Analysis of The Effectiveness and Accuracy of A Production System Based on Demand Forecasting in Reducing Excess Stock
This study analyzes the effectiveness and accuracy of a demand forecasting based production system to reduce excess stock at the Ayam Geprek Bu Novi culinary business on Jl. Bukit Barisan. Using a quantitative approach, the research applies time series forecasting techniques consisting of Moving Average (MA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), and Exponential Smoothing (ES). Weekly demand data from February to May 2025 were collected and analyzed to measure prediction accuracy and to evaluate the impact on raw material efficiency. The results show that the 3 week WMA method provides the highest responsiveness to rising demand trends and produces forecasts that are closest to actual sales. In comparison, the 6 week MA method and ES with alpha 0.2 provide more stable performance when demand fluctuations are relatively low. The application of these simple Excel based forecasting models enables micro, small, and medium culinary enterprises (MSMEs) to align production more accurately with actual demand, thereby reducing overstock and improving operational efficiency. This study demonstrates that data driven decision making using easy to use forecasting tools can support MSMEs in optimizing inventory control and maintaining production sustainability. The findings offer practical insights for small fast food businesses that need adaptive inventory management solutions without complex systems or high implementation costs
Moral and Social Education in the Hadith of the Prophet: Analysis of Its Values and Relevance to Modern Islamic Education
This study aims to examine the concept of moral and social education in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and its relevance to modern Islamic education. What distinguishes this study from previous studies is the use of implicit hadiths in explaining moral and social educational values that have never been discussed before. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, accompanied by three main methods, namely literature study, documentation, and contextual analysis, data were collected directly from hadith texts that specifically discuss moral and social education, as well as various supporting literature, including books on hadith interpretation, scientific journal articles, previous studies, and Islamic education literature relevant to this topic. The results of the study show that moral and social education are two integral dimensions that cannot be separated. The Prophet's hadiths emphasise the value of piety, the habit of doing good deeds, the virtue of morals as an indicator of the perfection of faith, and the importance of ukhuwah, solidarity, and mutual assistance in social life. These values are highly relevant to the needs of modern Islamic education, which demands a balance between spiritual, moral, and social aspects amid the challenges of character degradation and individualism. This study emphasises the importance of internalising the values of hadith in the curriculum through habit formation, role modelling, and character building to shape a generation with noble character. Further research is recommended to develop an operational curriculum model based on the integration of moral and social values and to conduct comparative studies to assess the effectiveness of the methods of internalising hadith and riyadah al-nafs in various educational context
Understanding the Role of Educators: Teachers’ Awareness of Character Education in Indonesia
Educators or teachers play a fundamental role in the field of education, not only as instructors but also as mentors in shaping students' character. Character education is an essential aspect of forming individuals with noble morals, in line with national educational goals. However, teachers' awareness of this role remains a challenge that needs attention. This study aims to raise teachers' awareness of the importance of character education in shaping students who are not only academically intelligent but also morally upright. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, where data is collected through literature reviews from books, journals, and other academic sources. The findings indicate that teachers, as role models in character development, bear a significant responsibility that cannot be carried out individually. Synergy among teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders is necessary to create an educational environment conducive to character development. Additionally, character education should be integrated into the learning process so that students achieve a balance between intellectual and moral intelligence, enabling them to face life’s challenges more effectivel
Transforming Classroom Management as the Key to Increasing Student Learning Interest
This study aims to describe integrative classroom management that is oriented towards increasing students' interest in learning at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Grogol Jombang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through non-participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Data analysis adopted the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that classroom management was implemented through planning, implementation, and evaluation functions. Planning involved meetings with teachers and staff held twice a year. Implementation created a friendly atmosphere between teachers and students, although there were challenges in managing male students due to environmental factors. Evaluation was carried out through supervision by the head of the madrasah on innovation and learning tools. Students' interest in learning after classroom management increased, reflected in indicators of the desire to know or have something, objects or activities that they liked, types of activities to achieve things they liked, and efforts to realize desires. The contribution of this study lies in the integration of the social-constructivist approach and self-determination theory in the development of a classroom management model, the development of contextual learning interest measurement instruments, and a classroom management implementation model specifically designed for Islamic educational institution
Character Education Based on Islamic Local Wisdom: A Case Study of Aswaja Value Internalization in a Madrasah Aliyah

Identifying Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Approach Practices in Primary School Learning
This study aims to identify the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in sixth-grade learning at SD Negeri Model Terpadu Madani. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that TaRL is implemented through three key stages: initial diagnostic assessment to map student ability levels, grouping based on literacy and numeracy levels, and level-based differentiated instruction accompanied by ongoing formative evaluation. Triangulated data from multiple sources strengthens the finding that this approach enhances learning relevance and accommodates student diversity. The main challenges include increased teacher workload, time constraints, and the need for ongoing institutional support and professional training. This research contributes to the development of level-based instructional strategies in Indonesian primary education and recommends the systemic integration of the TaRL approach into teacher training programs and the Merdeka curriculum framewor

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of reality group counseling based on the Qur'an to improve students' responsibility for prayer worship. This study used an experimental pretest-posttest one-group design. There are two types of instruments used, namely data collection instruments and experimental guides. The experimental guide consists of a reality group counseling book based on Qur'anic values, a guide for counselors, while the measuring instrument consists of a scale of responsibility for prayer worship developed from Lickona's theory. The results of the validity test using Pearson Product-Moment showed that all items had a significance of <0.05; it can be said that all items were valid with a correlation coefficient between 0.262-0.644. The results of the reliability test showed a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.856, which means that the scale of responsibility for prayer worship used was reliable. Based on the Wilcoxon test in the group, a sig. A value of 0.005 <0.05 was obtained. then there is a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest measurements, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting H1. It can be said that group counseling based on Al-Quran values is effective in increasing students' responsibility in carrying out prayer
