Get PDFThis research aims to identify and analyze the transformative Islamic educational services marketing strategy applied in Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang MTs. Transformative Islamic education is an educational approach that focuses on the development of the character, morals, and spirituality of students in order to promote positive transformation in themselves. MTs Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang, as an Islamic educational institution, has adopted this approach and strives to attract the interest of prospective students as well as retain existing students. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the research show that MTs Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang have implemented various effective marketing strategies, such as building a positive image of the institution, improving the quality of education, promoting through social media, and engaging with the local community. In the context of transformative Islamic education, marketing focuses not only on the number of students enrolled but also on the positive changes that students can make in terms of character and spirituality. Therefore, these marketing strategies must be linked to real efforts to produce better students in moral and spiritual aspects. This research provides valuable insights for other Islamic educational institutions that want to adopt a transformative approach to their education. By understanding and implementing appropriate marketing strategies, these kinds of institutions can be more effective in attracting students and achieving their transformative Islamic education goals

Get PDFBilal bin Rabbah was one of the friends who played a very important role during the Da'wah struggle of Rasulullah SAW, and his struggle has provided a role model for all mankind in the world, especially for Muslims. In presenting this data used descriptive analysis research method. This study aims to find out, describe and analyze how the role of Bilal Bin Rabah in the Da'wah struggle of the Messenger of Allah. In the results of this study, it discusses the various important roles of Bilal bin Rabah in Islamic history. Bilal became a slave figure who was always tortured but remained persistent and obedient and always loyal to Rasulullah SAW until his death. Bilal was the first figure to become the first muezzin to call to prayer and was an important figure in the Badr war. In the Battle of Badr, he managed to kill his former employer, Umayyah bin Khalaf. Bilal had the advantage of having his faith tested through very sadistic torture but remained firm in his stance to embrace Islam. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information regarding the role of Bilal Bin Rabah in the Da'wah struggle of the Prophet Muhammad, in emulating Bilal bin Rabah's courage, patience, and sincerity so that he can become an inspiration in everyday life

Get PDFThe objective of the research is to describe the new student admission design, the student support model for improving the quality of graduates, the student leadership assessment in improving graduate quality, and the supportive and inhibitory factors in enhancing high school graduates. Wahid Hasyim. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study, whereas the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed using qualitatively descriptive methods, namely on-going data presentation and data reduction conclusions. The results of this study show that 1) the planning of enrollment activities, in particular the new enrollment model, to improve the quality of graduates requires a new registration policy and admissions criteria and methods of admission of new students. 2) The model of student learning training through extracurricular activities needs more attention to make training activities deepen and expand knowledge. 3) Assessing student quality in written and oral assessment processes with daily repetitions, repetitions of practice, and repetition of semesters 4) Supporting factors for student development are the entire organizational structure that supports student management activities, adequate facilities, communication, and cooperation with students and other organizations
Pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ) Terhadap Sistem Poin Siswa MIN 7 Aceh Barat Daya
Get PDFAdversity quotient (AQ) is the ability of a person to face a challenge, commonly known as competitive power. According to the AQ, humans are divided into three groups, namely quitters, campers, and climbers, with low, medium, and high levels of ability. In conducting the student order, MIN 7 Southwest Aceh uses a point system where achievements and violations will be responded to with the award of points. This study was conducted to see how the Adversity Quotient (AQ) influences the Points System, whether students with a high AQ score will get a lot of points, and whether students who have a low AQ will earn a few points. The research method used is field research and library research, and the approach used is the quantitative mix method, where to know the planning and implementation of the point system, a qualitative approach is used so that the results will be described qualitatively, and to find out the influence of AQ on the point systems, a quantitative approach is used, where correlation and regression analysis will be performed for both variables, namely the variable Adversity Quotient (AQ) (X) against Student Points. (Y). As for the results obtained in this study, 72.85% of students had a "good" AQ level and 27.14% had a "low" AQ. And the Points category had 51.42% of good", 44.28% of "good," 2.85% of "sufficient", and 1.42% of less". As to the correlation result, it was "very strongly correlated", where the impact of the AQ on student points was 70%
Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Pada Ajaran Mahabah Perspektif Robi’ah Al- Adawiyah
Get PDFCharacter education has become a major concern in the world of contemporary education. This article proposes a new approach to integrating the values of character education in the Islamic context through the Mahabah teachings, which are based on the concepts of love, compassion, and love. The perspective of Robi’ah al-Adawiyah, a prominent Sufi figure, was used as a basis for explaining this concept. This article carries out research methods using a library research approach, collecting and analysing data from relevant literary sources. The results of the analysis identify key concepts in Mahabah teachings, such as love, compassion, respect, honesty, and humility, which can be applied in the context of contemporary character education. In the context of character education, these values form the basis for forming individuals with strong morality, integrity, and the ability to contribute positively in an increasingly complex society. This article also highlights the relevance of Mahabah values in an increasingly multicultural society and offers insights into how character education can be more holistic by integrating spiritual and moral values as taught by Robi’ah al-Adawiyah. By combining the teachings of Mahabah and Robi’ah al-Adawiyah’s thinking, this article seeks to provide a richer and deeper insight into the values of character education in the Islamic context. Through this deeper understanding, the article contributes to the development of a more holistic and sustainable education that not only produces individuals who are academically intelligent but also have high moral integrit

