This classroom action research aimed to improve fifth-grade students' social studies learning outcomes through the implementation of an inquiry learning model at SD Inpres 1 Talise. The study employed Kemmis and McTaggart's model involving 32 students across two cycles. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets for teacher and student activities, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage calculations for individual absorption and classical completeness, while qualitative data followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Pre-action results showed only 25% of students achieved the minimum completion criteria (KKM) with a class average of 60.68%. Following inquiry learning implementation, Cycle I demonstrated improvement with 43.75% classical completeness and 68.15% class average. Cycle II showed significant enhancement with 90.63% classical completeness and 82.5% class average, meeting the success criteria of 85% student completion. Teacher activity quality improved from 62.4% (good) in Cycle I to 95.2% (very good) in Cycle II, while student activity increased from 60.76% to 90.76%. The inquiry learning model effectively enhanced students' critical thinking skills, active participation, and conceptual understanding of social studies material, demonstrating its effectiveness in student-centered learning approaches

This study examines the role of principal leadership in fostering a culture of quality education at SMP IT Mutiara. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the transformational leadership strategies implemented by the principal in building a conducive learning environment through data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and notes. The findings of the study indicate that the principal plays a strategic role in shaping a culture of quality education through various integrated strategies, including mentoring and developing teacher professionalism, and encouraging active participation from all school members. Despite facing challenges such as rejection from senior teachers towards new teaching methods, budget constraints, and the balance between academic achievement and Islamic character development, the principal overcomes these obstacles through his visionary, communicative, and focused leadership. The positive impact of developing a culture of quality education can be seen from the increasing quality of graduates accepted at the selected school, the increasing professionalism of teachers, and the high achievement of students in both academic and non-academic fields. This study confirms that the leadership of the principal is not merely administrative, but is a driving force for educational transformation that drives all departments in the school to provide the best educational services

This is indicated by an increase in the average value from 64.3 to 83.7 and an N-Gain value of 0.43, which is included in the moderate category. Students also stated that this media helped them understand the material more easily. Thus, interactive multimedia learning media have proven effective in improving the quality of tajwid learning as a whole at MTs At-Taufi

The Influence of Project-Based Learning and TikTok-Based Digital Media on Learning Outcomes of Fardhu Kifayah Material (Praying for the Dead)

This study aims to examine the effect of a TikTok-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) strategy on student learning outcomes in Fardhu Kifayah, specifically the competence of performing funeral prayers at Adhyaksa II Middle School in Medan. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of TikTok-based PjBL strategy has a significant influence on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count of 13.844 > F table of 3.15. In addition, conventional learning strategies using a whiteboard also show a significant influence, with a significance value of 0.000 and F count of 112.959 > F table of 3.15. This proves that both innovative and traditional strategies can effectively improve learning outcomes, depending on proper implementation. However, the interaction test between the two strategies showed no significant simultaneous effect on learning outcomes (significance 0.566 > 0.05 and Fcount 0.334 < Ftable 3.15). This finding confirms that learning success is more determined by the selection of appropriate and consistent strategies than by an undirected combination of methods

The Implications of Early Marriage on Child Development: A Review of Islamic Law

Early marriage remains a widespread practice in Indonesia, particularly in Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi, driven by economic factors, culture, and diverse religious interpretations. This study aims to analyze early marriage from the perspective of Islamic law and state law, and evaluate its impact on the physical, psychological, and social development of children. The research employs a normative legal method with conceptual and case approaches, analyzing primary sources including the Quran, hadith, scholarly consensus, fatwas from Islamic institutions, and Indonesian legislation through library research. The findings reveal that Islamic law does not explicitly stipulate a minimum marriageable age but emphasizes physical, emotional, and mental readiness, while state law, through Law No. 16 of 2019, establishes a minimum age of 19 years for both parties. Early marriage in Kalipuro occurs due to economic limitations, promiscuity, and limited knowledge, resulting in financial and emotional neglect of children, reproductive health problems, educational barriers, and suboptimal parenting patterns. The implementation of state law faces challenges in communities that still view early marriage as a solution to social problems, necessitating intensive public education and strict supervision to protect children's rights and the welfare of future generations

