia. Muhammadiyah’s Concept Of Ijtihad On Hadith: A Case Study Of Friday Prayers For Women In The Tarjih Decision
This research is based on several problems, including women often being the subject of debate in aspects of worship. Although the Qur'an places men and women in equal positions and opportunities, several hadiths in their words seem to give women a lower position than men. One of the focuses of this research is related to differences in views regarding the law of attending Friday prayers for women, especially in the context of Muhammadiyah fatwas. This problem is related to the basic principles in Islamic jurisprudence regarding the legal status of worship and the existence of evidence that is used as a basis for determining its permissibility or obligation. This research is a qualitative research using a library research approach whose primary data refers to the Muhammadiyah Tarjih Decision Collection as the main reference in understanding Muhammadiyah ijtihad, the hadith narrated by Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 106 as the main object of study in determining the law of Friday prayers for women, and books of hadith (Kutubut Tis'ah). The final results obtained from this research are, first, the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud, index number 1067. If it is linked to the Muhammadiyah rules in the process of interpreting and understanding hadiths, then the above hadith is classified as rule 6, namely the mursal sahabi hadith can be used as hujjah if there is a qarinah that shows a connection. Second, the results of the interview and the findings of the principles of Muhammadiyah's openness, they view that the issue of Friday prayers for women is not obligatory as stated in the hadith in the book of Sunan Abu Dawud, index number 1067 in the Muhammadiyah fatwa that the hadith is a form of rukhsah given by Allah SWT. Third, in general, all major Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia agree that Friday prayers are not obligatory for women
Engineering (Hilah) Of Guardians For Child Marriage Of Admiral From an Islamic Law Perspective
The adulterous child marriage that occurred in Sreseh District, Sampang presents a dilemma between normative rules that require a guardian judge and the practice of engineering marriage guardians for social interests, so this empirical legal research through literature study, interviews, observations, and documentation examines the hilah pattern, motivation, impact, and Islamic legal review. Thus, four patterns were identified: taukil biological father to guardian judge, contract in a closed place that was then announced, double contract by biological father and guardian judge, and unregistered marriage with taqlid Hanafi school or walimuhakkam. Engineering is driven by the desire to cover up shame, maintain social conduciveness, prevent the annulment of the marriage by the groom, and guarantee the validity of the contract, but has an impact on reducing household harmony to divorce. From the fiqh perspective, a marriage remains valid because the contract is ratified by a judge or by the school of thought followed, while the validity of manipulation depends on the harm: it is permitted if it prevents disturbances or anarchy, but is forbidden if it is solely for the benefit of the bride's family so that the marriage is not considered
