Implementasi Brain Based Learning Dalam Mengasah Multiple Intelligences Di MTs Al-Qur’an La Raiba Hanifida Jombang
Basically, every child is intelligent and has a tendency toward nine intelligences. To sharpen these intelligences, we need a learning model that optimizes brain activity. Brain-based learning is a learning model that involves the entire brain's potential as an approach to sharpening students multiple intelligences. The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of brain-based learning in the MTs al-Qur’an La Raiba Hanifida, the implementation of brain-based learning in multiple intelligences in the MTs, and the supportive and inhibitory factors of brain-based learning in multiple intelligences in the MTS and MA al-Qur'an La Raiba. In this study, the researchers used qualitative research and a case study approach. Data is collected using three techniques: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. Data analysis techniques use domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. Data validation techniques use several things, including extending participation and triangulation. The result of this research is that: (1) The concept of brain-based learning in the MTs al-Qur’an La raiba is a learning model used as an approach in the learning process using the entire brain potential to maximize success. (2) Implementation of brain-based learning in sharpening multiple intelligences in the Hanifida MTs: planning, implementation, and evaluation 4) Factors supporting the implementation of brain-based learning in MTs and MA: training, support from the foundation, integration with the cottage, teachers (facilitators, providing support and guidance), availability of learning resources, and the ability of the student. The hindering factors are the difficulty in obtaining a valid reference for the age of MTs and MA students, taking a long time to upgrade the video, the recording device not meeting the desired specifications, internet problems, and changing the paradigm of teachers and student

Quoted from various sources, in general the performance of teachers in Indonesia is still not good, as indicated by the quality of Indonesian education based on Pisa and the results of World Bank research on education in Indonesia. So this research aims to analyze the factors that influence teacher performance by asking two research questions. The first question is how the influence of organizational culture and servant leadership of madrasah heads on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. the madrasa. The second question is which variable has the most dominant influence on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative research, with a sample of 35 people selected based on the senseu method, because the population is relatively small. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the f test and t test to determine the effect partially or simultaneously. Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Prespektif KH Hasyim Asy’ari Dalam Kitab Adabul Alim Wal Muta’allim
The purpose of this study was to determine the personality competence of KH Hasyim Asy'ari's perspective teacher and its relevance to current education. The teacher's personal competence is the main requirement for carrying out his duties as an educator. Competence must be owned by the teacher because the teacher will meet various kinds of student characters, the teacher's task is to improve the character and morals of students. The method used in this study is a qualitative type of library (library research), namely the type of research that refers to the treasures of literature such as books, articles and e-journals. The results showed that personality competencies according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari were: straightening intentions (intent to seek Allah's blessing), motivators, loving students, making it easier for students to understand lessons, enthusiastic when teaching and mastering various teaching methods, evaluation, mentorship, behaving the same to all students, monitoring the behavior of students, the teacher behaves well towards students, the teacher provides assistance to students, the teacher pays attention to the presence of students, is humble before students, and speaks kind words to students. Besides that, there is also harmony between the adabul alim wa wal muta'alim book and Permendiknas no 14 of 2005 concerning teacher personality. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through the Honesty Canteen at the Al-Ilahiyyah Islamic Boarding School Payak I Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang. Researchers use the type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach to data collection using interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are 1. The application of the character of students is obedient to the caregiver, polite, diligent in worship and work, active, maintaining cleanliness, honest and responsible. 2. Implementation of honesty canteen in shaping the character of students through honesty canteen, namely students buying food and drinks in the canteen honestly. 3. Supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing honesty canteens in shaping the character of students, namely: through internal factors of conscience, desire or strong will, good habits by implementing honesty canteens and external factors including environmental and family influences. So it can be concluded that: 1. This study aims to reveal in what positions graduates of the Islamic banking study program are placed. The needs of graduates of the Islamic banking study program are what users want, and where do graduates of the Islamic banking study program work? Until the end of 2018, the Islamic banking study program had completed 542 graduates. This research is field research that uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The subjects of this research are alumni of Islamic banking study programs, both those who work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions. Alumni users, both from schools and government and private institutions. The determination of research subjects as respondents is by incidental techniques combined with snowball techniques. The research was conducted in the Rejang Lebong Regency. The main data sources are Islamic banking alumni and graduate users. The research succeeded in revealing that (1) Islamic banking graduates work in bank financial institutions, non-banks, and other non-financial economic institutions. The reality of the arrangement of Islamic religious education subjects has an important function as well as appreciating strategies regarding educational events at every level in educational attainment. However, the capacity of the reality of the time period in the field of Islamic religious education which is held in public schools still gets serious attention where problems and criticisms occur from various parties. Naturally, overcoming the form of shortcomings and weaknesses will practice Islamic religious education subjects in the school environment, at least through the path of manifestation towards the path of change. Therefore, it requires a policy study or a specific study according to the commitment called the reconstruction of Islamic religious education subjects. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the improvement of the quality of learning with the Probing Prompting model in Islamic religious education subjects for students of SMP Mangunharjo Tugumulyo Musi Rawas. This type of research is CAR participants. The place of this research is students at SMP Mangunharjo Tugumulyo Musi Rawas. The implementation time of this research is in the Odd semester 2020/2021 for Islamic religious education subjects. Charity means deeds (good), actions that bring rewards (according to the teachings of Islam), and which are carried out to do good to society or fellow human beings. While pious means the opposite of evil. Konsep Pendidikan Islam Dalam Pembentukan Pribadi Kafah Menurut Ibnu Athaillah : Analisis Kitab Al-Hikam
This study aims to determine: 1. Islamic education according to Ibn 'Athaillah (analysis of the book of al-Hikam), 2. Islamic education materials according to Ibn 'Athaillah (analysis of the book of al-Hikam) and 3. Methods of forming the personality of kafah according to Ibn 'Athaillah ( analysis of the book al-Hikam). This research is a qualitative research, which belongs to the category oflibrary researchwith documentary data collection techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out using deductive methods and analytical methods. The results of the study stated that the concept of Islamic education according to Ibn Athaillah is to be comprehensive and balanced between the elements of shari'ah, tarekat and nature. Meanwhile, Islamic education material according to Ibn Athaillah in the book of wisdom is classified as covering aqidah material, worship material, mu'amalah material, moral material, material about the heart, social material, and intellectual/reasonable material. And the method of forming a personal kafah according to Ibn Athaillah in the book of wisdom has been classified, including: the graduation method, the dialogue method, the dhikr method, the method of advising and reminding, the equation method, the causal method, the motivating method. The similarity of the concept of Islamic education with Ibn Athaillah is that development includes the worldly-ukhrawi, physical-spiritual dimensions and all aspects of life, both those that can be reached by reason and those that are only believed through the heart, not only on the outward side, but inwardly, and the ultimate goal has a personality. main.