This study examines the effectiveness of Genially-based differentiated learning in enhancing students’ Arabic writing proficiency. Using a quantitative pre-test and post-test design, the research involved seventh-grade students at MTsN 4 Sidoarjo. Differentiated instruction was applied by adjusting content, process, and product based on students’ learning styles—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic—through Genially’s interactive features such as multimedia presentations, quizzes, and animations. Data were collected via observation, interviews, documentation, and writing tests, and analyzed using paired-sample t-test and N-Gain calculations. The results showed a significant improvement in writing performance, with the average score rising from 62 to 85 and an N-Gain value of 0.61 (moderate–high). Students demonstrated better paragraph organization, idea development, vocabulary use, and grammatical accuracy, along with increased motivation and confidence. The study concludes that integrating Genially into differentiated learning effectively accommodates student diversity and improves Arabic writing skills. This approach aligns with the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), emphasizing adaptive, student-centered, and technology-based learning. Teachers are encouraged to optimize digital media to create engaging, personalized, and future-oriented Arabic instructio

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the academic supervision program in improving teaching skills and teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sangatta Utara. Using a quantitative approach and experimental design, the study involved 30 teachers as respondents, where 60% had less than 5 years of teaching experience, and 40% had more than 5 years of experience. Data were collected through standardized observation instruments and analyzed using t-test and regression analysis. The results showed a significant increase in teachers' teaching skills by 23.08% (from a score of 65 to 80) and teacher performance by 21.43% (from a score of 70 to 85) after the implementation of the supervision program. The statistical analysis produced a t-value of 5.67 with a p-value <0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.62, indicating that 62% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the supervision program. The majority of teachers expressed high satisfaction with the supervision program in providing an understanding of learning objectives (85%), improving teaching skills (90%), providing constructive feedback (88%), encouraging creativity (87%), and increasing collaboration between teachers (80%). Factors supporting the effectiveness of supervision include the frequency of periodic supervision, collaborative supervision methods, school management support, and teacher self-reflection. This study has important implications for the development of an adaptive supervision model for vocational education and can be an empirical reference for similar educational institutions in designing effective and sustainable teacher professionalism improvement program

Implementation of Islamic Religious Education for Children with Special Needs: A Systematic Literature Review 2020-2025

Children with special needs have the same rights to receive good education, without exception in Islamic religious education learning as one of the learning that teaches how to become individuals with broad knowledge, both with fellow human beings and with God, based on this urgency, researchers want to study how to implement Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for Children with Special Needs (ABK)?, What are the challenges in implementing Islamic Religious Education for Children with Special Needs? What is the role of teachers in increasing the involvement of ABK in Islamic Religious Education learning? The method used is the systematic literature review method, in the last five years (2020-2025). The results of the literature findings will be analyzed using the PRISMA Flow diagram. The results show that the implementation of Islamic religious education for children with special needs has almost the same tendency as regular students, namely starting from planning, implementation in the classroom, and evaluation of learning outcomes. However, in practice, several challenges are still found, starting from; limited facilities and infrastructure, human resources/teachers, and training for teachers according to the needs of children. So the important role of teachers in increasing the involvement of children with special needs in learning is inevitable, some other roles of teachers are; providing assistance according to the limitations and needs of students, creating an inclusive learning space so that time and space management can provide a sense of justice, safety and comfort to students

A Comparative Study of the Teachings of Panca Sradha in Hinduism and the Concept of Faith in Islam

This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of the belief system of Panca Sraddha in Hinduism and the pillars of faith (rukn al-iman) in Islam through a text-based comparative theological approach. The research is motivated by the growing need to understand the theological foundations of two major religions that are often simplistically juxtaposed in interfaith discourse. Employing library research as its method, this study applies philosophical hermeneutics and reflective engagement with sacred texts, including the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Vedas, and the Qur’an. The findings reveal that while Panca sraddha and the Islamic pillars of faith serve similar normative functions as the foundations of belief, they differ significantly in terms of epistemological, ontological, and soteriological structures. These differences are particularly evident in concepts such as Brahman–Allah, atman–ruh, karma–deeds, punarbhava–punarbhava-the Day of Judgment, and moksa–heaven. The study contributes to the development of interreligious discourse in Indonesia by offering a theologically grounded and context-sensitive analytical framework. Nonetheless, the research has limitations, including restricted access to traditional Hindu commentaries and limited direct engagement with religious authorities from both traditions. These challenges underscore the need for further studies employing interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to deepen interreligious understanding