Get PDFThe number of shari'ah hotels or what can be called a type of business in the halal sector which is currently being developed is also found in Jombang Regency, East Java, the purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the shari'ah concept to Hidayah Hotels. This study uses a descriptive explorative methodology and is qualitative in nature. The technique used in this study was in-depth interviews with hotel managers Hidayah Tebuireng and hotel guests using observation and documentation models, as well as reviews from the Hidayah hotel website which are found on Google as public information. The findings of this study indicate that the Hidayah hotel in Jombang Regency follows the DSN MUI fatwa No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 in implementing the DSN MUI fatwa
An Analysis Of Students Problem In Learning Speaking At MA Arrohman Sumoyono Jombang
Get PDFTeaching speaking needs high effort since it is difficult subject, the learners have mastery all components of the language such as comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency. This study is aimed to know what the students error in learning speaking and what are the causes. This study is qualitative descriptive, with case study approach. To collect data the researcher used observation, and questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using model of Miles & Huberman. The result of the study was the students error in learning speaking English were (1) speech errors with types of silent pause, filled, repeat, un-retraced, retraced, correction, stutters, and slip tongue (2) grammatical error about omission of bound morpheme, omission of auxiliary, preposition, and wrong in words selection (3) pronunciation error, and code switching. The factor caused the error is knowledge factor, such as having no language aspect, lack of vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and never practice; affective factor or students low attitude and motivation, and personal factor was high of shyness, and afraid of being laughed

No full textThe spread of Islam in Java, especially the north coast of Lamongan, was inseparable from the efforts of preachers and saints, especially the following figures, Mbah Banjar, Mbah Mayang Madu and Raden Qasim Sunan Drajat, including the main figures who preached Islam in the North Coast of Lamongan, changing what used to be Hindu-Buddhist religion is the largest Muslim majority on the island of Java. By carrying out a distinctive da'wah mission with a cultural approach in accordance with the culture that existed at that time without coercion without conflict. The first started with the preaching of Mbah Banjar in converting Mbah Mayang Madu, who at that time was the ruler of the Jelaq village area. After that brought in Raden Qoshima who finally made rapid developments in the world of education in the area with the existence of Islamic boarding schools as a forum for fostering and developing Islamic religious knowledge. Then after the establishment of the Islamic boarding school as a center for the development of Islamic teachings, Raden Qohim further developed Islamic teachings with a wise and subtle da'wah strategy, he always taught his followers not to hurt each other, live in harmony and peace, also not to be divided.
